Overview
Luxury Detached villa on the sought after Westridge development. Very private pool area not over looked with 100ft easement to rear. Formal lounge and dining room and additional family room with breakfast nook. Full kitchen and utility room with all white goods. Fully air conditioned with ceiling fans to bedrooms and family room. Large flat screen TV with cable and additional TV's in master & second double. There is a master bed en-suite a second double en-suite with pool access, the two twin bedrooms share a third full bathroom. Outside there is a 30ft by 18ft heatable pool with spa. The deck has a 100ft extension all under screening to keep out bugs. For those who sun worship there is a seating area to the rear out side of the screen. A large covered porch over the formal lounge and master bed has table and chairs, loungers and reclining chairs for those who wish to avoid the sun. There is a high chair crib and roll away bed and all linens and towels are provided.

Living
To the front of the villa there is a Formal lounge with three and two seater couches & 2 side tables a radio/CD player.
The large family room has two and three seater couches and two club chairs two side tables with lamps and a coffee table. there is a large55" flat screen TV with cable.
There are 3 patio doors offering full pool side access.
A ceiling fan combined with full AC (can be switched to heat in winter) provides a comfortable living area in which to relax after a hectic day at the parks or on the golf courses.
Kitchen
Here you will have a full cooker, microwave, large fridge freezer, dishwasher, electric kettle, coffee maker and toaster. The separate utility room has a washing machine and dryer. There is an ironing board and iron provided.
Crockery, flat wear, pans, electric whisk and liquidiser. Plastic pool wear is also provided to prevent any risk of broken glass in the pool area.
Dining
The formal dining area to the front of the villa seats six at a large formal table.
The breakfast nook also seats six.
Bedrooms
Master bedroom en-suite with patio doors to pool deck. large flat screen TV, telephone and walk in closet.
2nd Double with queen size bed also en-suite with flat screen TV and large closet. The bathroom has access to the pool deck
The two twin bedrooms share a full bathroom bath with over head shower, wash basin and WC. Both bedrooms have large closet.
Bathrooms
Master bath en-suite has large garden tub, walk in shower, his and her vanity units with Hollywood lighting & WC.
2nd bath en-suite has vanity unit with Hollywood lights large walk in shower and WC pool side access.
Twin bath has vanity unit with Hollywood lights low line bath with overhead shower & WC.
All bathrooms have a hairdryer and towels provided.

Pool
30ft x 18ft pool with Spa sits within a large screened deck area which has a 100sqft extension to provide room for all. There is a large covered porch and enough loungers and chairs for everyone to enjoy alfresco dining and lounging.
Outside
. In the garden to the rear there is a seating area with four Adirondack chairs and a tree stump table. The whole pool area is not over looked and there is a 100ft+ easement behind providing a true secluded feel.
Garage
Good double garage with electric door opener has a clothes line for easy drying of swim wear etc.
Internet
Full WIFI is provided free of charge.
The telephone provided has free calls across the USA and Canada. For international calls we suggest purchasing an International car from the supermarkets as this is a very cost effective way to make calls being mush less than a mobile or credit card.
Baby Equipment
High Chair and crib are provided with linens.
There is also a stroller in the garage.
A rollaway bed is also available should an older child wish to sleep with parents.
Pets
NO, but assisted and guide dogs are welcome but may incur an additional cleaning charge.
Location
Westridge Orlando villas to rent, located just off HWY27 in Davenport Florida. The desirable community of Westridge is centrally located being just 15 minutes from the gates of Disney World Orlando and the all the big attractions.
The nearest supermarkets Wal Mart and Publix are a 5 minute drive away. Westridge's complimentary guest facilities cater for all active pursuits, featuring courts for tennis, basketball and volleyball, a children's play area and a communal pool and cabana. The homes are well spaced in a landscape of pretty rolling hills. If golf is your passion, there are a multitude of golf courses locally, the closest being Highlands Reserve conveniently placed next door. WIth easy access to both the infamous HWY 192 - crowded with its shopping, restaurants and smaller attractions; and the I-4 for trips further afield to see all that Florida has to offer, Westridge provides a fabulous haven for your dream Orlando holiday.

Rental rates additional information
A none refundable holding deposit of £100 per week is required at time of booking. A refundable security deposit of £230 is required which will be returned after Management report.
Pool/spa heat is available if required at £90 per week.
All pricing includes Florida sales and tourist taxes of 12%.
Payment can be by direct bank to bank or personal cheque.

Fabulous villa
We stayed in Barbara and Ian's' villa from June 24th 2023 for 2 weeks and couldn't be happier. we like to stay in the Davenport area and this time we stayed in the best villa yet.
The communication from when we first booked to returning home was excellent.
The villa had everything we needed and more, including lots of plasticware for round the very large pool,(with spa )where we spent most of our time. Plenty of furniture for relaxing round the pool. Pillows and towels were plentiful and the villa was spotless when we arrived, we tried to leave it that way when we reluctantly left. The washer and drier came in very useful and the villa was very well equipped.
The area is nice and quiet and we felt very safe when out walking of an evening. Not too far from the 192 or the I4.
The best thing I can say is that when we return to Orlando we will be hoping Barbara and Ian's villa is available as we would love to return.

Wonderful villa
We stayed for 10 days in July and experienced a wonderful visit, the pool was a fantastic size and the general pool area was well equipped and clean.
Inside there were plenty of towels, cutlery, crockery for all purposes, beds were very comfortable and the en suites a fab addition!
We were within 30mins (in bad traffic) to the majority of the parks and amenities such as Wallmart were a short 5min drive away. Everything was to hand, the location was ideal for us!
Barbara and Ian were quick to respond to any questions I had through the booking process and we would not hesitate to stay here again!

The BEST pool we've ever had!
Just returned from a 9 night stay at Shelvilla. We have stayed in numerous villas in and around the area and this is among the nicest we have ever had with certainly the BEST pool and pool area we have ever had, so private! The neighbourhood was very quiet and after 5 nights in a Disney hotel it was wonderful to spread out and enjoy the plentiful facilities. Everything you could need and more! Fab laundry facilities, beach towels, pram, lots of crockery including plenty of plastic for the pool area. Would definitely visit again!
