Overview
Our luxury vacation villa on Emerald Island Resort, Captiva has 5 bedrooms 4 bathrooms and an air-conditioned games room. It overlooks the wooded conservation area in the enclave section of Emerald Island , Kissimmee , which is a high quality gated community only a few minutes away from Walt Disneys Magic Kingdom.

Our executive villa, Captiva has 5 bedrooms 4 bathrooms and a games room. It overlooks the wooded conservation area in the enclave section of Emerald Island, Kissimmee, which is a high quality new community only a few minutes from WALT DISNEY WORLD Resort.
Emerald Island is a unique resort style gated community with great facilities for all guests to enjoy including a pool, hot tub, sauna, fitness room, Internet room. There is also children's playground, a sand volleyball court and a nature trail to explore. Being only three miles from the entrance to Disney World it is perfectly located for visiting all the attractions. Shops, 24-hour supermarkets and restaurants are only a few minutes away on US192. The enclave section features executive, more spacious homes on larger lots.
Please note there is a $20 non refundable resort access charge applicable to each vehicle.
Captiva, with its south west facing pool and beautiful views over the wooded conservation area, is a very peaceful place to build up your energy after all that work on the golf course or at the parks, without being overlooked from the back.
The extended pool area has a 28ftx14ft pool and adjoining spa and is in the sunshine all day. If you get too hot then you can spend some time in the large covered lanai area with its overhead fan. There are plenty of reclining sun chairs as well as a table and chairs for dining outside while enjoying the view and there is a child safety fence in place to keep young children away from the pool unless supervised.
Inside, Captiva has nearly 3000 sq ft of air-conditioned space for your and your family to spread out. There are three ensuite bedrooms, the master with a King size bed and two with a Queen bed. The other two bedrooms, one queen bed and the other with two twin beds, each share the fourth bathroom.
Each bedroom has a TV and there are several DVD players in the villa. In the rest of the house you will find a large family room and a brilliant air conditioned games room with a pool table, table football and a TV. There is also a breakfast nook and separate dining room. The fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave as well as a separate laundry area should help you feel perfectly comfortable during your stay.
Captiva has loads of extras at no extra charge such as high-speed wireless Internet, DVDs and board games and a baby equipment package including high chairs, strollers and baby monitors.
Our fully licensed home is managed locally so you always have someone to call on in case of a problem.
In order to maintain a high quality of service for all our guests we do not allow pets or smoking in the villa.

We have a selection of luxury Emerald Island villas from 4 to 8 bedrooms. The Emerald Island Resort is a secure gated community with a manned 24/7 entrance. Located in Kissimmee just off HWY 192 the Emerald Island Resort is an ideal base to explore all the Disney / Orlando theme parks and attractions. It has a large clubhouse with communal pool and clubhouse facilities. These clubhouse facilities are free to use for all onsite guests.
Restaurants near the Emerald Island Resort
All our Emerald Island villas are ideally located close to lots of restaurants, shops. As well as being within 20 minutes of all the Orlando theme parks including Universal Studios. Within 5 minutes drive you have access to over 50 different restaurants from TGI's Fridays, Bahama Breeze, Longhorn Steakhouse, Applebee's, Millers Ale House, Logan's Roadhouse, Bonefish Grill, Red Lobster a number of pizza parlours, there are also the usual fast food restaurants like McDonalds, Burger King and Taco Bell.
We have put together a list of over 50 restuarants along HWY192 in Kissimmee. All of these restaurants are just a few minutues from the Emerald Island Resort. With this much choice you will be able to eat somewhere different every night even if you are staying in Orlando for over a month!
Shopping Malls near the Emerald Island Resort
If shopping is your thing then whilst staying at one of our luxury vacation rentals and villas on Emerald Island Resort why not visit one of the nearby malls. Three of the best that we visit on a regular basis are the Florida Mall which has all the big department stores (Macy's, Dillards, JC Penny, Nordstorm) and some great sales at certain times of the year.
Next is the Orlando Premium Outlets where everything is on sale all the time and you can get some amazing bargains but don't end up buying clothes just because they seem like a steal. Lastly is The Mall at Millenia which has all the high end brands like Tiffany & Co, Apple, Breitling, Coach, Rolex, Burberry, Cartier and many more so if you are looking to spend some serious money this is the place for you.
The Mall at Millennia also has some of the best restaurants in Orlando like The Cheesecake Factory, PF Chang's and Brio Tuscan Grille so why head there for an early dinner and late night shopping.

ALL RATES SUBJECT TO 13% FLORIDA TAXES, ........Additional cleaning charge for bookings are less than seven nights of £145 will be applied. Optional Pool & spa heating is available for £150 per week (advised October
to April) A 20% deposit is required on booking with the balance and a £350 security deposit due 10 weeks before your stay begins. Security deposit will be returned within 3 weeks of your holiday ending after inspection. Payments accepted by direct bank transfer, all Credit/Debit Cards paid through PayPal will be subject to a 4.0% handling charge.

PERFECT HOLIDAY RENTAL HOME
My wife and I have recently returned home from a four week stay at Nikki and David's Florida home. They provided a spotlessly clean and well furnished home that has been recently redecorated having no marks to the paintwork of walls or skirting. Also has some nice artwork on the walls. Every electrical item was new or fairly new and worked perfectly including all light bulbs. Even the toaster was top of the range with automatic lowering of bread. W C's (toilets) also are brand new as was the master bed mattress which was very comfortable. Money has been spent to make this home not just a rental property. The pool area was netted with no gaps or tears to allow insects access. We have rented various villas in Orlando over many years and had to clean, repair or replace things like light bulbs but not the case with Captiva Villa. We had a very relaxing and comfortable stay. A minor complaint would be the recent addition of security cameras at the home that monitor coming and going. I would suggest these are perhaps overkill in a gated community with a house alarm fitted. Walking round the estate revealed many homes have now adopted camera security systems. I have no hesitation in recommending this villa and the owner Nikki who is easy to contact and promptly returned our security deposit.

Villa Captavia
Excellent property, very spacious and clean ,plenty of towels , kitchen accessories , heated pool was lovely with spa
Used complex swimming pool a couple of times whilst the men went golf
So near to all Disney parks 15/20 min, all restaurants and supermarkets 5 min
Host was amazing we booked the villa 2 yrs ago and was kept in the loop at all times and replied promptly to any emails l sent her

Fantastic Villa
What a perfect villa. It has everything you could ask for and more.
Clean, well maintained, fully equipped with everything you need for a self catering holiday.
Location is perfect just 10 min drive to the parks.
Nikki was brilliant, easy to contact and very quick to respond.
We were the during Hurricane Milton and Nikki was in constant communication with us with advise and assistance. Even arranging for us to stay on an extra day due to our flights being cancelled.
Will be booking the villa for our next stay very soon.
