Facilities

Living

Home has an open floor plan with a large living area for families and friends. Living room contains a couch with a large smart TV.

Kitchen

Full stocked kitchen with plenty of storage. Pots, pans, plates, and utensils are all included.

Dining

Dining room table seats 8, with additional counter seating at the island.

Bedrooms

10 bedrooms, sleeps 20.

Each bedroom contains a smart TV, a dresser, nightstands, and a closet with hangers.

Downstairs master bedroom contains a king bed, with en-suite bathroom with pool access.

Downstairs king bedroom contains a king bed and access to the full guest bathroom.

Upstairs jack and jill bedrooms are Avengers and Harry Potter themed. They include two twin beds in each room.

There is a family suite with a queen bed and two twin beds. They have access to a shared bathroom.

All other bedrooms are king beds with en-suite bathrooms.

8 bathrooms, 7 en-suites.

All bathrooms are full baths with showers.

Downstairs master bedroom has a separate tub.

Upstairs shared bathroom for family suite includes a shower tub combination.

Games Room

Games loft includes table tennis, fooseball, and a Ms. Pac Man arcade machine. You also have a full couch and smart TV in the loft for your use.

Pool

Pool can be heated for an additional $25 per night plus tax. You must have it on for a minimum of 5 nights or the duration of your stay.

Garage

Garage can fit one oversized vehicle or two small cars.

Internet

Wifi is complimentary and connected to all of the TVs.

Baby Equipment

This home has a pack and play and a high chair.

Pets

Guest must request to have a pet in the home. There is a mandatory pet fee of $200 that is non-refundable. This will cover the additional cleaning needed. Any damage done by a pet is not covered by this fee and will be charged accordingly to the guest.

Location

Windsor Island Resort is located on HWY 27 in Davenport, Florida near Highlands Reserve. Offering a new resort style community with luxury Orlando vacation rental villas minutes from Disney World.

The Windsor Island Resort has a large clubhouse which includes a Game Room, Sundry shop and fitness center. Outside you have a large pool area with zero entry walkin entrance, loads of sun lounger as well as a kids splash pool area.

The resort facilities also include duel waterslides and a 600 foot long lazy river, they also have private cabanas that you can rent for the day. These include a shaded area with fan and TV.

Other facilities include a basketball court, sand volleyball court and putt-putt golf!

Just opened in February 2022 a brand new onsite restaurant called the Blue Marlin Grill.
