Overview
This fabulous 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom, (2 of which are en-suite), fully air-conditioned villa sleeps 10 people with the aid of a sofa bed. It has been beautifully decorated with comfy sofas in the TV lounge as well as the formal lounge, gorgeous bedroom furnishings and window shutters throughout. Our villa is only minutes from Disney and close to all the other major attractions, as well as championship golf courses and wonderful beaches. A great place to relax and unwind after a day at the theme parks.
This relaxing getaway is situated on a large corner plot within a conservation area, at Clear Creek. The large pool and spa can be heated for those cooler months and the oversize pool deck has ample sun beds for capturing those Florida rays, as well as a large patio table for al fresco dining under the covered Lanai. There are no rear neighbours, just uninterrupted views of a large natural pond and woodland. Enjoy the free wireless internet, free worldwide phone calls, Games Room, fishing rods, smart TV's, books and games.

All TV's have wifi capability through Rulko so dont forget to bring your user name and passwords so you can log in for your favourite TV viewing, such as Netflix and Amazon.

Beautiful Florida Home From Home
Sally and Derek, the hosts, are amazing, responding very promptly to all our requests. The villa is beautiful and located in a quiet, residential area. The decor is very tasteful and there is everything you need for a relaxing stay. The south- facing pool is a highlight for us and we spent hours nature-watching over the lake from the deck. Hopefully we’ll be back!

Another excellent vacation.
We a party of eight persons six adults and two children have recently returned from our third vacation to this villa.
Once again both Sally and Derek who own the villa are so easy to deal with always on hand and return phone calls the same day with there knowledge of the area is second to none.
They give you great restaurant tips and other advice to help enhance your holiday.
Ian from the management company kept in touch during our stay to ensure everything was fine and to check out if we needed any help or needs with anything .
He is extremely helpful and had some good tips.
The pool maintenance folks arrived weekly to ensure the pool was in tip top condition and to top up any chemicals that might be needed.
Hot tub and swimming pool are both lovely the children when not at the parks virtually lived in it.
Since our last visit the villa has been upgraded even more with lovely wooden floors and shutters.
The neighbourhood is extremely friendly with good walks and it’s very peaceful plus the out look from the pool deck which overlooks the lake is
lovely.
We saw the alligator a few times swimming and sunbathing on the shore.
The WiFi works well we never had any issues with it.
All in all another great vacation and needless to say we’ve already booked again.

Lovely Villa
We had a lovely holiday in your villa. Very comfortable and homely. The pool was a welcome relief after a hot day in the Florida sunshine. Great to see the Gator in the Lake and the Sandhills Cranes.
