Overview
Our Villa has 6 large bedrooms and 5 bathrooms and offers approximately 3800 sq ft of modern accommodation. This is our home for part of the year so we ensure the villa is kept in top condition.
Outside is a fully heated South West facing pool with built in Spa. Plenty of deck space including 5' behind the pool. We have an outside 42" TV, and various tables and chairs, along with 2 x recently installed 12' electric sun screens to give you plenty of shade.
Inside the decoration is light, modern contemporary. There is full air conditioning with ceiling fans, superfast broadband. All TV's are Smart TV's.

Crofton Springs at Providence is a brand new golf course community of luxury Orlando vacation rentals just minutes from Disney World.
With just 66 homes, Crofton Springs is one of the smallest communities on the VR360homes website, and we offer either 4 or 6 bed homes. These luxury villas are designed with open plan living in mind, with lovely large family rooms and oversized kitchens all overlooking your own pool!
Providence is a gated community, and offers guests access to the well manicured golf course. Green fees are very reasonable and the clubhouse will be a hit for golfers and non-golfers.
The Providence clubhouse restaurent offers great food and views over the golf course! They also have a covered terrace so you can sit outside without getting burnt by the hot summer sun.

- Take Interstate 4 to Exit 58 (CR 532)
- Turn east on CR 532 and go to Lake Wilson Rd
- Turn south on Lake Wilson Rd. and go one mile to Ronald Reagan Pkwy
- Turn east on Ronald Reagan Pkwy. and go 2 miles to US 17-92
- Turn south on US 17-92, go 1 mile to the Providence entrance on the left

Rental rates additional information
Rates exclude cleaning which is $185 per booking. Tourist tax and state tax will be added to your final invoice. A damage waiver of $ 75 will be added to your final bill. This will cover you for up to $ 650 of accidental damage and removes any worries about any little accidents that may occur.
Please contact us if you require pool heating which is $27.50 per night.

Wow! What a beautiful villa!
We booked very last minute (the booking process was very easy and secure) and Shaun sent all of the relevant information through including door access codes, WiFi instructions and address details. We found Providence and the Villa itself with no issues.
We arrived in the dark after a very long day of travelling to find the villa lit up and welcoming, spotlessly clean and ready for our arrival.
The house feels huge! Took two days to remember which room was which! Our girls loved having their own bedrooms and en suites, our youngest was obsessed with the games room, I loved the laundry room and the peaceful mornings by the pool, and my husband loved his snoozes on the comfy sun loungers.
We have stayed in a fair few Orlando villas over the years, our families too. This is without a doubt the best one we’ve ever stayed in. It had literally everything you could ever want or need. It is beautifully decorated in a contemporary style which made the house a real pleasure to be in. The artwork, the soft furnishings, the rugs and the furniture itself was all modern and had clearly been styled rather than thrown together.
The office was beautiful and had all you could need for working in, the living room with its huge wraparound sofa and giant tv made for a comfy place to sit when the rain came, and the bedrooms were all big with comfy beds and loads of storage from double width drawer units to huge wardrobes, all with TVs.
The pool area was bigger than we’ve had before with lots of space for sun loungers (which aren’t the usual white plastic moulded ones) to be placed. The giant parasol was a lifesaver for me and the kids - shade in the pool was perfect! The pool wasn’t heated as it was July/August and whilst it was cool, it was refreshingly cool and we made full use of it daily. The electric canopies were a godsend at dinner time of an evening when the sun was going down - a lovely addition.
The attention to detail such as Alexa’s all over the place (including outside - loved it), USB charging towers in most rooms/bedrooms which made charging devices a breeze without adapters and wireless phone charging cradles next to the beds. The kitchen was incredibly well equipped and stocked with Whirlpool and Ninja appliances, including a Ninja double air fryer which made cooking so easy. Shaun and Mandi clearly give great thought and spend time (and money) adding touches to the villa and it makes for an incredibly comfortable stay.
We had the most amazing 16 nights there and the drive to Disney gave us time to relax after a long and tiring day, or time to create our plan of attack for the parks. Providence felt quiet, safe and secure and the lake behind meant we weren’t overlooked and I loved my peaceful cup of tea each morning before everyone else was up. Oh and the sunsets out the back of the house were so beautiful each night.
We will definitely be back - thanks for letting us stay Shaun and for all your help.

Perfect in every way
Our family had the best time staying at Shaun's villa. The villa has a really modern decor with TV's in all rooms with loads of channels on Roku. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was equipped with everything you could possibly need. The pool was a great size and plenty of room around for loungers and chilling along with the outside TV! The office was great as had everything you need with 3 monitors, keyboards, mouse and printer. The games room has a high end pool table and air hockey table and a dart board. There are folding chairs, ice coolers and a stroller. In the upstairs living area there is a PS4 which kept the kids occupied when tired out after days at the parks or the pool. Shaun was great start to finish and provided everything we needed. The resort itself was perfect and offered access to resort pools, gym and restaurant. We would whole heartedly recommend to anyone to stay here as it is the perfect villa for your family vacation.

This is an outstanding property to stay in.
Shaun was so helpful from start to finish and was contactable at all times for any information or updates required.
It’s set in a lovely location and very well equipped with everything a family would need, the pool area is amazing.
House was very easy to access upon arrival and so clean , tidy and well presented.
I would 100% recommend this property to anyone visiting the area and if we do return to this part of Florida would definitely book again without hesitation.

Best holiday again
What a great couple of weeks. This is our second time here and it wont be our last. Shaun's help and communication before we went was top notch as usual. He really cares that you have a great time. The house itself is simply stunning, everything is provided and I ?would highly recommend getting up a bit early one day and watch the day come alive over the lake. Close enough to Disney etc, but peaceful when we wanted a bit of downtime.

Great Villa
Had a wonderful holiday at your villa. The house is beautifully decorated and the kitchen is well equipped with good quality pots and pans. It was a nice change. We have rented many places in the Orlando area and this one is one of the nicest. The awnings are a great touch for the afternoon sun. Thanks for a great holiday and hopefully am able to return to your property next year
