Our villa is extremely spacious with air conditioning throughout and a feeling of comfort amongst the high standard furnishings. The living room features vaulted ceilings and patio doors to the pool deck with 3 sofa's, internet access, cable TV, DVD and Hi-Fi for relaxing after a hectic day out, the dining room is also comfortable and seats the whole family.

As the name would suggest, Cumbrian Lakes, has many lakes on the community, ideal for spotting some Florida wildlife. family disney vacation
perfect villa for our family of seven,clean,tidy and spacious also pool towels available ready to use, lovely large outdoor area with nice large pool and safety net to keep toddlers safe, nice view over the lake from the villa and a nice quite area for a relaxing time after returning from the parks or just having a pool day and not far from the parks or local supermarkets and restaurants also a barbecue for use aswell real home from home and would definetly stay at this villa again.

home from home
We have just returned from a glorious 3 weeks stay at this villa and it was all that's advertised and more, you would be hard pressed to find fault with this villa and how the owners have furnished it catering to all you require and more. We have stayed in other villas but this is definitely the best close to all parks and yet still a peaceful haven to come back to . Both Julie and andrew are a pleasure to deal with and we cannot recommend this villa more highly .

Disney Vacation
This fantastic property has made our vacation magical. We have used this property before and will continue to use it on our next.
It is in such a lovely location, and very close to both all the Disney parks and the local area's. I can't say enough about this property. But one word says it all. Fantastic.

Perfect holiday villa
We've just come back from a glorious 2 weeks staying in this villa. The villa is very clean and tidy and has everything you could wish for - and more. Cumbrian Lakes is the perfect location - close to everything Disney (only 20 mins max) yet far enough away from the hustle and bustle of Disney etc making it easy to walk into a restaurant and get a table.The supermarkets are well stocked if you are cooking. The owners are very helpful and a pleasure to communicate with. All in all a perfect villa for your holiday - and very highly recommended by our family.

Fabulous Villa
My family and I stayed here last year and cannot express enough how great the villa is. It's incredibly well equipped and clean and we had fantastic communication from the owners from the point of the initial enquiry right up to the moment we arrived and even whilst we were there! The villa is in a great location, central to everything that's important in our opinion - we're looking to go back to Florida next year and will definitely be booking to stay here.
