Overview
Our 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom villa accommodates 8 guests and offers a beautiful open-plan living space, complete with a family room, a spacious kitchen and dining room. Ideally located in Davenport, it's just 10 miles from Magic Kingdom Park and close to SeaWorld, Universal Studios, and LEGOLAND. Golf lovers will appreciate the nearby Highlands Reserve and Champion's Gate Golf Clubs. The master suite boasts a king-size bed, walk-in wardrobe, and an ensuite bathroom. A generously sized bedroom with a queen-size bed is adjacent to the master suite, and two twin bedrooms with a shared bathroom. There is a well-equipped kitchen with a four-seater breakfast table and a bar. Beyond the kitchen, you'll find a utility room with a washer and dryer. Adjacent to the kitchen, there is a games room, complete with pool and table tennis/air hockey tables. At the villa's rear, you'll find a large pool area with a six-seater dining set and sun loungers.

The Wi-Fi extends outside the home to the pool area, ensuring you can stay connected with internet speeds up to 500 MBps.
Kitchen
The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with a full-size fridge freezer with an icemaker, a microwave, a cooker, and a variety of cooking utensils and appliances. At one end of the kitchen is a cosy 4-seater breakfast nook, whilst on the other side is a breakfast bar. Beyond the breakfast bar lies a stylish dining area with a modern glass-topped dining table and 6 chairs for a delightful family dining experience.

Bedrooms
The master suite is a spacious and comfortable bedroom, with a king-size bed, walk-in wardrobe, and a stunning ensuite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower, bath, and double granite top vanity. In addition, the main suite offers breathtaking pool views from the comfort of your bed.
Adjacent to the Master suite, a generously sized bedroom awaits, featuring a queen-size bed perfect for additional guests. Both rooms are equipped with ceiling fans and 40" LED TVs. Nearby, two twin bedrooms offer ample space for the whole family to unwind. The two additional bedrooms are fitted with 2 twin beds, 32" TVs, closets and a conveniently situated bathroom with a walk-in shower and granite top vanity.

At the villa's rear, you'll find a large pool area with a six-seater dining set and sun loungers, the perfect place to relax and unwind in the sunshine.
Garage
Through the kitchen area you find the utility room that offers a washer and dryer. This room also leads you into the garage which has been conveniently converted into a games room allowing the little one's (or big one's) a space to enjoy the pool and air hockey table.

Location
Westridge Orlando villas to rent, located just off HWY27 in Davenport Florida. The desirable community of Westridge is centrally located being just 15 minutes from the gates of Disney World Orlando and the all the big attractions.
The nearest supermarkets Wal Mart and Publix are a 5 minute drive away. Westridge's complimentary guest facilities cater for all active pursuits, featuring courts for tennis, basketball and volleyball, a children's play area and a communal pool and cabana. The homes are well spaced in a landscape of pretty rolling hills. If golf is your passion, there are a multitude of golf courses locally, the closest being Highlands Reserve conveniently placed next door. WIth easy access to both the infamous HWY 192 - crowded with its shopping, restaurants and smaller attractions; and the I-4 for trips further afield to see all that Florida has to offer, Westridge provides a fabulous haven for your dream Orlando holiday.

We offer a special discount to our vr360homes guests: 8% off for stays over 14 nights, 15% off for stays over 21 nights, and an incredible 20% off for stays over 28 nights.
1. Minimum stay is 7 nights.
2. Rates are inclusive of all taxes and one-time cleaning fees.
However, please note that pool heating is an optional feature, especially recommended from October to April. If you choose to have the pool heated, a minimum requirement of 5 nights will apply.
