Emerald Island Resort 5 bed 4 bath Villa with large pool/deck

When staying in our vacation home at Emerald Island Resort in sunny Central Florida, you can sit back and relax in our elegantly furnished, spacious family room. You can enjoy your favourite movies on the large flat-screen TV or simply enjoy a refreshing beverage and a good book whilst overlooking the pool. You’ll feel right at home.

Whether you’re preparing a healthy breakfast, a light snack before heading out to the Theme Parks, or a full family banquet to enjoy with family and friends, you’ll find everything you need to make catering a breeze in our full size, fully equipped kitchen. Sure, going out for meals in Florida is a must but for meals at home, we’ve got you covered.Remodelled in June 2024 with Stainless steel appliances including fridge freezer with ice making machine, microwave oven, range cooker with air frying ability and dishwasher.

Our home has a formal dining area with six chairs. The dining table can be extended to accommodate more seating. There is also a breakfast bar with additional seating for six in the kitchen area. There is also two tables outside on the pool deck for enjoying the Florida sunshine with eight chairs plus two of the pool reclining chairs can also be used for larger parties.

When it’s time for bed after a busy day at the Theme Parks, you and your family will be spoiled for choice. Our sleeping accommodation comprises of 5 spacious bedrooms. These include a King Master Suite with TV/DVD on the ground floor. A Queen Guest Suite with TV on the first floor. Two Twin Bedrooms with TVs on the first floor that share a bathroom and a Queen Guest Bedroom with TV on the ground floor with bathroom directly accross the hall. There’s plenty of room for the whole family!

There are 4 bathrooms in total.

The main master bedroom on the ground floor has large en-suite bathroom that includes walk in shower, corner bath tub, WC and twin sink vanity unit. There is also a large walk in closet.

The second master bedroom is on the first floor which also has an en-suite bathroom. This bathroom has a WC, sink and bath tub with shower over which is enclosed with a sliding door over the bath and not a shower curtain.

Both twin rooms on the first floor share a bathroom which has a bath tub with shower over, sink and WC.

The bathroom on the ground floor has a walk in shower with sink and WC.

The competitive members of your party will love spending some quality time in our generously equipped games room. Here, you can try your hand at American Pool, Table Football and Air Hockey. Challenge friends and family for hours of fun and excitement, or play solo to fine tune your skills. It’s doesn’t get better than this!

the large south facing 30ft x 15ft pool with spa sits on a 40ft x 30ft deck. The pool and spa can be heated at an additional cost. The spa is heated to hot tub temperature.There is a safety fence plus pool alarm doors for guests with infants.

There’s no better place to experience the very best of the Florida Lifestyle during your stay with us than on the large, private pool deck. This area houses our 30ft, South Facing swimming pool as well as our spa and shaded lanai. During your vacation, you can enjoy a refreshing swim, relax in the spa or dine alfresco under the stars. Our pool is situated almost central to the deck allowing plenty of room all around the pool for sunbathing. 

Pool furniture consists of 4 loungers, 2 recliner chairs with foot stools, 2 dining tables and 8 chairs.

The double garage houses the games room described abaove.

There is free Wi-Fi broadband internet at the villa with additional internet at the clubhouse.

We have 2 portable cots (Pac n Plays), a high chair available for your use during your stay.
