Luxury 8 Bed 6 Bath on Windsor at Westside | Sleeps 20

We had a group of 14 people on our holiday and this villa was the perfect base for us. It offered beautiful bedrooms with ample living space, we never felt that we were living on top of each other. The kids absolutely loved the pool (both private and on site) and the use of the complementary pushchairs was really helpful. Only a short drive to the 192 which made getting to the parks really easy. We would stay here again in a heartbeat, the owner April was superb at answering any questions and we can’t wait to come back.

From our first booking experience with April, our vacation got off to a great start. April is extremely responsive and was able to follow-up with all of our inquiries via email and phone promptly and professionally. Our group consisted of two families, including four children, one being under 2. April ensured there was a crib, high chair, playpen and stroller at our disposal. She was very attentive to our needs. The house is clean, bright, tastefully decorated and in pristine condition. We couldn't have been more pleased with the home and pool area. There was ample space for everyone. A pleasant surprise was the clubhouse area. We anticipated spending most of our time at the home, which we did, but our families loved the splash pad/water park area and lazy river. The clubhouse had an all-inclusive resort feel, with great drinks and food. You could easily spend most days there and the house is situated within walking distance to the clubhouse - great convenience when walking with little ones. We would all recommend this home and in fact are hoping to book here again next year with April and extend our stay for 2 weeks. You won't be disappointment, we have all rented homes previous to this trip and this home and resort was by far well above our expectations!

This spacious home made our group of 18 feel right at home. Each room is decorated beautiful with top of the line comfort and accommodations. The house is centrally located to theme parks, restaurants, and shopping. The house is designed and decorated with family in mind.The home is in a gated community that gives you the feel of a resort upon entry. The community center offers plenty for a family to do at little or no extra cost such as Wii tournaments, face painting, water park, arcade, game nights, and movie nights. The community center offered so many different activities for all ages that majority of the time we didn't leave the area. The owner April is extremely professional and her response time to any and all inquiries is quick. I highly recommend this home for your Orlando vacation as this house is like no other!!!!

We planned this spring break trip months in advance and were very pleased with the house. It was spacious, clean and everyone had their own space to relax and unwind. The pool and outdoor patio were well used as was the subdivision pool and facilities. We had guests in from France and we did many attractions that were generally within 1/2 hour of the house. The owners were easy to work with, it was a great memory making vacation.

This house and surrounding resort area have all you need to make great memories for everyone on the trip. Having stayed at several other rental communities close by I can positively say that we won't be returning to any of them as we have found the location that we love. The house is close to Disney, shopping areas and restaurants. The clubhouse area was a hit with the kids as they could play in the water toy, lazy river, pool area and arcade (ALL games are FREE!!) as well as the parents who could finally relax after several full days at the nearby attractions. In addition, April's responsiveness throughout the entire process was second to none. Do not hesitate to book this house!!! You will not regret it!.

This large home has all you'll need with style! The accommodations were perfect. The club house was an added plus. Near everything you'll want to enjoy in Orlando yet out of the way. I highly recommend this home for any vacation. April's response time to all my inquiries was great.

This home was a perfect pick for our Florida family vacation. It was great to come home to such a beautiful home after a long day of playing. We had a large group of 17 (8 kids) and there was plenty of space for all. We appreciated having the high chairs, pack n plays, and cribs for all our little ones. It was close to Disney World, gas stations, grocery stores, and restaurants. The kids especially loved the clubhouse water play area and the arcade center! April and Bobby were great to work with! They are kind and responded very quickly to all our needs. We would love to stay here again when we come back to Orlando. We would highly recommend this home to all.

This house was perfect for our large group of three families! There were plenty of bedrooms and a lovely common area upstairs with games, tv, etc and downstairs. The decor was beautiful and we had everything we needed. April and Bobby were wonderful to work with and very responsive. The home is in a development with an amazing community pool and lazy river...the kids loved it! It is not too far of a drive to Disneyworld and all of the parks. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!

Me and my family were the first guests at this new home just recently and cannot praise how perfect the home was set up and the owners themselves. The house had everything we needed to be comfortable, was close to all our activities and was in pristine condition. The pool was warm (we had the pool heat on since it was February) and the outdoor area was perfect for hanging out with family and the kids. In addition, when we booked the property with the owners, April and Bobby, they were so kind and responsive. I would definitely stay in this house again when I visit Orlando and highly recommend it to others as well.
