Luxury Calabria Villa | 5 Bed 4.5 Bath with South Facing Pool

We had a lovely stay in Calabria villa. It had everything we needed to make our holiday extra special. The pool heating made it so easy for my early morning swim each morning as it was super warm. All restaurants, supermarkets etc. we're on the doorstep. Would definitely return.

Communication with Leonie was excellent. Directions and arrival instructions were clear and easy to understand. The villa is in a great location, close to many bars, restaurants and shops and the development itself is well kept. The villa was clean and well equipped with everything you would need in a holiday rental. There was a conservation view to the rear and a truly south facing pool deck making days spent at the pool most enjoyable. The cinema room was a real highlight for evenings spent at home. Having two master suites would make this an ideal rental for two families. We've already booked our next trip and are looking forward to a return stay in this beautiful home.

This is our second stay at Calabria villa - we have stayed at several villas in Kissimmee and this is by far the best. The location is excellent - situated in a quiet residential area away from busy roads but only 10 minutes from Disney. The villa is very clean and has all the facilities you expect in a luxury property. The south facing pool is great. There are a number of restaurants within 5 minutes drive from the villa.

This is a fantastic villa. It is decorated and furnished to the highest standard, yet felt homely and comfortable. It was absolutely spotless and pristinely presented on arrival and has everything you could possibly want and more. The beds were super comfy. We enjoyed the games room and absolutely loved the cinema room. Jurassic Park in surround sound was a highlight! The pool and hot tub were well used . We were there during a cold snap in January, but the pool and hot tub remained wonderfully warm at all times. Leonie, the host, was always on hand with answers to questions and easy directions and provides a terrific service. We will definitely be back.

Fantastic Villa & location ! We have been visiting Orlando since 2003 and this has got to be one of the best villas for comfort and location to date. Fantastic villa in excellent location with easy access to Disney and Universal parks. Leonie’s communication is brilliant from start to finish and instructions given were very helpful and spot on. The villa is gorgeous and very clean and the pool area is a perfect way to end the day relaxing and enjoying the bubbles in the Jacuzzi! From the very first point of contact with Leonie until the very end, communication was excellent. The Villa was fantastic, great facilities, clean and tidy rooms. The bedrooms all were a super size and great supply of towels both for bathroom and poolside. The pool itself was tremendous, very clean and well kept. The sun loungers were very comfy. The villa was in a quiet neighbourhood, very accessible and close to major food chains and supermarkets. Would highly recommend this villa and would happily return in the future.

As an ex Villa owner I was blown away with this superb home. The location is great, the pool and direction facing meant sun all day and it was a great size with a lovely covered area to get out that blistering sun. Inside the Villa you had everything required with a suberb massive cinema room and all the modern amenities. Easy secure lock and a well secured and fully alarmed home. We had a fantastic two week holiday staying in this villa. Very comfortable, had the best nights sleep in the huge bed, the theatre room was amazing with the surround sound and big screen, perfect after long days in the parks. We had everything we needed in the villa, the pool was so luxurious and the villa was very clean. Leonie was a pleasure, getting back to me very quickly. The villa is excellent. It is clean,fresh,well furnished and fully equipped. We are a group of 8 golfers, and we were all impressed and were happy that the accommodation matched all our needs. We had a fantastic holiday in this beautiful villa. The villa is fully equipped and the service of dream management is really perfect. As soon as we had made a report of the broken screens at the pool and the broken vacuum cleaner, they were repaired and replaced after only an hour. The villa is spacious and layout but has a nice, cozy, homely atmosphere. We will definitely come back again. Highly recommended! The only point of improvement I would like to mention is that there is no safety screen for the pool. With a toddler of 4 years this would really be very desirable. Many thanks to Leonie for allowing us to spend our holidays here.

This will be our 3rd stay in this lovely villa which really says it all . We have stayed twice pre covid and finally returned after . We love the cinema room . It has a great games room and the kitchen has everything you need . Lots of bedrooms for personal space. Swimming pool and jacuzzi were lovely and warm ( we paid for the heating) pool loungers have great thick padded seats . Great location , near restaurants on the 192. This is a fabulous villa situated close to Disney. It took us 30 mins approximately from villa to park entry & the roads were very busy when we visited. Upon arrival the villa was spotless and well stocked with kitchen utensils. We had requested a heated pool and it was fabulous. I would recommend if you’re visiting in November. The pool is a super size too Leonie was a delight to deal with both before and after - thank you! And we only had one occasion to contact the management company who responded promptly & courteously We all loved staying in this villa and I would 100% recommend this. I myself; will hopefully be a return visitor in 2024

Just returned from a 2 week holiday and sad to be leaving this beautiful villa. Prior to leaving the UK we were given directions, door lock code, alarm code etc , which was great piece of mind to know the house was alarmed. We found the directions to house really easy after flying into Tampa airport which took about 1hr 20 mins. We loved the area. The villa was big and nice and clean, beautiful pool/jacuzzi, private and fenced off (we paid for heating - it was like a bath), cinema room, games room, safe and the bedrooms were lovely and spacious too. All towels provided and hairdryers too which saved me taking mine. All accommodated our family perfectly. Not far from 192 and lots of restaurants, Walmart etc. Disney 10 /15 mins away, Universal 20/25 , Busch Gardens 1hr 15 mins away. Communication with the management company was fantastic as we had a couple of issues and they were there within the hour to fix the problems. There is an information book in the villa which is so useful too. I highly recommend this villa if you are looking for a perfect home from home. We will definitely stay at this villa again. We wanted a house close to the parks with 3 double beds as we were a party of 5 adults. The house was amazing. In a perfect location. Beautifully furnished, thick carpets and equipped with everything we could need. The cinema room was an extra bonus, lovely to relax watching a movie with a glass of wine. The pool and jacuzzi were used daily and were the perfect size. There were plenty of towels and pool towels provided. Things like Tupperware boxes were great for the parks. The washing machine and dryer were easy to use and great to come home with no washing. We had clear instructions to find the property and Leonie was great with getting in touch before, during and after our holiday. We were so happy to come back to Orlando, and visit the parks, restaurants and shops again after so long. We would definitely recommend Leonie and this lovely house, and can’t wait to return.

We have just returned from a 3 week stay in Leonie's villa. Having stayed in lots of Florida villas this is the first since the covid pandemic and was the cleanest, Pest free villa we have stayed in. Plenty of soft pool towels and all the bedding was fresh and of superior quality. The amazing cinema room was invaluable . Pool area was outstanding very private,not overlooked, quiet and peaceful (missing the view already) pool furniture a cut above the rest best i have seen in a villa. Villa was a perfect temperature which was very refreshing. Booking was seamless, Leonie was very helpful and the property management were very quick to respond while we were there. This is our 5th time staying on Calibria as it is so conveniently situated with everything you could possibly need very close by including the Disney Parks, and is a very well kept community. We loved staying in Leonie's villa. It was spacious, clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The swimming pool area was my favourite part, in particular the comfy sun loungers. The pool was clean and well maintained. The adult ‘kids’ in our party enjoyed using the games room and theatre room daily. This is our 2nd stay in Calabria which is a nice and well maintained estate close to several supermarkets, restaurants, fast food & fuel stations. We have just come home from our second stay at Leonie's wonderful Calabria home. Once again we would like to say how accomodating Leonie has been, moving our stay twice due to Covid with no hesitation. The home has been recently repainted and has all new carpets which it made it feel very fresh. For any new visitors the home is in an amazing location, very close to lots of restaurants at Four Corners and three large supermarkets within 5 min drive. Once again we loved spending time using the pool and the games room and the highlight for us all especially our young adult sons was the amazing cinema/entertainment room. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this home for anyone considering a stay here.

Just arrived home after spending 2 weeks at this lovely villa. Everything was immaculate and well maintained having been recently decorated and new carpets throughout. My granddaughter was reluctant to leave the pool most days (added bonus was that we paid for pool heating) and loved spending hours in the water. Plenty of towels provided for each bathroom and made use of the laundry facilities regularly. Used the games room several times which was well equipped too. The villa provided everything that you could possibly need for a break away from the parks and we spent several evenings just relaxing in the pool area which was not overlooked with a wooded area behind the lanai. The location and area was excellent, close to supermarkets and restaurants and only a 10 minute drive to Disney. Leonie was excellent to deal with and kept us informed of any updates despite us having to change our travel dates several times due to the pandemic (much appreciated). The only regret we have is that we had to leave to come home. I would not hesitate in booking this villa again and recommending it to friends and family. After many hours of looking for a villa that was near enough to airport/parks/sights, with added luxuries of a private pool, games room, cinema and south facing garden I found this property! On top of that it is a good price for how lovely and clean/comfy/large it is! Booking was a breeze, great communication and information before and whilst there. My family had a very nice stay in this rental villa during January 2020. We were fortunate to have weather that was in the mid 70s and mid 80s (Fahrenheit) with no rain for our 10 day visit. Our group needed a house that was close to family who live there year round. This villa was located 7 minutes away from them. Each morning we met them at their home and journeyed to the parks together for 8 days straight. Use Google maps or the Waze app to factor in driving time for all Disney and Universal parks. We visited during the off season so traffic was fine. In addition to proximity to family, our teenage son requested a room without twin beds if at all possible. If you have been looking over rental properties in the Kissimmee area you will know that is not an easy request. This house met all of our wish list items. It has two master suites with king size beds and a room with a queen size bed. My in-laws were in the master suite downstairs. My husband and I were in the one upstairs and our son occupied the room with a queen bed that also had its own en-suite on the same level. The other two rooms that have a set of twin beds each are also on the second floor. There were 4.5 bathrooms so it made it much easier for our party of five to get ready simultaneously and out the door to be at the parks before rope drop, especially to ride The Rise of the Resistance. The seller was friendly and prompt about responding via email and made the process to reserve a simple one. The house was clean and well maintained. The owner will email you the house codes so you can head there directly from the airport. When we had two issues on our 3rd day, the rental company promptly responded to my email and sent someone over without us having to be there. First there was a dying battery in a smoke detector so it woke me at about 3:30am (it would beep about every minute) . The second issue was that the freezer in the side by side was leaking. I sent an email to the rental property management company before we left the house that Sunday morning. I saw a reply to my email while I was online for Smuggler’s Run, which was about 8:30am (again this was on a Sunday so I was impressed). This allowed us to just enjoy our day. The maintenance person left a note saying all batteries in all smoke detectors had been replaced so we slept without interruption that night. There are a good number of electrical outlets for charging phones, cameras, tablets and other electronic devices for your group. The WiFi worked well for us during our entire stay. The water temperature was comfortable in the shower. We were out of the house from dawn to well after dusk so we did not heat the pool. The beds and pillows were comfortable. I would not say that I am overly particular in that area but there are two Air BnBs that I would not return to because the mattresses needed to be replaced just to put things in perspective. We could not get the safe to work so you may need to have the rental management company walk you through that. The washing machine worked well but it does take a long time to do a load of clothes. My husband said he thought it took at least one hour to run a load so keep that in mind if you want to have time to put wet items in the dryer before going out or going to sleep. We washed four loads of laundry during our stay. There is a grocery store close by to purchase food, snacks, laundry detergent, toilet paper, tissues, etc. There will be enough toilet paper provided to start you off. We arrived at the house at 9:30 pm. We went out for breakfast and groceries the following morning. They do provide a few small freezer packs in the freezer. The description and photos of the house are accurate. We would highly recommend staying here. If my in-laws return to Florida with us for our next visit, we would definitely book this house again. We rented this home for 9 days in September 2019. Every thing is just as described, in fact the pictures don't do it justice! There were no neighbors staying in the houses to the sides of us, it was so lovely and quite. The downstairs master and upstairs master are almost identical copies so there was no arguing over who had the better room. There were more than enough towels, cooking utensils etc. We spent most of our time outdoors enjoying the sun and the pool. The movie room is great for evenings or rainy days. I wouldn't hesitate to re-book this home, dealing with the owner was easy, she is an absolute pleasure. Can't wait to return!

Having stayed in many villas in the Kissimmee area over the last 18+ years, as a family we all agreed this was one of the best we have had the pleasure of renting. The owner Leonie was really helpful and always quick to reply to any emails. The information provided giving directions and access to the villa were clear and easy to follow. The villa itself is comfortable with fantastic amenities , the beds we used were all perfect for a good nights sleep. We all really enjoyed using the pool and jacuzzi, it was great to find such a clean pool area. The cinema room and the games room were a great hit with us all, especially on the few rainy afternoons we had. The neighbourhood is very peaceful and very handy for a good selection of restaurants and supermarkets with Disney only being a short car ride away. The management company were excellent, this was the first time we had ever received a visit within a few hours of arriving just checking things were ok and that we had everything we needed. We would definitely recommend this villa.

We absolutely loved this villa! Plenty of space for all the family, massive beds, plenty of towels and linen, perfect pool area... the list goes on! The kids especially loved the games room and the cinema room. The villa was a great location for all the parks - close but still far enough away to switch off from it all. Very quiet neighbourhood with friendly raccoons! Communication beforehand was excellent, owner very friendly and quick to reply to questions. Will definitely be back!

This spacious pool villa 15 minutes to Disney was a luxiourious base for our trip to Orlando. Convenient for restaurants, supermarkets (both Publix and Walmart), Disney and the I4 corridor. The pool is good fun but was quite cold (even with heating and a hot spell) in November. Husband and father in law enjoyed the games room and my daughter loved the cinema room. We did struggle to find many channels on the TV but this did not spoil our holiday. There were no consumables such as washing up detergent, dishwasher or laundry products or salt and pepper but these were easily purchased nearby. Communication from the owner was excellent and travel instructions easier to follow than google maps No hesitation to recommend this villa and hopefully I will be able to visit again!

Having just returned from a fantastic 2 week holiday we cannot say enough how happy we were with Leonie's service and her beautiful Villa at Calabria. This was our 5th trip to Orlando and this villa was stunning inside and out, we would definitely look to stay here again next time. The location of the villa on a lovely quiet street is perfect and only 5 mins onto the 192 and Twistee Treat and only 15 minutes from Disney World! We didn't get a chance to use the cinema room or games room but both would fulfil our needs if we had had the time! The pool was lovely and clean and plenty warm enough (with pool heating) and we made lots of use of the hot tub. We cannot recommend this fantastic villa enough and again our many thanks to Leonie for allowing us to use her beautiful home. Time to start saving again!

Fantastic property. Pool and hot tub lovely. Pleased we paid for heating as there were no issues at any time of having to brace ourselves to get in. Games room saw plenty of fun especially the Nannies playing doubles in air hockey with the 2 boys. My husband loved the cinema room watching Avatar with the volume turned up! Directions to villa were great but note after the Target store on your left and passing under the 429 flyover the left turning on to Westside Road/Blvd is still about 2 miles - we were convinced we had missed it. All in all a great holiday and would definately stay here again. 20 Minutes door to car park for Magic Kingdom and 15 for Animal Kingdom.

The whole experience from beginning to end was second to none. Communucation from Leonie was great from our first enquiry about the villa right up until we had completed our stay. The location of the villa is perfect. The Calabria community in which it's situated is wonderfully quiet but is very close to Highway 192 where there is ample choice for food and entertainment so it's the best of both worlds. The villa itself is perfection. Extremely spacious in every aspect, both inside and out on the pool area. The decor is bright and homely and everything was very clean for our arrival. The entertainment room is a very cool addition and, for me, takes this villa up a peg compared to others I've stayed in. The pool area is ideal. The pool itself is a great size and the jacuzzi has a great amount of power in the jets and can fit 4 or 5 people comfortably. The covered area is the perfect size as you can sit 6 people round the table and not be annoyed by any rain.... or sunshine if you fancy a bit of shade. The sun loungers are comfy and there are plenty of them. We didn't use the game room but it is also spacious and you coyld use all 3 tables at the same time with no hassle. Overall I loved this villa. I could have happily stayed for a lot longer than we did. I very much hope to stay in it again on a future visit to Florida.

First and foremost Leonie is amazing and so great to work with. We waited until the last minute to book anything in fear of a hurricane (something we dealt with last year) and she understood and we got this booked an paid quickly. I am so thankful that this home was not already booked for our dates. It is absolutely beautiful and so clean. The theater is so cool and would be great for kids. The garage, which is a game room, is the cleanest garage I’ve been in. The pool and deck area - incredible! Leonie’s home is so well landscaped along with the rest of the community. It was quiet and so relaxing and yet within 10 minutes we could be in the hustle and bustle of 192. We were on Disney property in about 12 minutes. We had the pleasure in staying in this villa for 4 weeks. This was going to be our last big family holiday with the kids growing up and the in-laws retiring so we needed a villa that was going to make us happy. The villa was immaculate, very clean and furnished to a high standard. There were plenty of seats for dining and loungers for sunbathing. South facing it sure is! Was out first thing every morning (after a cuppa) sunbathing in the sun all day most days. The villa is easy to find and one of he main reasons I booked it is located near to the 192 where all the restaurants are. Close to Disney and universal studios (35mins). Would highly recommend this villa to anyone considering going to Orlando!!

What a beautiful villa. Great pool, lovely decoration, the cinema room just topped it for us. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was just perfect, being only a 10-15 minute drie to Disney. We had everything we needed in the villa and was grateful for the folder with information in (disney parks, resturants, things to do etc). We will definetly be booking this villa in the future. Owner was also very easy to get hold of and very helpful.

Nothing but pleased as punch, the home owners were lovely and friendly and helpful and did everything they said they would. The house was immaculate and every amenity you could think of. Just a quick note to say thanks for a nice stay at your villa. It’s perfect - clean, well equipped and spacious. The pool was really warm and used every day, and the cinema and games room were fantastic. The location is brilliant too - everything is close by and the attractions a short easy drive. This was our first time to florida,so we spent a lot of time searching the internet. When we saw the photos of leonies villa and the reviews people were giving we took the plunge. Well we needn't have worried!. It is everything you can see and read,its fantastic. This place is massive,even the areas around the pool are bigger than the villas either side and it also has a nice outlook onto a wood to the rear,not other houses. Disney is about 15mins. Sea world 20mins. Universal 30mins(volcano bay is great). There are enough restaurants within 5 to 10 mins to eat somewhere different every night for 3 weeks. We have rented many properties throughout the US and I must say this property is top notch. At first we were nervous since being in the US we had never rented from an owner outside the US but Leonie the owner put all fears aside. She was great to deal with and provided all the information we needed. She also has a local management company which was available when we had any additional questions. Upon arrival we were happy to see that the house was just as represented on the pictures. There are sufficient towels and linens. The kitchen is fully stocked with any utensil or appliance you may need. We especially enjoyed the theater. With the surround sound you really get the movie theater experience. Our children enjoyed the pool although we only used it once since Orlando was experiencing an artic blast. The pool was heated which made the cold outside bearable. The house is 15 min to Disney so its a quick ride. Also lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. Will definitely rent again when we have another Disney trip.

Just returned from a lovely holiday in Florida after staying in this Villa. The owner Leonie was brilliant and very flexible after a problem with holiday cancelled due to Hurricane Irma. Very happy with our 2 weeks in this beautiful property. Comfortable, clean and well equipped, plenty of space for the 8 of us that stayed there. Quiet neighbourhood but still plenty of local conveniences, ie gas, supermarkets, restaurants etc. Very close to Disney parks. The kids loved the pool and games room. We gave just returned from 2 weeks stay at this amazing villa. The villa is situated in a beautiful area; quiet and well maintained. It is so close to all of the shops and eateries. We had an amazing time at this villa and could not fault it. The information we received prior to arriving was excellent and managed to find the villa with no issues. Stayed in this villa for two weeks March 2017 for a family celebration. The south facing pool and extremely comfortable loungers and games room made for an excellent holiday. On arrival the villa was spotless furniture fixtures and fittings were of good quality giving the villa a lovely feel. The community of Calabria is beautifully kept and well maintained.The villa is in a good location for visiting the theme parks. The villa felt spacious the large pool deck had plenty of space for sunbathing, we had pool heating and the temperature of the pool was perfect. Stayed in this villa for 2 weeks in January with my husband and 2 sons and although large for our group size, we were celebrating my youngest sons 21st birthday so I was looking for something special. With both my boys over 6ft, I was specifically looking for a villa with queen/king size beds rather than the usual twin beds & Disney characters! This villa certainly ticked all the boxes for us with it's location, a south facing pool and great facilities - cinema room, games room & lovely pool deck. We were not disappointed. The villa is beautifully furnished and has everything you could possibly need. On our arrival the villa was spotless, and very easily found and accessed with the clear instructions provided by Leonie. The location of the villa is excellent, a short 5 minute drive to supermarkets, restaurants etc, and 10 minutes or so to Disney. My boys visited Universal & Islands of Adventures most days which was around a 20 minute drive. The south facing pool is a great size and the large deck area is well furnished and benefits from the sun all day. The poolside loungers are particularly comfortable! We chose to have the pool heated which meant we could enjoy a dip morning, noon & night and would definitely recommend this if you're staying outwith high season. We had to contact the management company on one occasion as the pool wasn't filtering very well and they had someone out the same day to fix it. Will definitely book this villa for any future visits to Orlando.

From start to finish the service and quality of this villa was top class. We were a group of 9 (4 adults and 5 kids) and found the villa very comfortable. The 2 master suites are great for both sets of parents who could escape for some peace and quiet from the kids!! Leonie was excellent to deal with and provided all the details needed to enable us to get there quickly and without any problem. The location is great - a minute or so from the 192 yet still on a very quiet estate and 15 - 20 minutes from Disney parks, shopping and Old Town ( boys loved the go karts)! The pool was lovely - we had it heated as it was October so needed it but meant we could use the pool anytime, often after returning in the evening after a visit to the parks. Completely south facing too so got the sun all day. Plenty at the villa for kids to do when not in the pool - great cinema room and air conditioned games room. The villa has everything you need for a great stay and The owner great to deal with - deposit returned within days. The management company were also fantastic on the one issue we did have (batteries in safe needed replacing) - they came out straight away and fixed the issue. We have stayed in Orlando area many times and this is definitely one of the best and we would certainly return.

We had the pleasure of staying in this stunning villa for our family holiday. It was very clean and well equipped and in a perfect location. Restaurants were literally a five minute car journey away and the Disney parks 15 minutes. The villa pool area was spacious and private and the children enjoyed the cinema room which had lots of films/xbox games to keep everyone entertained. Air conditioning in the games room was fab as we have not had this in any previous villas we have stayed in. This was by far our favourite villa stay and would not hesitate to recommend it to others as it was just perfect.

We enjoyed our stay at the villa immensely. We found the villa to be extremely clean and well kept. We used the pool everyday and enjoyed our late night swims. The games room had something for everyone in our group. We rented the barbeque as well and it was a nice added touch to our family vacation. This is a stunning villa, the best we have stayed in in Orlando. Directions from Leonie made it easy to find and it's situated on a very quiet cul de sac 5 minutes from Wal Mart and 20 minutes from Disney. Everything about the description was spot on, very clean, spacious, well equipped and modern. There are no negatives, it really is a great place to return to after a long day at the parks, if you are wanting a special place to stay in Orlando you wont find any better.

We stayed at this Villa in April 2016 for 1 week. When booking the villa the correspondence between the owner and myself was excellent. Every email and question was answered quickly and accurately. We received details of how to get to the villa which was extremely helpful and very easy to follow. When we arrived at the villa we were delighted. The photo's didn't do it justice. The villa was immaculate, The standard of all the finishes was excellent. The cinema room was an extremely welcome addition especially for the kids. The equipment was all top of the range and had everything you could ask for. The location of the villa was fantastic, it was extremely quiet however only a short drive from restaurants/shops and of course only 15 minutes from Disney although it felt closer than that as the roads are great and direct routes to all the parks including universal and for shopping it was also excellent as again only a short drive to the outlets and the malls. We are hoping to return in 2018 and will definitely be booking this villa. I can highly recommend it.

Over the past 15 years we have stayed in many villas but this one is definitely the best by far. The family loved the movie room and having 3 large bedrooms with bathrooms was a great bonus for 3 couples. The pool was large with a very comfortable deck area. We know the area quite well but all the information and directions were easy to understand. Plenty of restaurants near by and all the parks easily reached by car. Shopping was fantastic sales were on at all the malls and outlets. We spent new years eve at city walk universal which we would highly recommend. Definitely a superior villa everything you would ever need.

We only had a family of 4 but saw this villa and had to have it. Leonie, the owner, was very happy to answer any question and was very quick in doing so. The villa was as good as the pictures. This villa is set in a beautiful and very quiet neighbourhood only 20 mins from Universal and Sea World. It is a spacious 5 bedroom villa with a lovely pool and jacousie. It also has a very nice cinema room and games room with a pool table, air hockey table and bar football. The villa was spotlessly clean and very comfortable and easily accommodated our family ( 6 adults ). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would not hesitate to recommend this villa.

We loved staying here we went with grandparents with our 4 my husband and two kids (14 &11). The house is exactly what it looks like in the pics. It was our first big vaca in years and renting a home online I was a bit nervous, but it was great the girls had their own room and bathroom, which made getting ready for the day easy. The house was everything we expected and exactly as depicted in the photos. There were 9 in our party (5 adults / 4 kids) and the house was more than big enough for all of us. Just returned from having spent 14 nights in this fabulous villa. The villa was even better than we had imagined from the pictures on the web site. It is extremely well equipped and the theatre room is a real bonus in which to relax after the parks. The pool has the sun all day and has plenty of sun loungers. Parks are nearby and all the shops and restaurants you could need are only minutes away. The owner Leonie is extremely helpful as is the information booklet in the villa which describes the local restaurants and gives information on the parks and best days to visit. We have recently returned from a fantastic 16 night holiday in Kissimee and this villa just made our stay extra special! Close to the parks and with restaurants, shops & supermarkets all close by. Just returned from 2 lovely weeks staying in this villa, which is exactly as described. This is the best quality villa we have stayed in, and been renting Florida villas since 2001. The owner is extremely helpful with any queries. We loved the pool and jacuzzi, and the very well kept and quiet estate. The TV's and sound systems are of very high quality, and we enjoyed watching the Ryder cup highlights, premiership and champions league football highlights in the evenings. Great location, in Animal Kingdom in under 10 minutes and Super Target and restaurants in area are excellent. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

We have stayed at a number of Orlando villas over the last 15 years and for the location, maintenance and the quality of the villa, it is one the best we have stayed at. The pool is on the smaller size in comparison to others that we have had but bearing in mind that we only spent a few hours in it every day after the parks it was fine. We have just spent three weeks at this villa. It was exactly like the photos and if possible even better. The rooms were spacious , clean and beautifully decorated. With two teenage boys we had a great time in the games room and cinema room. The availability of pool towels was great. There was a Publix and a gas station very close which were great. We had a great time at Calabria villa and made good use of all the amenities. The villa was very clean, modern and in a great location for supermarkets, restaurants and the parks. Disney was about 15 minutes and Universal 25 minutes depending on traffic from the villa. I would recommend this villa to anyone looking to do a disney holiday, if you just wanted to visit Universal and the International Drive area it may be a bit far to travel every day, this didn't bother us because we went to every park there was to go too, so it wasn't the same journey all the time, and the road system is very good anyway unlike here in England. Overall, the villa was fantastic so top marks and would stay here again.

What a great villa! Very spacious and comfortable. My 2 young grandsons would quite happily have stayed at the villa all day as their favourite things were the pool and the cinema/games room! Our 3rd Orlando trip and closest yet to the parks. Also very close to shops and restaurants (we are big fans of Perkins breakfasts!). The management team were a delight to deal with - on the couple of occasions we had problems they were dealt with very promptly and efficiently. If I would improve on anything It would be the provision of a welcome pack of milk, tea, coffee, sugar, juice. We arrived too late at night to go looking for a supermarket. Would come back.

We spent a wonderful 2 weeks at Calabria Villa in July/August 2013. The villa is on a new estate and is in a great location – it really is only 10 mins to Disney! There is a huge Walmart just 5 minutes from the villa which is very convenient. It is close to lots of restaurants on the 192, a particular favourite of ours was the LongHorn Steakhouse. The pool is lovely and really private and is great to come back to after a long day at the theme parks. This villa is a real home from home and is very well equipped. The villa was excellent. We were so happy when we arrived to discover the villa was even better than the photos show. Very luxurious and loads of space. The kids enjoyed the games room, the pool/spa and the cinema room upstairs. I enjoyed many a late night reclined in the comfortable leather chairs selecting movies from Netflix. Set in a lovely quiet location just off the 192 but very close to shops, restaurants and petrol station. Once we had been there for a few days it was very easy to navigate to all the Disney Parks and Universal - we even turned off the Sat Nav. The owners were very approachable and even sent me extra photos of the property when asked. We had a fantastic holiday and would love to return.

It was over 15 years since our last visit to Orlando and I was worried that we would not be able to rekindle the magic with our now grown up daughters. We did, it was a fantastic vacation! Nobody does customer service like the Americans and everything slotted into place very easily. The house was immaculately presented, large enough for everyone to have a place of their own to unwind. Calabria is a quiet residential style estate unlike the majority of Orlando developments which can be very busy. For the quality of furnishings and media entertainment the home, for that is what it feels like, is very reasonably priced and I have no hesitation in recommending this home to my family and friends. We have just spent a great 10 days staying in this lovely villa. It's beautifully decorated and if you like to chill out watching a movie, you'll love the home cinema upstairs. All in all, everything you could want in a holiday home.

We had a wonderful time staying in this well appointed villa. The pool was a great place to relax, swim and play pool volleyball.The villa has everything you would want and more with the cinema room being the icing on the cake. The area now has more restaurants and easy access to Disney so is perfectly placed.

We had plenty of Information prior to our trip, both ftom the owner and Kingsom Villas. It was very clean and eveything was in immaculate condition. The house was very spacious and well equiped. It was well located with just a short drive to all Disney Parks.

We looked at many homes before choosing this one and so glad we did! The home is exactly as expected - new, clean, spacious and extremely comfortable. The furnishings are superb and the home has everything you would need. The location is perfect - a very quiet area just 10 min from Disney surrounded by restaurants, grocery stores and shops. The owners were extremely helpful and easy to work with. Highly recommend this home.
