Overview
I'm a discerning Florida homeowner, fully respecting that guests expect to arrive to find my villa as shown in my photos, well maintained and cleaned to a high standard. I've been renting my Florida home for many years with a high level of returning guests. This executive, spacious, locally managed home is located within The Reedy Creek Nature Reserve at Kissimmee, conveniently located for Disney, SeaWorld, Universal Studios, and a whole lot more that Central Florida has to offer. We are only a little over an hour from the Gulf & East Coast beaches too so you'll always find the most amazing ways to spend your vacation days.
Doral Woods is 10 minutes south of IR192, 40 minutes from Orlando International Airport, an hour from Sanford International Airport and just over an hour from Tampa International Airport. Sun Rail newly opened in July 2018 is just 3 miles from Doral Woods and offers free car parking and inexpensive rail travel allowing you to explore even more of Florida.
Facilities
Doral Woods is a mainly residential sub division, popular with guests who want to escape the everyday hustle and bustle yet be close enough to take part as a choice.
We employ a great management team who promptly respond if any problems are encountered.
We are always happy to help with questions and ready to assist new visitors who need a little help and reassurance in putting their own vacation together.

The pool area is completely secluded with no near neighbours. Guests can be assured of total privacy and not be concerned about disturbing others whilst having fun in the sun.
The huge pool deck has a South Aspect and two large covered Lanai's for shade. The side Lanai has poolside bathroom for pool users.

The villa is set on a large Woodland plot. The side and back have been purposely kept natural for the wildlife to inhabit. You will likely see birds and some small animals when lounging around the pool. You may hear the crickets at night.

The villa is single storey and accessible for disabled guests with some level of mobility.

Location
Doral Woods is located in Kissimmee just off Poinciana, it's a very easy drive to the shops and restaurants of the HWY192. Disney World and all of the Orlando theme park attractions and a short drive away, making this an excellent location for your next self-catering holiday with the family. This quiet community is ideally located to give you time to relax by your own private pool, whilst not being too far from the all the attractions Orlando has to offer. Family holiday
We stayed in this wonderful villa for 1 week in March with our 2 children and my parents and we had the most amazing time. It instantly felt like home from home as we quickly settled into our holiday. The villa is spacious and well equipped with a large pool, which the kids absolutely loved. The hot tub was a nice addition to help those achey legs after long days at Disney. This villa is a fantastic base to visit all the parks , plus an abundant of restaurants are only minutes away , although we made the most of the villa and opted for BBQ’s around the pool. I would definitely recommend this villa to anyone wanting a stress free, relaxing holiday in sunny Florida. We will most certainly be booking with Angie again. A big thank you to Angie for being so helpful and making our stay so memorable.

Simply perfect
This was our second trip to this amazing place and I honestly can't praise it highly enough. Spotlessly clean, everything you would ever need for your stay there and more, an incredible pool, the list goes on and on. The only problem is leaving - you won't want to! Any questions you may have, Angie is there on the end of the phone to help out. I simply can't praise this villa highly enough for the perfect holiday experience. They say that Disney is the most ml place on earth but this villa definitely gives it a run for its money!

Secluded villa
Beautiful totally private villa in perfect seclusion. Lovely pool & hot tub, covered lanais if shade needed with plenty of room for all the family. Ideal location for all parks, other florida attractions and places to visit without being in the hustle bustle of main orlando so you can still relax. well equipped & very spacious. Owner, Angie is very helpful and nothing is too much trouble. Would happily stay here again.
