This four-bedroom, three-bath villa with pool and games room comfortably accommodates 8 guests all on one level. Enjoy easy access to Disney theme parks, world-class golf, and downtown Orlando hotspots.
The breakfast bar, kitchen table, and indoor and outdoor dining areas offer ample seating for the whole group to dine together. Then, relax on the sofas to watch your favourite shows on a flat-screen TV.
Retreat to four bedrooms with private TVs, including a queen bedroom with shared bath and a king-size master with its own en-suite with standing shower and soaking tub. The third and fourth bedrooms each offer two twin beds and share an adjoining bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

Pleasant stay
Good location, excellent facilities, pool very welcome after a long day at the park. Owner very easy to get hold of during our stay when we had a query. Would definitely recommend

Wonderful Villa
We rented the Villa over the Christmas period last year , it is modern , clean and very well equipped . The Villa is perfectly situated and extremely comfortable . We would have no hesitation in recommending renting this property and will certainly be doing so when we return to Orlando .

Fabulous 2 week stay October 2022
Wow Wow Wow !
This is our 6th time to Orlando and we have used a different Villa every time but Allens villa is the best yet. The location is ideally placed if visiting Universal or Disney.
The villa is absolutely stunning and a real credit to Allen who obviously knows what people want, the is a great selection of cooking equipment so no issues if you want to eat in. There is a BBQ in the garage which i did use once ..i did ensure it was used outside and put back as found LOL.. Even replaced the gas bottle !
All the rooms were air conditioned and had a separate ceiling fan which was needed even in October.
The outdoor swimming pool area was great and got full sun most of the day so after a day in the park a nice swim and a lounge was great..
I cannot recommend enough and Allen was great to deal with and very very attentive..
