Overview
This fabulous 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom, (2 of which are en-suite), fully air-conditioned villa sleeps 10 people with the aid of a sofa bed. It has been beautifully decorated with comfy sofas in the TV lounge as well as the formal lounge, gorgeous bedroom furnishings and window shutters throughout. Our villa is only minutes from Disney and close to all the other major attractions, as well as championship golf courses and wonderful beaches. A great place to relax and unwind after a day at the theme parks.
This relaxing getaway is situated on a large corner plot within a conservation area, at Clear Creek. The large pool and spa can be heated for those cooler months and the oversize pool deck has ample sun beds for capturing those Florida rays, as well as a large patio table for al fresco dining under the covered Lanai. There are no rear neighbours, just uninterrupted views of a large natural pond and woodland. Enjoy the free wireless internet, free worldwide phone calls, Games Room, fishing rods, smart TV's, books and games.

Perfect Accommodation and Location
We’ve visited Florida many times, and out of all the places we’ve stayed, this is the one we’d most likely return to.
The location was ideal — just minutes from shops, restaurants, theme parks, and main roads, making everything easily accessible.
One of our favorite parts was the pool area. The view was perfect, and we spotted so much wildlife while relaxing in the sun — it really added something special to our stay.

Wonderful
I've lost count of the number of times we've stayed in Sally and Derek's villa but everytime it has been amazing. The villa is spotless and has everything you need for your stay.
As always our favourite area is the pool, I love sitting out here first thing in the morning with my coffee enjoying the peace and quiet whilst watching the wildlife.
Thanks again for allowing us to return.

Beautiful Florida Home From Home
Sally and Derek, the hosts, are amazing, responding very promptly to all our requests. The villa is beautiful and located in a quiet, residential area. The decor is very tasteful and there is everything you need for a relaxing stay. The south- facing pool is a highlight for us and we spent hours nature-watching over the lake from the deck. Hopefully we’ll be back!

Another excellent vacation.
We a party of eight persons six adults and two children have recently returned from our third vacation to this villa.
Once again both Sally and Derek who own the villa are so easy to deal with always on hand and return phone calls the same day with there knowledge of the area is second to none.
They give you great restaurant tips and other advice to help enhance your holiday.
Ian from the management company kept in touch during our stay to ensure everything was fine and to check out if we needed any help or needs with anything .
He is extremely helpful and had some good tips.
The pool maintenance folks arrived weekly to ensure the pool was in tip top condition and to top up any chemicals that might be needed.
Hot tub and swimming pool are both lovely the children when not at the parks virtually lived in it.
Since our last visit the villa has been upgraded even more with lovely wooden floors and shutters.
The neighbourhood is extremely friendly with good walks and it’s very peaceful plus the out look from the pool deck which overlooks the lake is
lovely.
We saw the alligator a few times swimming and sunbathing on the shore.
The WiFi works well we never had any issues with it.
All in all another great vacation and needless to say we’ve already booked again.

Lovely Villa
We had a lovely holiday in your villa. Very comfortable and homely. The pool was a welcome relief after a hot day in the Florida sunshine. Great to see the Gator in the Lake and the Sandhills Cranes. Another lovely holiday
We have had a lovely holiday in sally’s villa after a day at the parks it’s lovely to return to the villa and relax round the pool over looking the lake we managed to see a gator and a turtle as you drive on to the estate there is a lovely restaurant called the hurricane sally’s lovely and any problems call Ian and he will sort it out and thank you Sally for 15 visits in your lovely villa.

Amazing.......as always
This trip was one we had cancelled in 2020 so was well overdue. We have stayed in this villa several times now and have never been disappointed, this time was no different, Sally had said they had made a few changes since we had last been and all I can say is Wow!! Loved the wooden shutters on all the windows and the new flooring. It's a great place to chill after a busy day either at the parks or shopping. Lying by the pool watching the wildlife is so relaxing, nice to see the sand cranes with their young walking by every morning, even caught a couple of glimpses of the gator. Sally's villa will always be our first choice whilst holidaying here.

Another fantastic holiday
We have had a brilliant fortnight at sally’s villa it’s our 10th visit and it gets better every time.The villa has a lovely lake view.After a day at the parks it’s lovely to come back and have a swim in the pool.Ian that looks after the Villa for Sally is friendly and helpful Walmart is just down the road.There are lots of restaurants on the 192 there is a lovely British restaurant in cagans crossing the staff are very friendly.We hope to return next year??

Great Value Villa!
We have been to Florida before so we had a good idea of what we would like in a Villa on this occasion.
This property represents really good value for money, it is in a plot that is not overlooked with a lake to the back of the property in a quiet area.
Restaurants and Supermarkets are all near by even a fish and chip shop if you fancy it!!
Theme parks are within a 20 minute drive so near enough to come back for a break and return in the evening!
Directions are easy to follow and the villa was clean and ready for our stay.
Would we stay there again....Absolutely!! 5* Value!!!

Lovely, Quiet Villa
Had a wonderful fortnight at Sally's villa. Great location for the parks but in a quiet residential area. There's a large Walmart nearby for all your shopping and a couple of restaurants in walking distance. The pool area is delightful with lots of local wildlife nearby at the lake. The villa has everything you could need for a great holiday. We'll definitely be back!
