Overview
Our Villa has 6 large bedrooms and 5 bathrooms and offers approximately 3800 sq ft of modern accommodation. This is our home for part of the year so we ensure the villa is kept in top condition.
Outside is a fully heated South West facing pool with built in Spa. Plenty of deck space including 5' behind the pool. We have an outside 42" TV, and various tables and chairs, along with 2 x recently installed 12' electric sun screens to give you plenty of shade.
Inside the decoration is light, modern contemporary. There is full air conditioning with ceiling fans, superfast broadband. All TV's are Smart TV's.

Crofton Springs at Providence is a brand new golf course community of luxury Orlando vacation rentals just minutes from Disney World.
With just 66 homes, Crofton Springs is one of the smallest communities on the VR360homes website, and we offer either 4 or 6 bed homes. These luxury villas are designed with open plan living in mind, with lovely large family rooms and oversized kitchens all overlooking your own pool!
Providence is a gated community, and offers guests access to the well manicured golf course. Green fees are very reasonable and the clubhouse will be a hit for golfers and non-golfers.
The Providence clubhouse restaurent offers great food and views over the golf course! They also have a covered terrace so you can sit outside without getting burnt by the hot summer sun.

- Take Interstate 4 to Exit 58 (CR 532)
- Turn east on CR 532 and go to Lake Wilson Rd
- Turn south on Lake Wilson Rd. and go one mile to Ronald Reagan Pkwy
- Turn east on Ronald Reagan Pkwy. and go 2 miles to US 17-92
- Turn south on US 17-92, go 1 mile to the Providence entrance on the left

Rental rates additional information
Rates exclude cleaning which is $185 per booking. Tourist tax and state tax will be added to your final invoice. A damage waiver of $ 75 will be added to your final bill. This will cover you for up to $ 650 of accidental damage and removes any worries about any little accidents that may occur.
Please contact us if you require pool heating which is $27.50 per night.

Best holiday again
What a great couple of weeks. This is our second time here and it wont be our last. Shaun's help and communication before we went was top notch as usual. He really cares that you have a great time. The house itself is simply stunning, everything is provided and I ?would highly recommend getting up a bit early one day and watch the day come alive over the lake. Close enough to Disney etc, but peaceful when we wanted a bit of downtime.

Great Villa
Had a wonderful holiday at your villa. The house is beautifully decorated and the kitchen is well equipped with good quality pots and pans. It was a nice change. We have rented many places in the Orlando area and this one is one of the nicest. The awnings are a great touch for the afternoon sun. Thanks for a great holiday and hopefully am able to return to your property next year

Fantastic
We've rented nearly a dozen different homes in the Orlando area and I would have to say that this was the best. Equipped with more supplies and kitchenware than other rentals. Only one issue with the hot tub spa was fixed promptly on the same day it was reported. Beds were very comfortable and no creaking. Access through security and the front door all worked smoothly. I highly recommend.

Best Villa 10/10
On arrival we were very impressed with just about everything, the decor is modern and tasteful. The interior design is impeccable with little touches making it homely too. The rooms were great for us as we were a grown up family so needed lots of double rooms for 5 couples. Kitchen and lounge area is huge and well equipped. Facilities were spot on, the pool and outdoor area was amazing, it’s sunny all day long and the aspect out to the lake is lovely. The area surrounding is quiet and peaceful, 4 of our party played a couple of rounds of golf and they were impressed by the course and the service they received. A couple of us used the gym too and that had great facilities. Overall I would rate the villa 10/10 and would highly recommend to anyone! We will definitely book again!

Best Holiday Ever
From the moment we arrived we knew we had made the right choice. Communication from Shaun the owner was superb so we had high expectations and were not disappointed. The house is beautiful. It was very clean and had everything we needed. We did all the parks which were fantastic, but it was great to relax by the pool on the off days and watch the sand cranes wander by.

After being designated a horrendous villa from TUI, we were relocated to Providence and more specifically to Crofton Avenue. It couldn’t have been further from what we first experienced. The complex upon which the villa is located is a superbly designed site, starting from a security operated gate for entry and exit, through to the on-site golf course and leisure facilities. There is something for everyone.
Regarding the villa itself, it is simply brilliant. Decorated to a very high standard with air conditioning throughout, it provides comfort as well as another option for entertaining the family with a superb outside pool and games room located to the front of the property. The bedrooms are spacious and all have access to a bathroom, either via an en-suite or adjacent room.
The open plan kitchen lounge allows for easy access and egress to various parts of the property. The amenities within are superb, cooker and hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, it’s all there.
We can’t recommend this villa enough, we will be returning for sure!

Amazing Place 10/10
After 2 years of Covid cancellations our party of 8 finally made it to Florida. Shaun has been an absolute diamond & has been very accommodating to say the least. The villa is beautiful and will live up to all expectations and more. Large, spacious, modern, has everything you need, great pool, we couldn't pick any fault. Good access to all the parks, the 192 and i4 are around 15/20 mins away, Publix & Petrol at the end of the road. Highly recommended and would have no problem whatsoever in staying here again. The only bad thing is we had to leave and return home :-( Fantastic holiday, Amazing Villa. hard pushed to get any better !
