Shelvilla | 4 Bed 3 Bath Westridge Vacation Rental Near Disney

We stayed in Barbara and Ian's' villa from June 24th 2023 for 2 weeks and couldn't be happier. we like to stay in the Davenport area and this time we stayed in the best villa yet. The communication from when we first booked to returning home was excellent. The villa had everything we needed and more, including lots of plasticware for round the very large pool,(with spa )where we spent most of our time. Plenty of furniture for relaxing round the pool. Pillows and towels were plentiful and the villa was spotless when we arrived, we tried to leave it that way when we reluctantly left. The washer and drier came in very useful and the villa was very well equipped. The area is nice and quiet and we felt very safe when out walking of an evening. Not too far from the 192 or the I4. The best thing I can say is that when we return to Orlando we will be hoping Barbara and Ian's villa is available as we would love to return.

We stayed for 10 days in July and experienced a wonderful visit, the pool was a fantastic size and the general pool area was well equipped and clean. Inside there were plenty of towels, cutlery, crockery for all purposes, beds were very comfortable and the en suites a fab addition! We were within 30mins (in bad traffic) to the majority of the parks and amenities such as Wallmart were a short 5min drive away. Everything was to hand, the location was ideal for us! Barbara and Ian were quick to respond to any questions I had through the booking process and we would not hesitate to stay here again! Thank you for a wonderful stay x

Just returned from a 9 night stay at Shelvilla. We have stayed in numerous villas in and around the area and this is among the nicest we have ever had with certainly the BEST pool and pool area we have ever had, so private! The neighbourhood was very quiet and after 5 nights in a Disney hotel it was wonderful to spread out and enjoy the plentiful facilities. Everything you could need and more! Fab laundry facilities, beach towels, pram, lots of crockery including plenty of plastic for the pool area. Would definitely visit again!

We spent over 2 wk at this lovely clean ,well equipped villa , we were a party of 2 so only used the master bedroom , the bed being very comfortable ,large bathroom with plenty of towels. The pool area is large with plenty of sun beds and chairs , as the weather was very hot and wet the undercover area was very useful for shade and shelter. We will recommend this villa to friends and family . Barbara was quick to respond to any questions .

Our family stayed at the villa for just over 2 weeks in August, it was everything we expected and more. The accommodation is lovely, very spacious, there was more than enough room for us all. The pool area is lovely, very relaxing after a busy day in August heat. Hopefully we will be returning to Florida and we would certainly look to book the house again.

Just returned from this stunning villa yesterday after 4 weeks .We as a family of 5 plus my sister had a ball , the home was 1st class and the owners couldn't do anymore to help us at evey turn...great outdoor area and enough space for everyone to have thier own privacy everything was within an easy drive walmart .publix shops and restaurants ect...My only problem was the flight home and my wife trying to talk me into rebook lol......

Just home from a month in this beautiful home. Once again we had the pleasure of staying at Ian &Barbara's lovely villa,the cleanliness and facilities are first rate,the large pool very inviting on hot humid days and with plenty of sun loungers .Self catering is a breeze with all the cooking facilities and I especially enjoyed the mini fridge for cold beers!. We as a family, had again, a lovely stay in 'shelvilla' and would not hesitate to recommend it ,communication with Ian&Barbara again was excellent.

We came to this truly wonderful villa back in may 2010 and have gone abroad many times since but have always wanted to come back again. This time we bought other memebers of our family, and this last visit was may this year 2019. As of last visit the villa was just wondeful still the same wonderful condition and warm and homely. Everything you could wish for, there was nothing at all we ccould find fault with. Barbara and ian were again so helpful and kept in touch and very efficient at all times . Donna who came to check and do the pool who i remembered from our last stay was lovely. My sister and her family have also been to this villa and back again. Fantastic villa in an ideal location. Communication with Barbara and Ian was excellent with all details pertaining to villa sent promptly upon full payment being received. After a long journey with a 6 and 1 year old it was lovely to drive up to the villa to see the lights from the Christmas Tree shining through the front door. Donna who looks after the villa was really helpful with any questions/problems we had. Pool area was fab with lots of items in garage to use in there. Would definitely use the villa again and have recommended to friends.

We Just wanted to say thank you for letting us rent your Florida Villa – we loved it! The weather was good the pool was great what more could we ask for. We left some books in your cabinet and left some things in the larder for the next renters no fresh food just things we had brought from the UK with us. We met Donna and her husband – they are very nice and do an amazing job of looking after the villa. The house was spotlessly clean. Our friends now about the villa and we have told them how good it is and sent them the link to view it. We would use this villa again for sure when we go back to Florida. Everything was spot on from dealing with owners Barbara and Ian, through their directions, instructions and arrangements to the lovely, well equipped villa. Close enough to all the big attractions yet far enough away to ensure you get some well earned rest and relaxation. We have stayed in a number of different villas in the Orlando area over the years, and this was the best equipped, and had the best pool area. We had especially chosen it for the covered outdoor seating, which meant we were able to both keep out of the sun and the rain. It is a well kept spacious villa, and we would not hesitate to recommend it.

Barbara and Ian have helped me find great Florida homes 12 times, 9 of them in their own Florida home and that is the best home of them all. It is always nice and clean and spacious. The pool area is also very spacious and has both sunny areas and good shade for those who wanted that. The villa is close to the theme parks, lots of shopping and great restaurants. Since the villa is «in the middle» of Florida, you have great opportunity to visit the beaches on both sides. If you should need any help, the managers Donna and Tom are just a phone call away. Barbara and Ian are also very helpful and always answers emails quickly. They always makes you feel very welcome in their beautiful Florida home. This villa is a wonderful place to stay for all ages to relax and have great fun. I am already looking forward to going back «home» to Florida.

This is the 2nd time we have chosen to stay at Barbara and Ian's villa as it is just perfect. The villa is so spacious and has everything you could possibly need. It is a quick drive to Disney, with traffic would take us around 20 minutes and it's a really simple journey. The pool is fab with plenty of sun loungers. The bedrooms are lovely and big with great showers! It is a 2 minute drive to the local publix which we often used to stock up on food, and the villa has more than enough facilities to stay in and cook. The journey to and from the airport takes around 40 minutes and is a fairly easy drive, and it took us around half an hour to get to Universal. I would highly recommend this villa, the photos do not do it justice. Ian and Barbara are also brilliant at communicating with you and are more than helpful. We have just returned from a 11 night stay in the villa, it’s 5 mins drive from Publixs supermarket, there Chinese and pizza take away near by. New carpets and comfy beds, comfy sofa area. Lots of cups and plates if your like us, we like to eat in. Pool is good size, we had pool heating but wasn’t warm enough to use for few days. The out door furniture is nice and comfy. Sun is out early morning but once afternoon comes it goes off the pool area and onto the deck area. All in all nice comfy villa which we would use again.

Thanks John Paul. The pool was not too warm as Florida had experienced a very cold snap with frost on a few nights drawing the heat out of both the ground and the pool. Stayed in the Villa with family for 2 weeks. We all had a fantastic time. The villa is very well equiped and has everything you could possibly need to ensure you have a relaxing holiday. Our youngest son absolutely loved the pool. The accomodation is very well decorated, very clean. Highly recommended and we would have no hesitation in booking again in the future. My friend and I stayed here in June 2016 and what a perfect villa we chose! No pictures I took do it justice. It's so spacious and the decor is lovely. The house is kitted out with all you would need making life so much easier. Bed's are so comfy, perfect after a long day at the parks. The swimming pool and spa are perfect for when you have a down day or even at 10pm when you get back from the parks! Disney took us around 15-20(Max) to get to, universal a little longer. All restaurants and shops are so close, and the drive from MCO airport was so easy. This villa really was everything we hoped for. Also the owners were great and very easy to contact. To say we were overwhelmed when we entered the property is an understatement, it was immaculate, well decorated, and the instruction manual that was left was invaluable.It was like home from home, with all the equipment you could need was available. The alert system on the alarm regarding doors being opened whilst in the property was very reassuring with having young children. We would definitely recommend staying here as it was only 10 minute drive to hwy 92, where there were more eating places than you could shake a stick at, and only 20 mins from the Disney complex. This is simply a stunning property. it is beautifully maintained with an obvious pride by the owners. The description given is accurate but words could hardly do it justice. The local manager is attentive without being intrusive and we felt confident that if we had a problem, it would quickly be resolved. Its location gives easy access to all the major tourist sites with none of them being too far to travel to. We would not hesitate to visit this villa again. In fact if it was not available we would probably alter our travel dates so that we could use it.

Thank you so much Barbara and Ian for allowing us to enjoy your villa. We absolutely loved being there. There is so much room and it is kept in an immaculate condition. The cleanliness was exceptional. Disney is a short drive away as is Universal but we, because it was Easter, got caught up in lots of heavy traffic. Apart from that the surrounding area is full of lovely places to eat, yum yum!!! The villa really was a wonderful haven after a day out. To come back and jump in the pool was bliss as was the hot tub! In fact our last two days were spent just lazing around the villa and pool such was the tranquillity and peace. I wish I could have flat packed the villa and pool and brought them back with us lol. The villa is on a lovely estate and the neighbours are very friendly. I cannot speak highly enough of the owners and all contacts with them were answered straight away. I thoroughly recommend this as an ideal relaxing place to stay and we cannot wait to return.

Vi kan verkligen rekommendera denna villa för din Floridasemester! Allt fungerar som det ska och poolområdet är fräscht och fint. Läget utefter väg 27 är också perfekt, du tar dit snabbt till både mataffärer och flera bra golfbanor och det tar bara ca 45 minuter från Orlandos flygplats. We were six people, aged 23-89, who stayed here in the end of December. The villa matched the description and left no one disappointed. We found the villa really clean, spacious and homey. The area is really nice and quiet. You have everything you need (major food store & restaurants) just a few minutes drive away, we found the location ideal. We really liked the extra touch of the Christmas tree (we arrived dec 16th) and the well equipped kitchen since we enjoyed many meals in the house. The pool is as big as it looks and the whole poolarea is really nice. The information we received was accurate and very useful. A really big plus for the well functioning wi-fi and good heating/air conditioning in all the rooms. We really recommend this villa for your next Orlando visit!

just returned from our fifth visit. We stayed for four weeks this time and never ran out of things to do. Weather glorious, as usual. On a quiet residential estate, this villa is a real "home from home". There is private pool and sitting out area for relaxing. Centrally situated for all of the major attractions, Disney, Universal, Sea World etc, or as base for a quieter holiday. Villa is approximately equidistant from both coasts, with many different attractions on both. Villa and area is suitable for all ages as we used to take my elderly mother. We will be back again!

Fantastiskt fint hus. Vi hade en underbar semester med bad i poolen o sol hela dagen. Perfekt att kombinera med golf på många fina banor alldeles i närheten. Rekommenderas!! Fantastic Nice house. Perfect place where all is like on the description. A Publix is at less than 5 minutes, WalMart at 10 mn and the major parks at 20-30 mn. The villa is very clean, quiet and lovely. All my family loves the villa. Thanks for all and excuse my poor English.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It is close to all the attractions, and there are shopping centers and restaurants nearby. The house was spacious and clean, with a very nice pool area. The villa feels like it's a home away from home, and you find everything you need there. The owners provide good customer service, and we highly reccomend this property to others.

Early morning in the pool was great and also after a tiring time at the parks as it is very secluded and not overlooked. The house is very well furnished, well maintained and covered all our needs, with supermarkets and restaurants nearby. Neighbours and management were all very helpful in pointing us in the right direction. The house is situated in a good position away from the road and the area is very quiet making very restful when we stayed at home. Hi Barbara and Ian, Had such a lovely time in Florida. Your house is absolutely beautiful and with great karma. I am looking over the pics but I do think that your on line photos are better but will send you some of ours. Neighbours were fab and so was the location. I fell in love with the lay out and the 14 foot ceilings of your home. I would love to build a home within Toronto with an identical floor plan as your Florida home. Within 18 years of selling real estate your home is one of the best designs I have ever come across and utilizing the square footage extremely well. Children, husband and all did not want to leave and would like to return for another visit. I certainly would like to refer your home and have done so to all my friends and colleagues.
