Overview

Our Villa has 6 large bedrooms and 5 bathrooms and offers approximately 3800 sq ft of modern accommodation. This is our home for part of the year so we ensure the villa is kept in top condition.

Outside is a fully heated South West facing pool with built in Spa. Plenty of deck space including 5' behind the pool. We have an outside 42" TV, and various tables and chairs, along with 2 x recently installed 12' electric sun screens to give you plenty of shade.

Inside the decoration is light, modern contemporary. There is full air conditioning with ceiling fans, superfast broadband. All TV's are Smart TV's.

Facilities

Living

The living room is open plan with plenty of sitting space on the U shaped couch. There is a 65" wall mounted TV, ceiling fan and coffee table. The TV is a smart TV and is connected to the Frontier Cable TV system.

Full WiFi is avialable across the whole house

Kitchen

Fully appointed kitchen with dishwasher, electric hob, cooker and microwave. The washer and dryer are located in the laundry room, along with the ironing board etc.

Counter tops are grantite and there is a large island with seating and plenty of electrical sockets.

Modern 8 seater dining room table as part of the open plan design

Bedrooms

6 bedrooms, sleeps 12.

We have 6 double bedrooms including 2 x Master Suites.

Master Suite 1 and 2 have King size double beds, Bedroom 3, has 2 x Singles  Bedroom 4 has 2 x  double beds, Bedroom 5 has 1 x Queen, Bedroom 6 has 2 x single beds.

All bedrooms have built in closets and wall mounted televisions.

1 of the master suites and bedroom 6 are located on the ground floor

There is a bed settee in the downstairs office

All rooms have wall mounted Smart TV's

Bathrooms

5 bathrooms, 4 en-suites.

Ensuite 1 has a large walk in shower and 2 sinks

Bathroom 2, 3, 4 have double sinks and baths fitter with shower and shower screens

Games Room

Games room has a slate bed American Pool Table, Air Hockey and electronic Dart Board.

Pool

Easy access pool. Can be heated at an extra cost but not need in the summer months.

Spa feeds into the pool and is on a timer.

For safety reason there is a child fence to stop access to the pool. You can remove this completely or just leave a gateway. There is an alarm on the patio door.

Outside

Outside you will find a heated pool and spa overlooking the lake / conservsation area. There is plenty of space on the oversized deck to enjoy the sunshine on one of the many sun loungers.

The Deck is South West facing.

Extra unbrellas are provided for those in need of shade.

We have a sunbrite outside smart TV located under the covered part of the deck along with extra seating. The covered deck has 2 fans and lighting.

Garage

The double garage has been converted to the games room

Internet

Full WiFi is provided with Superfast broadband.

Baby Equipment

High chair and travel cot are available. Please request these at time of booking.

Accessible

The house is easily accessible for wheelchairs however there are no specific wheelchair facilities. Access to the deck is through a patio door which is wide enough for a wheelchair but there is a small step about 3" high to navigate.

Crofton Springs at Providence is a brand new golf course community of luxury Orlando vacation rentals just minutes from Disney World.

To visit Crofton Springs Providence, follow these directions:

  • Take Interstate 4 to Exit 58 (CR 532)
  • Turn east on CR 532 and go to Lake Wilson Rd
  • Turn south on Lake Wilson Rd. and go one mile to Ronald Reagan Pkwy
  • Turn east on Ronald Reagan Pkwy. and go 2 miles to US 17-92
  • Turn south on US 17-92, go 1 mile to the Providence entrance on the left

Rental rates additional information

Rates exclude cleaning which is $185 per booking. Tourist tax and state tax will be added to your final invoice. A damage waiver of $ 75 will be added to your final bill. This will cover you for up to $ 650 of accidental damage and removes any worries about any little accidents that may occur.
Please contact us if you require pool heating which is $27.50 per night.

Best holiday again

What a great couple of weeks. This is our second time here and it wont be our last. Shaun's help and communication before we went was top notch as usual. He really cares that you have a great time. The house itself is simply stunning, everything is provided and I ?would highly recommend getting up a bit early one day and watch the day come alive over the lake. Close enough to Disney etc, but peaceful when we wanted a bit of downtime.

Great Villa

Had a wonderful holiday at your villa. The house is beautifully decorated and the kitchen is well equipped with good quality pots and pans. It was a nice change. We have rented many places in the Orlando area and this one is one of the nicest. The awnings are a great touch for the afternoon sun. Thanks for a great holiday and hopefully am able to return to your property next year
