Overview
Goofys Golf Getaway is a 3537 sq ft, 6 bedroom/5 bathroom luxury villa that has been professionally furnished by an interior design company. The quality and decor is of an executive standard but there is also a fun element for the children with the choice of 3 Disney Theme Park bedrooms.
There are a number of upgrades such as the extended upstairs, giving 2 additional bathrooms and a huge loft/game area. The deck and pool have both been extended giving plenty of room to enjoy the Florida sun. The kitchen units and worktops have been upgraded and doors fitted to the second sitting area to provide a chill out room and some privacy.
Facilities
Providence has its own Michael Dasher designed Par 72 Championship golf course with clubhouse facilities including restaurant and bar, pro-shop, driving range and putting green.
In addition to the golf course there are two swimming pools, a resort style pool with slides and plenty of lounge chairs and an olympic size lap pool. There is also a childrens playground, an excellent fitness centre featuring state of the art fitness equipment and some of the best lighted tennis courts in Orlando. There is a fee to use the swimming pool and fitness centre that is payable at the clubhouse, access to the childrens playground and tennis courts are available without a fee.
Living
14'0 x 17'3"
Comfortable suite comprising two sofas and a love seat. Large floor rug with coffee table and standing lamp. TV unit, wall mounted 60" Samsung Smart 4K Ultra HD LCD TV with a blu ray DVD player and good selection of DVD's.
All TV's are Smart so guests can log into their Netflix/Amazon Prime accounts to stream. In addition there is Live TV and paid for subscriptions to Hulu, Disney+, Peacock, ESPN+ and Discovery+. So as well as a wide range of entertainment programmes, in addition to U.S. Sport there is Premiership and Championship soccer available.
Kitchen
The fully equipped kitchen has been upgraded to the white larger 42" maple cabinets with the upgraded white viatera work tops including a stainless steel 50/50 sink. There are four bar stools for convenience so the counter area can be utilised at meal, or snack times. The stainless steel GE appliance package comprises of self cleaning oven, microwave conveniently located above the range, a side by side refrigerator and a 3 cycle dishwasher. There are all appliances you will need such as coffee maker, toaster and kettle.
The adjoining Laundry Room houses a washing machine and dryer, as well as an iron and ironing board (and watch the dirty washing from above as it even has a Laundry Chute!!). There is also a safe that is large enough to hold a laptop.
Dining
12'3" x 9'10"
The formal dining table can seat 8 people. There is also a breakfast bar with 4 bar stools for further seating.
Bedrooms
Downstairs Bedrooms:
Bedroom 2: 11'10" x 15'0" is a Master Bedroom with King bed.
Bedroom 6: 11'10" x 13'8" the Animal Kingdom Themed Bedroom with 2 Single beds.
Upstairs Bedrooms:
Master Suite: 19'4' x 13'0" has a King bed, huge walk in wardrobe and sumptuous bathroom with large walk in shower.
Bedroom 3: 13'0" x 13'7" is the Magic Kingdom Themed bedroom with 2 Single beds and own En-suite bathroom.
Bedroom 4: 12'4" x 16'3" The Hollywood Studios Themed bedroom housing 2 Double/Full beds with own En-suite.
Bedroom 5: 12'4" x 13'3" Across the loft area is the final bedroom, again with private En-suite and a Queen bed.
All bedrooms have wall mounted Smart LCD FLat Screen TV's - 50" in master suite and 42" in all other bedrooms.
Bathrooms
- The downstairs bathroom comprises single sink, toilet and bath with shower.
- The upstairs Master Suite has double sinks, large walk in shower and separate toilet.
- Bathroom 3 has 2 single sinks at opposite ends of the room, toilet and bath with shower.
- Bathroom 4 has a single sink, toilet and bath with shower.
- Bathroom 5 has a single sink, toilet and bath with shower.
- All bathrooms have a hairdryer
Games Room
14'0" x 24'4"
The inside loft/games area comprises a large leather sectional suite with 2 additional chairs and table with stools. There is another wall mounted 60" Samsung Smart 4k Ultra HD LCD TV with blu-ray dvd and PS4 games console. There are also playing cards and some board games. Also in this area is a desk and chair so an ideal place to plan the next day's activities.
The garage has been converted into a full games room (please see details below).
Pool
30' x 40'
The deck area and pool have both been extended giving 5' of deck behind the pool meaning more space for sun loungers. As it is south facing the sun is on this area all day but there is also a covered lanai with comfortable cushioned seating, should you wish to escape the sun but still want to be outside. As well as a table and chairs for al fresco dining, there are plenty of sun loungers to relax on. The pool has a safety fence if required (there is an alarm on the acess doors to the pool area). The pool can be heated on request and this is recommended if you are travelling between October and April. There is an additional charge for this which we can quote on request.
Outside
The villa is situated at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac so there is no passing traffic. The view from the rear of the house is of a conservation area so there are no rear neighbours. Providence is a gated community with a 24 hour manned gate house and mainly made up of residential or second home properties. More than half of the community is conservation and green areas. Providence has also been recognised with the Grand Award for Community Development.
Please note that the Providence HOA restricts on street parking between 1-6 am. There is room on the drive for 2 vehicles so any more than this will need to be parked at the golf club (approximately 1 mile from our home) where a charge for a permit is $10 per vehicle per night (payable at the golf club shop). Vehicles are not allowed to be parked on the sidewalk or grass areas and risk being towed.
Garage
The garage has been professionally converted into a games room complete with air-conditioning. The walls have been painted and decorated with wall art and a 40" flat screen SMART TV, whilst the garage doors have been insulated to keep the heat out and covered with a thermal curtain for a more professional look. There is a 7' pool table, foosball table, air hockey and electronic dart board so enough to entertain everyone.
Internet
There is free high speed wireless internet throughout the home.
Baby Equipment
Baby equipment is provided free of charge. There are 3 strollers, 2 crib/playpens and a high chair.

Crofton Springs at Providence is a brand new golf course community of luxury Orlando vacation rentals just minutes from Disney World.

Providence is a gated community, and offers guests access to the well manicured golf course. Green fees are very reasonable and the clubhouse will be a hit for golfers and non-golfers.
The Providence clubhouse restaurent offers great food and views over the golf course! They also have a covered terrace so you can sit outside without getting burnt by the hot summer sun.

- Turn south on US 17-92, go 1 mile to the Providence entrance on the left

Rental rates additional information
Please note all the rates include the 12% Tourist Tax. The only additional charges are: Cleaning Fee £150 and Accidental Damage Waiver £75 (this provides up to $3000 for any accidental damage caused during your stay and no requirement for an additional Security Deposit to be paid). These prices are the same regardless of your length of stay.
A non-refundable 20% deposit is required to secure a booking
Please advise if you require pool heating (this is recommended if you are visiting between October and April) - this is available at a cost of £20 per day.
BBQ Hire is available at a cost of £50 per week (a fully cleaned and fuelled gas BBQ will be delivered and collected for your required dates)

An amazing third stay
This was our third stay at Goofy’s Golf Getaway and it certainly won’t be our last - we stayed for 16 nights this time - it’s never long enough, as it’s so enjoyable & goes far too quickly. Martin and Julie simply couldn’t be better hosts. From providing all the necessary resources and pre-arrival information, to being on hand throughout the stay - they are both communicative and kind. Martin and Julie even stayed up to ensure we arrived at the villa safely which demonstrates how they often go the extra mile for their guests. We were greeted with a special gift (thank you once again) and it truly felt like we were walking into our second home. As we arrived during the week of Halloween, the villa was decorated with lots of wonderful decorations which was a lovely touch. Situated in the stunning location of Providence, the villa is close enough to all the amenities and theme parks while still providing a space to truly rest and relax in the beautiful Floridian sun. We thoroughly enjoyed our days by the extra large pool, whereby you are not overlooked - it’s so peaceful - offering us the opportunity to step away from the hustle and bustle of the parks, and unwind. This 6 bedroom villa equally provides the space to enjoy family time together. It is spacious, with plenty of areas to socialise together as a family. We particularly enjoy the relaxing room at the front of the house as well as the games room in the garage which brings out our competitive sides, with a table football table, air hockey, darts - they also have games consoles and much more - there’s truly something for everyone. The maintenance and upkeep of the villa is second to none. Each time we arrive at the villa you can see how much love and effort Martin and Julie place into this home to ensure that guest experience and satisfaction remains at a high - it really is maintained to a high level. We’re already looking forward to our next stay at Goofys Golf Getaway later this year to make more memories together in this beautiful villa. I’d wholeheartedly recommend this villa to anyone wanting to book their next holiday in Orlando - you will not be disappointed.

Best holiday ever!
We have just returned from a flawless and unforgettable fortnight at Goofy’s Golf Getaways and can say with genuine sincerity that we had the most amazing holiday. The care given by the hosts Martin and Julie is exceptional - you can tell the love they have poured into every element of the villa, there is no detail left overlooked while you are there, but also the pre-holiday information they are provide you with is so thorough, user friendly and gives you a sense of how much Martin and Julie want to ensure that you enjoy your holiday. We travelled as a party of 7 - 4 adults and 3 teenagers - to celebrate a special ‘zero’ birthday for one of our party and the memories made will never be forgotten. Even the teenagers were so occupied by the amenities provided at the villa that they rarely went on their devices; they even socialised with us every evening in the games room and the during the day by the pool! Much valued family time! So in amongst Florida’s well-known theme parks which are close by, there is also plenty to do at the villa as well. Though my secret guilty please was sneaking out on the pool deck before anyone else woke up and reading in silence before the day began. We can’t wait to come back! Everything about the villa is perfect and we can’t thank Martin and Julie enough for helping make a dream holiday come true!
