This Florida villa is located in the gated community of Cumbrian Lakes and is situated only a short drive from the large Florida attractions yet at a distance where you can feel a sense of peace and harmony with nature. Our luxurious, single story, fully air conditioned villa has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The villa also has its own games room and screened pool with a spa and a large patio area which looks out onto conservation woodland. The Cumbrian Lakes community is a peaceful place to stay.

Located in Kissimmee just off HWY192, Cumbrian Lakes is close to all the Orlando theme parks and has many supermarkets and restaurants close by. As the name would suggest, Cumbrian Lakes, has many lakes on the community, ideal for spotting some Florida wildlife. Many of the rental homes are two story, with vaulted family rooms, giving the space you would expect from a Florida Villa. Initial contact with Becky provided us with all the information needed in our decision to chose her villa. Prior to our arrival, we received all the information needed. On arrival, the villa was all we had hoped for. Immaculate inside, very spacious and containing towels for our use. The pool was a great highlight of our stay and my boys were never out of it. An excellent villa and I would have no hesitation in recommending it to others. It’s location was important to us as it is well placed to locations we wanted to visit. Thank you for the stay.

Fantastic Villa - Great Location - Excellent Comms
We stayed at the villa for a month in March 2023.
The villa itself is amazing with everything you could ask for.
The location is exceptionally easy to get too from the airport and it was in a lovely quiet location with extra parking outside the villa on the road.
The kitchen had everything you could need.
The Jack & Jill bathroom shared for the twin rooms was an extra bonus for us. So there was plenty of bathrooms. Opposite the main bathroom was the utility area which was perfectly snuck away for our washing.
There was also in the Garage/Games Room a high chair, Pushchair & Car Seat to use which we did use alot :))))
The Pool was lovely and had lots of sun during the day. The security net was a bonus because we had a toddler but that can be removed.
From the first contact to the end of our holiday the communication via emails were brilliant.
I cannot recommend this villa highly enough because it was everything we asked for and more.

Excellent Villa - Highly Recommended
We have stayed in many villas over the years and this is up there with the best. Everything is here for you to enjoy your stay. Home from home really.
Lovely large pool area with plenty of sun loungers and chairs.
Rooms were all clean and spacious with comfortable beds. Master Bedroom was especially spacious with lovely large en-suite.
Location is also ideal for the parks, Disney 20-25 mins with Universal roughly 30-35. I would highly recommend this to others.

Post pandemic Florida holiday
Original stay booked for April 2020 and booking honoured by the owners until August 2022, post pandemic, with no additional costs.
Cumbrian Lakes was a perfect holiday home, very clean and comfortable with all the facilities required. Pool was terrific and used daily, games room was a lovely bonus. Close enough to all the amusement parks etc but far enough away to be peaceful.
All in all a lovely place to stay and we would definitely stay gain when we are visiting Orlando.

Amazing Villa and Owners
Our stay at the beautiful villa in Cumbrian Lakes was amazing in every way.
The villa is in the perfect location in a quiet neighbourhood near to everything Orlando has to offer. The high ceilings and comfortable large rooms furnished to a high standard, ensured we always looked forward to getting back each day.
We spent lots of time by the pool and had the pleasure of seeing lots of wildlife in the conservation area behind the screened pool area including raccoons, deer, a hawk and lizards.
Becky was our main contact and was a great communicator, incredibly helpful and understanding when we encountered a passport delay.
There are a lot of rental villas in Orlando, but in future this will always be our first choice.

Home from Home
We have stayed at this Villa 3 times now and have been spoilt by the heated pool and overlooking the conservation area and entertained by the wildlife. This villa is in a prime location to all the parks and everything on the 192.
The villa is always clean and has every thing you need to enjoy our stay and whilst this villa is still available to rent we will not stay anywhere else!
