Overview
This fabulous villa is located in the tranquil setting of the gated resort Aviana. The resort offers a clubhouse situated next to a communal pool and spa, overlooking a lake, idyllic! There is also a fitness centre, internet café, sand volleyball and children’s playground.The villa feels luxurious from the moment you step inside.There are two seating areas, one with a large TV (HD cable), a fully equipped kitchen, 2 dining areas near the seating areas, washer and dryer (in garage), air conditioning, fans in 3 bedrooms and two bedrooms have en-suites and TV’s (cable), pool, patio furniture, backing on to a secluded area, is just perfect for lazy days or relaxing after a day of theme parks. With Walt Disney World only 15 minutes away, easy access to other attractions (ie Universal Studios, Sea World, Space Centre, beaches), championship golf courses just a few miles from this resort. Local shops and Publix store at Loughmans Crossing. Free local and national calls and WIFI included, no smoking is allowed within the villa.

Rental rates additional information
Pool heat is available for £25 per day (recommended October to April/May).
Cleaning £110 & £75 Admin.fee included for stays of 7 nights or more.
Refundable Security deposit £400.
Tax @ 12% is added to all booking.
The following cancellation charges, based on scheduled arrival date, shall apply to any cancellation made by The Client:
Notice given:
A cancellation of a booking up to 10 weeks deposit only.
A cancellation of a booking between 7weeks – 10 weeks 20%.
A cancellation of a booking between 4 weeks – 7 weeks 50%.
A cancellation of a booking between 0 weeks – 4 weeks 100%.
No 3rd party bookings will be accepted, only guest on booking form will be allowed to stay in the villa.
Fees may apply for payment by debit/credit card.
The security deposit will be refundable within two weeks of stay.

Perfect for us
We are pretty low maintenance people and we’re here to only soak up the sun! The pool area was perfect and the house was very clean. Only ding was the Highway noise which you could hear at night as well. We enjoyed our stay!!
