The villa is set in the tranquil grounds of Tower lake, with it's very own purpose built fishing pier, where our guest's can enjoy fishing or simply sit and watch the numerous wildlife.

The villa is ideal for family and friends, with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay.

By day or evening, here you will find a place designed to enjoy, relax and totally unwind.

We have 4 and 5 bedroom villas located on Copeland Drive, Cherokee Avenue, Pineloch Drive and Minniehaha Circle. Situated alongside the picturesque and natural 'Tower Lake', this executive gated resort offers spacious villas each with private pool. Keen golfers will be pleased to note Calabay Parc at Tower Lake is just a 2 minute drive from Southern Dunes, one of Orlando's championship golf courses. Wal Mart and Publix supermarkets, Walgreen's pharmacy, distinctive shopping and dining outlets and cinema are 10 minutes away.

Note: If you are looking for Calabay Parc please click on the link as this is Calabay Parc at Tower Lake. They both located on HWY 27 in Davenport but are about 10 miles apart. Calabay Parc at Tower Lakes is located close to Southern Dunes and Ridgewood Lakes where as Calabay Parc is 10 miles further North on HWY27 and is close to Hampton Lakes and Highlands Reserve.
