Welcome to our luxury 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom private pool villa with extended pool deck, covered lanai with fan and complete with games room for the young and young at heart!
This is all set amongst the Orange Groves in the much sought after small community of Westbury. From the moment you set foot in our home you will know you have made the right choice. After a hectic day visiting the theme parks come home to Woodlands and relax in our peaceful villa and pool.
We are only 20 minutes from Disney's Main Gate and within minutes from the many championship golf courses, close to restaurants, shops, gas stations and have easy access to all theme parks via the I4. Daytona Beach and Tampa Bay are only about 1 hour away on the I4.
Posner Park, with its shops and restaurants is on the other side of US-27, just over from Westbury. It is within walking distance if you wish!
Access to the Gulf and Atlantic beaches are around an hour away.
Location
Westbury in Davenport, Florida is located just off HWY 27 within easy reach of Disney World Orlando. Surrounded by orange groves and conservation areas, Westbury offers many opportunities to spot local Florida wildlife, and the scent of the orange blossom when in flower is gorgeous! On your return home from the many theme parks in Orlando, you pass many restaurants and a Target which has a large grocery section, making Westbury an ideal location for a self catering villa holiday.
