This really is a special room, whether you love to watch movies or sport or binge-watch your latest Netflix series. In our upstairs theatre room, you’ll be spoilt with a LD OLED 100” LED Smart TV screen and reclining theatre-style chairs. With a Roku system installed, you are able to log into your home accounts to continue watching your favourites, or access anything on cable or Netflix. The surround sound technology will really make you feel part of the action!

With new pots, pans, utensils and plateware, the kitchen includes all the appliances and equipment you will need to make the most of your self catering holiday, including fridge freezer with ice maker and cold water dispenser, dishwasher, large oven, blender, toaster, coffee maker, crockery, cutlery & double sink with waste disposal.

The open bar with barstools mean you can keep company with whoever’s cooking, or take your breakfast and snacks in a more informal setting.

Accessed via the games room is the laundry room with automatic washing machine and separate drier. An ironing board and iron is also provided so you can cut down on packing and keep on top of your laundry throughout your vacation.

Whether you have cooked your own meal or indulged in a takeout, you can enjoy it here. The stylishly furnished dining room has a large dining table which seats up to 10 people.

Bedroom 1 is a beautifully furnished master suite with king size bed, huge walk in wardrobe and LG 70” LCD TV. The deluxe en-suite has a bath/ shower, two sinks, and an alarmed door leading to the pool area. As with all our bedrooms, the attention to detail in all aspects of the room décor will have you feeling like a very special guest.

Bedroom 2 is a second master suite, equally as impressive as the first, with king size bed, walk-in wardrobe and LG 70” LCD TV a. The luxury en-suite has a walk-in shower, stylish bath & double sink. This upstairs ensuite has a newly remodeled bathroom with a seperate soaking tub and walk in shower. Take a look at the pictures and see how wonderful this bathroom looks.

Bedroom 3 features a queen bed, twin bedside cabinets, fitted wardrobe, LG 65” LCD TV and shares a fully equipped bathroom with bedroom 4.

Bedroom 4 is a comfortably styled room with twin single beds, bedside cabinet, fitted wardrobe and LG 55” LCD TV. It shares a bathroom with bedroom 3.

Bedroom 5 is a second, beautifully furnished twin room with bedside cabinet, fitted wardrobe and Samsung 32” LCD TV, this bedroom is located next to the 4th bathroom.

All TVs have Streaming and Casting capabilities.

The stylishly decorated games room downstairs is fully equipped with pool table, air hockey and table football. The games room is also air conditioned for your comfort.

The south-facing pool with interconnecting Jacuzzi has a secluded outlook on to the conservation area behind, with steps into the shallow end and an in-pool seat at the deep end. The pool is L-shaped and measures 28' at its longest and 14' at its widest. With sun throughout the day, you can enjoy the pool and Jacuzzi at any time.

The extended deck area means there is room for everyone to enjoy the sunshine, with 6 loungers and 6 chairs around the table. The pool can be heated upon request, and all home exits to the pool are alarmed for your children’s safety.

There is new outdoor furniture and lounge mats for the pool chairs. New outdoor table and Chairs and a two seat chair and end table for the front porch. 

The Calabria development is noteworthy as one of the most spacious in Kissimmee, with distance between villas that affords privacy. All completed plots have been attractively landscaped with trees and shrubs, and each property has a unique look and feel. Please note there is no clubhouse on Calabria but it is a quiet community where you can relax during your holiday.
