I would rent again. There are a few things that would have to be updated and changed like there should be more toilet paper and charging/usb ports. Was missing a remote control in our bedroom. Overall very satisfied.

The villa is amazing. Loads of space, well laid out, pool was amazing to relax in after days at Disney. Games room with table tennis, Foosball, pool and air hockey was a highlight! Location wise it was really quiet, no passing traffic and no noise outside which added to the relaxed atmosphere. Close to shops and restaurants and only a few miles from the Disney parks so made the morning drive simple and quick. Owner communicated well with us and answered questions we had really quickly. Overall a very pleasant trip and has saved me hours of villa hunting next time we go as will want to stay here again and again!

The house was perfect for our family. We used all the bedrooms and baths. Everyone had a private retreat, an escape from family when needed. The location was great. We went to all the major parks by driving or taking Uber. Of course the pool was fantastic! Coming from Minnesota and with this extended winter, the pool was the highlight! This was our first VRBO rental and we did gain some insight. I suggest you pay for the cleaning of the grill, if you plan on using it. The next renters will appreciate it. We all want a clean grill! Also, it would not hurt to take out some insurance for breakage and incidentals that may occur. These homes are used quite extensively and things happen which may be from wear and tear or accidental. It will just make your stay more stress-free. The house was terrific and the vacation was terrific! Thank you Scot!

Beautiful home!! Many family members came and went during the week.we had between 10 and 14 overnight guests each night and there was plenty of room for everyone. The pool area was well equipped with plenty of room, towels and chairs for everyone. We spent most of our day outside enjoying the pool and hot tub. The game room was a big hit once the sun went down. I especially enjoyed the pool table. There were games and movies to enjoy. We even put together a puzzle one evening. We really appreciated the 6 bathrooms. Plenty of towels for everone(once we discovered the linen closet). Nice big kitchen and dining area. Fantastic location for a large family!!!

This house was a wonderful home base for our time in Florida. Large enough to accommodate our multigenerational family, with spacious bedrooms and lots of bathrooms, plus hang out and gathering space on the main floor and a kitchen large enough to host several cooks. The pool, lanai and bbq were perfect for our daily swims and time in the sunshine, with many lounge chairs and pool toys. The clubhouse park and minigolf course were enjoyed by the kids multiple time during our stay. Scot was very responsive- thank you for the pride you put into this house. We hope to come back!

The house was exactly as advertised. As mentioned before there were ants outside and they do bite. Comes with starter paper goods which is good but be prepared to buy more. The neighborhood was very quiet which was nice.

Large house, works perfect for a big group. Just be aware that there is a charge of $20 per car that you must pay to the resort. I wish this had been disclosed in the listing. The kitchen is not very well stocked, could definitely use more utensils and pots and pans. There was little to no toilet paper in the bathrooms( half of a roll in each bathroom with no replacements). The management company was very responsive when we had trouble with the alarm. No utensils to clean the bbq(grill brush) which is required to be cleaned. There were several holes in the hot tub where ants would enter and would bite people in the hot tub.

Wow! Such a beautiful place, just like in the photos! Our bed was comfy, place was very clean, nothing broken or junky! Nice touch with charging clocks in each room! This large home has several king beds and bathrooms making our group comfortable and giving us enough room to get ready quickly to visit the parks. Love the location and amenities. The game room was fun. Great selection of DVDs, books and video games. Also has a set of dumb bells if you're so inclined. I wish we had paid he extra to have the pool heated, because even with 80 + degree days, the cool nights made the pool cold. Great house for a couple of families.

Property backs onto water with no other properties behind. Got to see a gator swimming and resting along the shore. Quiet neighbour hood with plenty of activities in the house and at the pool to keep family happy. Located just minutes from Disney with the right traffic.

Chose Siesta Key for 6 adults and 3 grandkids ( 10-14 yo) for the space and extent of facilities to satisfy all age groups, especially the games room, 2 lounges- the X Box lounge and TV lounge- the pool and sufficient loungers and outside dining for us all, the convenience of poolside 7th en suite , its private lakeside location, and its location for Disney. It delivered on it all, including seeing alligators, turtles and armadillo. It was also well equipped for all the normal daily stuff, washing, cooking etc. and Alli quickly sorted a couple of minor household issues. Scot was very helpful and prompt in replying to queries during the booking process.

Loved staying at Siesta Key. We were a family of 14, including adults, children and two infants. The house met all our needs and was very close to all the Disney parks, Universal and easy access to shopping. Beautifully maintained home and very clean. Loved the fully stocked kitchen and it was especially nice having two dryers at our disposal. Bedroom and bathroom layout was super. The pool area was excellent and all the family really enjoyed their time in the pool. During the booking process, Scot was very accommodating to our questions and always answered promptly. Would have no hesitation to stay at Siesta Key again when we are next in Florida.

The house was just as expected. Had a little mix up in the door code, but was able to fix it with a phone call. We had 12 people staying and had plenty of towels for the pool and showers. The extra dryer was a bonus. Kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, glasses and large cooking pots and pans for a group. Would definitely stay here again!

My family enjoyed the property. We were a large party and it accommodated us very well. The home was clean and well kept. You read a lot of reviews about carpets worn , furniture torn and tattered, but not here!! Lots of hidden amenities for families as it was well equipped with cribs/strollers/gates etc. If I had one complaint is that this property was rented to a group of 16 and there was a supply of 2 garbage bags/one half roll of paper towels and 1/2 rolls of toilet paper. Renters should be prepared for that. Scot has been great to work with. Very responsive to inquiries, even at the last minute. Management company was also very responsive. I would rent this property again with no hesitation.

This place was phenomenal. It’s a big house. All the bedrooms came with their own private bathroom. There was enough towels for everyone. Kitchen and playroom was huge. Backyard has a nice pool with a cute little spa. It’s in a gated community which was even better. People there are so nice. The home is also 5 to 10 minutes away from supermarkets, restaurants and etc. From Disney, it’s 15 minutes. It’s literally a hop and skip to the parks. Rent this place and enjoy it. Because I plan on coming back.

We had the most wonderful time in Siesta Key! Before the trip, Scot immediately and patiently responded to my many questions. During our stay, I called Alli in the management office twice. Once was to ask about why the pool wasn’t warm (turns out I was impatient), and once was to confirm checkout procedures. Both times, she was kind and knowledgeable. There were 5 couples in our group. Each had a king bedroom with their own bathroom. The house was spotless and incredibly well-stocked. As required, we provided our own food, soap and paper goods, but almost everything else was there for our use. There were more towels (including pool towels) than the 10 of us could ever use. The kitchen had all the dinnerware, utensils and gadgets we needed (and many more that we didn’t use). The pool was lovely and had lots of pool toys to use. The game room was so much fun! There were also many DVDs and video games to choose from. We never felt cramped. There was plenty of room for us to spread out. The location was great - secluded, yet close to everything. Very safe area. Our family would definitely stay at this beautiful house again, without hesitation! This was our first booking with VRBO. I’m afraid that Scot may have spoiled us, because I can’t imagine another house or owner being as fantastic as this one. Thank you, Scot!!!

Location of the house is great. The room sizes are good too. As much money I paid, the house could use some upgrades. The carpet needs to be replaced especially if you’re going to have small children running around and you know how they get. LOL! I need to contact VRBO for the extra charged charged to my account and no one can explain it to me. Don’t like the fact that the currency is not US$$$ dollars.

The house was pretty much perfect! The size was great for the amount of guests we had and there was something for all ages. We spent most of our time at the pool which was the perfect size! There were two jets that were not working and are kind of an eyesore on the ledge of the back of the pool, but I cleaned them out with a wet towel. There were plenty of pool toys that were made available. Plus there were tons of seats and space around the pool. Our family also spent tons of time in the game room. The only downfall was there was a wasp issue in one of the lights above the ping pong table. I reached out to the number that was listed and left two voicemails and never received a call back. We were able to take care of the issue ourselves. Prior to the trip Scot was a huge help. Our first house that our family picked was canceled two months before vacation. Scot guided me through everything and was there with pretty much an immediate response to any question that I had. Our family will definitely be back!

Everything was exactly how it was listed as. The house was beautiful and most needed supplies were provided. My only complaint was that the wifi was horrible we had kids on the trip who needed to do their online school work and had a lot of difficulty logging in due to poor internet access. We have Verizon which works great at home but even using the house wifi didn’t work that well. That was my only complaint otherwise the house was great.

Upon investigation it turned out that the comment regarding internet access speeds related to the cellphone reception in the local area not the wifi inside the home which was checked and working properly.

We really enjoyed our time at Siesta Key! It is a very large home and accommodated our group of 13 people very comfortably. We really appreciated all of the extra amenities such as the pool/hot tub, extra pool toys, lots of towels, movies, game room, x-box, plenty of kitchen essentials, etc. We loved how the house backed up to a stream and natural area so, even though Orlando was very busy during our time there, we would come home to a peacful place every evening and enjoy our time out in the pool area. We also loved that all of the adults had a king bed with their own bathroom. We did have a few "glitches" at the beginning of our stay that we think was mostly due to the previous tenants not being kind to the house (the house wasn't all cleaned by check in time because the previous tenants had left it a complete mess (at 4pm the cleaning crew was still piling trash in the kitchen), a shelf in one of the closets had been broken, batteries were missing or dead in all x-box controls, the pool skimmer was in disarray, two screen sections above the pools were coming out, the cable tv wasn't working on all tvs, pool water wasn't warm yet, etc.). However, the management company did a wonderful job helping correct all of the issues (the screens above the pool still need to be repaired though). We actually felt so bad for the cleaning crew so we made sure we left the house as clean as possible when our week there was over. Overall, we LOVED being at Siesta Key and would LOVE to come back to it again! Thank you so much for providing us with such a beautiful home to enjoy and relax at with our family! Thank you also for making the booking process so easy. Scot did a great job of answering any of our questions promptly and checking into the Emerald Island Resort was easy and seamless. It was a wonderful week!

What a glorious week of togetherness! Our family group of 13 enjoyed our stay at Siesta Key immensely! The house is super organized and has every last little thing you need. We had an age span of 14 months to age 59. Our granddaughters, ages 4-9, even had an extra bedroom they used as their TV room. Each bedroom has a nice bathroom so people did not have to share. Our group was super impressed with that fact. There’s so much space! There is a bedroom/bathroom downstairs that was nice as it was away from the other bedrooms. There is two distinct areas upstairs, one side with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, and the other side with four bedrooms and three bathrooms. And these bedrooms are not small by any means. Everyone was impressed with the quality of the appliances, dishes, blankets. furniture, etc. You will not run out of bath towels or beach towels as there are many. Having a huge washing machine and two dryers came in handy. Scot has many packn’plays, two high chairs, two cribs, baby gates, car seats, and strollers to choose from. We spent a day on the Gulf and there were nine lawn chairs available to take with us. We even found buckets to bring for the kids as we looked for shells. The new sectional in the main living area was large enough for seven adults, plus kids, and had many reclining sections. A rocking/reclining chair also contributed to time for relaxation. My husband and I have a hard time finding a comfortable bed to sleep in, but the Master bedroom had the best bed ever. We slept comfortably throughout the night! The gated entrance and the double dead bolt locks on the home brought a great sense of security even though Emerald Island is in the great community of Kissimmee. Uber service picks up within 5-10 minutes of calling. Overall we had outstanding accommodations and would love to stay at another place of this caliber!

Just got back from our vacation at this gorgeous property. It was exactly like the pictures. So big and beautiful. So well stocked!! Couldn’t think of anything they didn’t have. Home was spacious and incredibly comfortable. View from the pool was amazing at sunset. We enjoyed the spa every evening after a long day at the parks. Location was so close to Disneyworld, only took 10-15 minutes to get there. Big time saver! Game room was so enjoyable!!! Ping pong, air hockey, fooseball and pool, so fun! All bedrooms have a bathroom, so no need to share. I wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else when I come back to Florida. Thanks Scot!!!

Our family had a wonderful stay at Siesta Key while we were in Orlando to visit the Disney and Universal Parks. We loved the location and the house is situated on a nice area of land, with a beautiful view in the backyard. We had a couple of miscommunications with the cleaning crew but Scot, the owner was extremely responsive and got everything sorted out for us. Everything was thought of for every family member. We did not have small children but there were items that could be used for infants and toddlers. Our teenage grandchildren loved the playroom and the pool area. There was plenty of seating around the pool and plenty of beach towels. Enough dining area for a family of 15 members. We had such an amazing stay at this house -- we had a full house of 16 people and we never felt as if we didn't have enough space in the house. Scot even put up a Christmas tree for the enjoyment of the kids in the family, even though we weren't staying over the Christmas break. We loved the pool and used the hot tub almost every day. Having a bathroom for every bedroom made it so easy for a large group like ours, everyone was up a ready early to go to the parks, which are a quick 10 minute drive. Plenty of restaurants and stores near-by -- location is great. It was also one of the best houses in the community, as there is no one behind you and the houses next door aren't too close, so when sitting outside at night after a long day in the parks or early in the morning, you don't feel like other people are watching you or that you are disturbing others. Having a washer and two dryers was fabulous -- we did a lot of laundry! I would definitely recommend staying at this house again.

We enjoyed everything about staying at Siesta Key, the house , the location, and the community. Scot was very accommodating, especially after I messed up and had to add a day to my reservation. I was amazed at the high tech AV and appliances ( I admit that I needed help from the 20 somethings in our family to figure out the remotes and the dishwasher ) In addition there was a very nice digital piano which I played every day, the kids sang.. we had great fun. The kids loved the pool. We arrived after a pretty good storm and the power had been out. The power outage reset the WIFi and when our passwords didn't work we made our one and only call to the management company. They were amazing and had everything reset and working properly in no time. Bottom line, this is a great place to call your home away from home with a large group.

It was a lot nearer the parks than we usually stay. It was disappointing concerning the pool but I think the pool management people need to be reviewed. We have friends who own a villa there and they have had the same problem as you but with the cleaning side. I think if the owners aren't there then a lot of the work doesn't get done. The only thing we could have done with is a cool box to take lunches out with. It's a lovely spacious villa, great for big family groups. Thankyou for letting us stay.

We loved our stay at Siesta Key! The location was excellent, so close to all the parks, restaurants, grocery etc. We are a family of 12 and there was plenty of room for all of us. We all really enjoyed the pool and area, it was so much fun for the kids, they didn’t want to leave! The games room was also a lot of fun for everyone. We did have an issue with the pool pump one afternoon, (yikes, the pool started to drain) but... luckily, it happened just before we left for Disney and one call to the management company and we were swimming that night! Loved the new decor throughout the house. Pool was heated and easy to get in to. Garage playroom was updated since our last stay, liked the new games. Location was only minutes away from DisneyWorld. Resort itself was great. Layout of rooms in the house fits our family needs, one handicapped individual used the downstairs bedroom, very quiet house. A beautiful home with absolutely everything you could possibly need including car seats and buggies saving the cost of hiring strollers in the parks.. The location couldn’t be better, just a couple of minutes from the 192 with all the restaurants and shops. 10 minutes from Disney (depending on traffic) and 20 from Universal. It almost seems a shame that most visitors, like us, are going to be out every day whereas you could spend a lovely holiday here relaxing by the pool on one of the many comfortable sun loungers. Great location for Disney and easy access to the I4 and Orlando. Within 5 minutes drive of all of the amenities of Kissimmee and a very quiet gated community. Would happily recommend as a base for any size of family as the villa has everything you will need for a comfortable duration of your stay.

We were a group of 14 people from 5 households. The configuration of a bedrooms/bathrooms worked out well for all of us. With the exception of one hair dryer, everything was in good working order. The BBQ had a spare gas cylinder, so we had no worries about running out of propane. All supplies were quite adequate. We especially appreciated the abundance of clothes hangers in all of the closets! The game room was well equipped with all the required accessories. Likewise, the pool had an abundance of water toys that were enjoyed by the young ones. The WIFI worked well throughout the house. Having two clothes dryers was also greatly appreciated. We would definitely like to be able to stay here again on any future trip.

Emerald Island as a whole is fantastic, well maintained and clean, we always felt safe within the resort grounds. We stayed at Siesta Key for 21 nights as a party of 9. (could have been double that) the space was superb. The villa sits on a quiet road and the rear of the property looks onto the conservation grounds. Though you have neighbours we did not feel at any point that we were looked over. When we arrived the villa was clean and tidy, everything that we had hoped for. The jewel in the crown for this villa is the outside space, fantastic lanai with ceiling fans that were needed in July, although there was enough seats and loungers for everyone if i am being picky they could have been of better quality for the money that is paid. Great games room that everyone did take advantage of when the weather was bad. The villa is to a high standard and is very impressive, really did feel like a home from home. We had an issue with the pool while we were there that was sorted out by the pool guy Marty (really nice guy, loves a beer lol). From the time we booked 16 months before we were there, the owner Scot was fantastic to deal with answered all our questions promptly and professionally, we would not hesitate in booking this villa again. We were so close to the 192, celebration, disney, old town and lots of great restaurants you really are spoiled as to how close you are to everything. We done universal in 17 mins one morning. We had take away delivered no problems and used uber from the villa also with no issues. All the bedrooms were fantastic, what you see is what you get, plenty of towels for everyone. My wife fell in love with the washing machine and twin dryers, that were massive. Valet trash was fantastic, they do everything for you, no need to worry about taking the trash out. Kitchen was well appointed with everything you need. All in all a fantastic villa and a great place to stay.

...with the help of this amazing villa and it's owner! This is a fantastic villa with great facilities to suit the needs of the entire family. From the minute we started planning our stay right up until we had to leave the villa we couldn't ask for anything better. The owner of the villa was very helpful in ensuring we had everything we needed for our tiny travellers. Stairgates, highchairs, cots and buggies were all made available and of good condition. We ordered car seats for when we arrived and were delighted to find the owner had organised for these to be in the property waiting on us arriving. The villa itself is very open and bright, providing plenty of room for our party of 15. The highlight for the bigger kids was the fantastic games room which had a great range of games for them to play. The pool was a good size with plenty of space to relax around the pool too. All bedrooms were very spacious, clean and comfortable and the open plan living and kitchen area was of a great size with everything we needed and more. My family and I fell in love with Siesta Key from the moment we entered the door. It is an amazing place to stay with so much room for all. It's many beautiful and well decorated rooms make you feel like a million. There is always something to do from just relaxing by the pool, watching one of the several televisions or playing ping pong, etc. in the game room. I highly recommend renting this property, I guarantee you will not be disappointed. There were various age groups who stayed here in my family and everyone one of us, along with my relatives who visited us, raved about this villa. We stayed at Scot's property with our team of seven while at a conference. With 7 bedrooms and six bathrooms it worked perfect for everyone to have their own space at 1/4th the cost of us all having hotel rooms. The bedroom with the bunks was the only downside for our crew as they are kid-sized bunks. But he twins worked out perfect to compensate. The bunk room will be great for families. The game room worked out great as a place to unwind after time at the conference as did the pool and hot tub. They were great spaces to dialogue about what we were learning. We only used the kitchen and dining area for breakfasts, but we had everything we needed (except salt and pepper). I have personally rented numerous homes through HomeAway/VRBO and Scot's home had a couple nice bonuses, besides the great space and location. Namely, beach towels provided for the pool area, and only having to take out the trash. Most houses we have had to strip beds, put a load in the washer, run the dishes (which we did anyway) but with a flight that made us get our team out by 5 am, it was nice to not have to do a bunch of clean up or make sure all the beds were stripped Andy linens put in the wash, etc.

We stayed at this beautiful home in March 2017. 20 minutes to Disney, 20 to Universal, about an hour to Cocoa Beach and the Space Center. Everyone really enjoyed having their own master suite. We often kept doors open from the kitchen/living room area to the screened in lanai and pool, creating a huge area for the kids to play and we could keep an eye on them. Loved the pool and hot tub. And restaurants of every type within minutes of the resort.

My family and I have rented in Emerald Island Resort over the years, but Siesta Key was by far our favorite! Scot was very helpful with all our questions and checked in with us before, during, and after our visit, which meant a lot to my family. The villa was clean and spacious with plenty of room for our group of 9, ranging from age 9 to 50. Everyone loved the comfortable beds-it was the first villa in a long time where we were able to enjoy a great night sleep! We all loved the pool-made many memories there, and we relaxed in the hot tub after a long day at the parks. We're glad we paid extra for the pool heat so we could enjoy the pool at night. Scot not only supplied bath towels, but pool towels as well. We had a great time in the game room playing pool and it was nice having the option of 3 other gaming tables. The teens loved the front living room to hang out in, and the back family room sectional was so comfortable! The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to make our meals. We called the Management Company once, and they came that same day to fix the garage door that needed to be adjusted-very prompt! The only thing I might recommend would be to invest in an outdoor towel rack to hang the towels on. Emerald Island Resort is only 3 miles to Disney, a 20 minute drive to Universal, and a couple miles away you'll find many restaurants, shopping, and a Marketplace if you need sundries. We love Siesta Key and Emerald Island and look forward to coming back again!

This was my treat to my grown up family and grandchildren. We needed a villa that was large enough to accommodate 12 of us, had sufficient bathrooms to alleviate queuing, and had enough space so as not to be on top of each other for those quiet times. Siesta Key met all our requirements and then some. Seven spacious bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, 2 dining areas, 2 lounges and a huge games room. A wonderful pool and hot pool area and a Weber BBQ to boot. Overlooking lake and woodland to the rear giving a real sense of privacy. On the gated Emerald Island resort just off the 192 one felt secure at all times. The estate is amazingly well maintained and the shrubbery is very pretty. the clubhouse staff are very helpful. DIsney resorts are just a 15 min drive away with Universal resorts 30 minutes away. Exceptionally located for choice of restaurants ( red lobster and Outback Steakhouse just a 5 minute drive or if you are feeling energetic a 20 minute walk) Only needed to communicate once with the management company to request a gas bottle for the bbq but it was delivered the same day. The communication with Villa owner Scott was effortless and smooth. If you are planning a Florida trip where you really don't want to be worrying about the quality of your accommodation then book Siesta Key ... you will not be disappointed! Genuinely I have now been to Florida 6 times in the past 20 years each time in private villas, Siesta Key has to be the best, I can't recommend it highly enough.

There are some homes that do not look as good as the pictures you see on VRBO, this is not one of them. This house is amazing! Our family vacation of 16 were very comfortable and had plenty of room here. The house is superclean and everything is up-to-date and the playroom in the garage is amazing. It is close to all the parks and easy shopping for groceries and dining. Do yourself a favor and don't look any further, rent this house, you will not regret it.

Amazing inside space, fantastic south facing back !! Just came home from a 2 week stay with my family, our party consisted of 7 adults and 6 children. The villa is amazing so much space, great activities for the children in the games room and an Xbox 1 in the second living room and an Xbox 360 in the bedroom. Contacted the owner Scot before we went on holiday and during our stay regarding heating pool, watching the match at the villa and he responded the same day to my emails, you couldn't ask for anything better. Would definitely recommend !!! It's so convenient for all parks/attractions/shops. We actually checked for 2018 to come back again and it's already booked.

I couldn't recommend this villa enough to anyone. There was 16 of us who stayed of all ages and the Villa was big enough to accommodate all of us with plenty of areas to get away if this is what was needed. We stayed whilst Hurricane Matthew was threatening and the owner was in touch throughout with info before and after which was reassuring. The phone in the villa stopped working one day whilst we were there, but someone was out the next day to fix it so the maintenance is second to none. For us the Villa is perfectly situated and in a lovely gated community. Depending on what you were visiting for there are a lot of things very close if you hire a car (which is worth it and very easy to drive) Disney 10mins, Universal 30 mins max, Outlet shops 15 mins, Walmart 10 mins. There is a supermarket just round the corner which is a little more expensive than Walmart but very handy. The only thing I would say, which doesn't change my opinion of the villa, is that the Chinese and Indian take away restaurants next to the supermarket aren't very good and would not recommend them at all. There was a good sports bar over the road from the supermarket for anyone interested (Buffalo wild wings) and also plenty of choice for food before or after a day in the parks along the 192. I very much look forward to coming back and staying at this Villa again

Siesta Key was much more than we expected! The house was very spacious and the perfect size for our large group of 12 adults and 4 kids. The two living areas were great because the kids were able to enjoy the Xbox One with a good variety of games in one area while the adults enjoyed the larger area and plenty of seating. The pool and variety of activities in the garage were a huge hit with the kids, and perfect for the adults during our down time. You do have to buy the amenities (toilet paper, palest towels, trash bags), but was no issue since there was a Target just a few minutes away. We also found that some of the outlets did not work, but with the large number to select from in the house it was no issue. The kitchen is loaded with plenty of utensils and kitchen ware, so we never ran out. And the location is right in the middle of all the major attractions and great restaurants. We will definitely stay here again when we travel to Orlando!

Just back after an amazing three weeks in this splendid villa. The seven bedrooms are very well appointed with extremely comfortable, huge beds and plenty of wardrobe space, no need to fetch any hangers with you there are loads in each room. The villa was spotlessly clean and maintained to a high standard. My grandson enjoyed having the choice of four beds in the bunk room. He also loved the quiet room with the X Box and games. There were 11 of us staying 10 adults and one child and we certainly didn't feel crowded. The games room was made use of with table tennis and pool tournaments nightly. My children loved the Sonas speaker system which allowed them to play their own music. The pool and deck at the villa are lovely with plenty of sun beds and chairs for everyone, The sun beds were super comfortable, I have been in five star hotels where the sun beds aren't as comfortable. I also love the fact that the pool deck looks out to the conservation area. Although we spent plenty of time in the parks, which were really easy to get to from the position of the villa we were all really glad to have some days off and just spend time in the pool chilling and sunbathing. A couple of times my grandson even asked if we could go back to the villa early he loved the pool so much. We made use of the kitchen and did some cooking on a couple of nights and all the essentials are there for you to make a proper meal. We also made use of the washing machine and tumble dryer, so great fetching your clothes home clean. All in all I can't recommend Siesta Key enough, Scot the owner was very quick to answer any questions that I had before we went, and we had one minor problem with a handrail while we were out there I contacted Scot and it was fixed immediately. This villa is perfect for one large family like ours or two families/friends who want to holiday together. I would love to return one day and will be recommending it to all my friends who are planning trips to Orlando.

The kitchen is very well stocked with all you need to cook any meal and the washing machine was big enough to fit a weeks clothing in! The beds are huge and very, very comfortable and all the bathrooms are lovely to relax in and have a long soak to soothe aching feet and muscles. The house was perfectly situated to be able to reach all the Disney parks and Universal studios easily with a very straightforward and short drive. It was also easy to navigate to the main routes to take you to Cape Canaveral and down to the everglades. If we make it back to Florida I would definitely book Siesta Keys again - it was perfect.

We have rented several vacation homes over the years and this is by far the nicest one we have ever stayed in. The home is very well maintained and clean. The amenities were all first class and it had everything you could want. The patio and pool area were great and everyone enjoyed it very much. Siesta Key is absolutely stunning. We stayed in Siesta Key a total of 13 (5 adults and 8 kids) and there was more than enough room for everyone. The house was very clean and it was even better than the pictures. The beds are extra comfortable. The kids loved the swimming pool so much we had to pull them away just so we could do other things. The game room was a big hit also and the ac unit down there was a major plus. The teenagers loved the lounge area and the Xbox One. Scot was so helpful I can't thank him enough. He responded and answered all of my questions within very reasonable time. The resort is very beautiful and the staff was very nice and helpful. I would recommend this home to any large group of people trust me you will not be disappointed. We were so close to Disney, shopping and restaurants. Amazing vacation home for large families...with an even more amazing owner! Our family's week at Siesta Key came and went much too quickly. But we certainly did enjoy ourselves! Our whole party (16 + infant) LOVED the home. The pool was the biggest hit, as you might imagine with 7 kids under 16 and 3 generations of guests. The game room was a close second, where many an 8-ball and air hockey match were played! We made full use of the kitchen and propane grill for sure, cooking several meals there for our entire group during the week. And the six bathrooms definitely made it easy for everyone to be ready and on time to depart for the theme parks every morning. Everyone was sad to leave, without exception...partly because the end of any vacation is sad - but also because nobody wanted to leave the house! We thoroughly enjoyed our time there, and the help and responsiveness provided by the owner time and time again for the year leading up to, and even through our week-long vacation, was refreshing and appreciated. I'm not sure if / when we'll have the opportunity to stay off Disney property again. But if we do, I'll be keeping Siesta Key in mind...and I'll definitely recommend this home to anyone staying in the area! Siesta Key was absolutely perfect for our large family gathering (three generations)! All the amenities were as advertised and our expectations were certainly exceeded. The house has something and some place for everyone; from the pool and hot tub to the game room to the media room and so on. Quiet space and public space abound. The children had an absolute wonderful time with all the stuffed animals in the bunk room. A very nice touch. The property is close to the attractions, very well maintained, secure and wonderfully quiet in the evenings for enjoying time on the patio after exhausting days at the parks. I will not hesitate to book again and can highly recommend this property to others looking to accommodate a large family group.

Villa Siesta Key is a very beautiful ,comfortable house, furnished with attractive ,comfortable furnishings. The owner,Scott, was very thoughtful and always answered my email questions immediately. When we arrived,the house was clean and there was a binder of info about the house and surrounding area.The location of this house is close to all the Disney attractions, yet very quiet in its very well kept gated community . Restaurants and grocery stores are just a few minutes drive. Our group consisted of 8adults and 5 children between the ages of 3 -9 years. Everyone loved their king sized super comfy bed. The kids loved the bunk bed room,although we did have to separate them after a few nights as they were having too much fun. The pool and hot tub were used and enjoyed everyday even though the weather was cool some days. There are lots of tables and lounges out there.We put the propane barbecue and the well equipped kitchen to good use each night . The game room was also very popular and just as described in the Home Away listing. If anything, most of Villa Siesta Key is actually better than the photos and the new owners are in the process of upgrading so I feel it's only going to keep improving. It has a very luxurious look combined with a very "homey" comfortable feeling .

We had a wonderful time at Siesta Key Villa. Very roomy and great security for pool area so no need to worry about little ones not being safe. The location is fantastic with easy access to all parks etc. Super Target and Publix are very close as are restaurants. This was our sixth rental in Florida and by far the best. Would highly recommend this Villa.

we are a large family of 14.( 0-old years). stayed in others before and know what to look for. we can be quite a particular group! this villa is on a fantastic resort. great pool view. clean. plenty of room. near to local amenities. parks easy to get to. Scot the owner is very accommodating. we felt very looked after and theres good support locally if needed. excellent value for money. we had 17 nights there and loved every minute of being able to go home and relax, windown at the end of a long day in the pool and hot tub. great games room too. fab facilities for babies . definately will be using this contact again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for good quality accommodation.

We arrived for extended vacation in July. Having found the property online and liking the look of it we booked with some apprehension! We had fantastic communication with the owner before arrival who answered any queries extremely efficiently. On arrival the house blew us away. The pictures do not do it justice. It is extremely spacious and was absolutely perfect. We had a fantastic time and would definitely recommend this home for a large group sharing a holiday villa. There are two master suites which is great for two families sharing. The pool area is large with plenty of furniture. The beds are so comfortable..the mattresses being massive...we felt like princess and the pea climbing in! Would highly recommend this villa and do not hesitate to ask the owners if you have any doubts of questions they are so helpful. Thanks so much for letting us rent your villa. We will hopefully return.

Our family spent the week after Christmas at Siesta Key and we loved it! My mother-in- law treated her 3 children, their spouses and children (ages 2-14) to this vacation. There were 16 of us and there was plenty of room for us all to spread out. The kids loved the movie rm and the game rm. The bedrooms were great...so nice to have so many master suites. The week after Christmas was crazy busy at the Disney parks, but this home was so close that it was convenient to go to the parks in the morning, come back to the house for lunch and to let the kids swim when the crowds became unbearable, and return in the evening. Pool was perfect and like bath water. We called the management company when we first arrived because it seemed there weren't very many bath towels...the next day they brought a whole stack of brand new bath towels-- fantastic service! Publix and Super Target close by. Bahama Breeze (restaurant nearby)was great--really good food, fantastic wait staff. We had a great time at Siesta Key, lots of great family memories!!

The villa was the best house our family had been to in 25 years of Florida holidays. The house worked so well for a big group of adults and the pool was like getting in a bath. Everybody was impressed with estate and the quiet location, it really was fantastic.

The villa was lovely and we had a fabulous time. An alligator even put in an appearance on the river bank outside our villa which was fantastic. We would recommend Philip's home to any of our friends or family thinking of going to Orlando, and we certainly hope to be going again sometime in the future.

Our family had the best vacation at Siesta Key. When we weren't at the theme parks we were lounging around the pool. Everything was perfect. The grandchildren were in the pool and hot tub from 10am to 9pm at night as well as the adults. When they weren't in there on our down days, they were either in the games room or watching a movie in the movie room.The rooms were spacious and there plenty of bathrooms for everyone. Everything was perfect, so much so that we would like to do it all over again!!

I would just like to say what a wonderful time we had staying in this villa, it certainly made our holiday special. We also had the added attraction of seeing the resident alligator and otter in the water behind the house. I look forward to renting a villa from Philip again in the future and would not hesitate in recommending Siesta Key to family and friends.

This place is amazing and has everything to offer which is listed and more. The resort Baz was beautifull and well situated for all the parks and shopping faceilitys. The rear of the house were the pool is situated was not over looked unlike some of the villas we passed and had loveley veiws. I wouldnt hesitate to rent this villa again and was the main factor to my family having the best holiday weve ever had. I would like to thank the owners for letting us stay there and hope to return in the near future.Once again thank you !!!

Stayed here during the easter vacation and had the best experience ever! The house was lovely and clean, the layout was amazing. There is nothing at all that could fault this location and house. The pool was great and enjoyed by all and Philip was a brilliant help and always responded to emails and questions asked! Amazing property for an Amazing price!
