Inside two sitting rooms, game room and reading area gives plenty of room for gathering, the large dining table seats up to 12 and the fabulous kitchen with all new appliances and island with more seating will cater for your every need.
Comfortable bedrooms feature luxury linens, ceiling fans and TV’s, 4 ensuite, up to 5 King rooms and up to 3 Twins with our flexible bed configurations.

Facilities
Emerald Island is a secure gated community, just 3 miles from Disney and right behind the new Margaritaville community, giving access to the Sunset Walk shopping and dining area and the H2O waterpark. The many restaurants of Hwy 192 are close by, a Super Walmart is within a 5 minute drive and the lovely town of Celebration around 15 minutes away. There are many Golf courses within easy reach, the nearest only a short 5 minute drive. Surrounded by a conservation area, it encompasses over 300 acres with 11 wooded acres in the middle of the community. Guests can enjoy all the facilities provided in the resort, including sauna, 2 heated pools with free WiFi in pool area, Jacuzzi, basketball, volleyball, tennis, kiddie play areas, a nature trail, mini golf, a Tiki Bar serving food and drinks - and much more.
Our home is kept to a high standard by a local management company, who are there to ensure your stay is trouble free and provide a high quality of service to our guests.
We provide hair dryers in all bathrooms, bathroom towels and pool towels.

Living
Our home has two sitting rooms
The first one to the front of our home has a comfortable TV area and leads to the dining space, which is large enough to seat 12 people to enjoy meals together. There is a handy pass through to the kitchen too.
The second family room is to the rear - a large open light room with high vaulted ceiling. You can relax in the spacious TV area, watch TV or just gaze out at the lovely view over the pool to the water and conservation beyond. Open to the kitchen, family and friends and cooks can gather together.
All floor coverings in the home are either Luxury Vinyl Plank or Tile, giving a worry free stay from spills!
Kitchen
The newly refurbished kitchen is fully equipped kitchen - with all new appliances and double door pantry fridge with drawer freezer. The new quartz large island with seating for 8 allows for casual dining or cooking up a feast - there are plenty of pots and pans, glasses and dinnerware, including outdoor unbreakable ones.
Dining
Inside the large dining talbe is large enough to seat 12 people to enjoy meals together, additionally you can gather at the large kitchen island, seating up to 8, or dine alfresco at the lovely round dining table.
Bedrooms
Bedrooms are very comfortable with luxury linens, new comfortable matresses and pillows, all with hypo-allergenic protective covers! Smart TV to enable streaming or watch the many channels included with our ROKU links.
On the ground floor is the Tropical styled Master King room with view to the pool. There is a large walk in closset and spacious ensuite with private toilet, separate shower and soaker tub
Upstairs, two further King rooms, ensuite with shower over tub The first is a fresh tropical inspired 2nd Master King room with front and side facing windows to enjoy the morning sun, large walk in closset and ensuite bathroom. The second is a King bedroom with ensuite, with sea/coral decor and soft teal green accents -this room enjoys views to the rear looking over the conservation.
Next for the young, or young at heart are the 2 rooms with 2 x twin beds, these rooms share the family bathroom (tub with shower over) The Harry Potter Room is sure to be a great hit with guests of any age, and the seashore/ocean themed room is super cosy, both these rooms can be converted from twins to a king bed if required.
The 6th Bedroom with large window facing the front of our home, has its own ensuite, and styled in a relaxing Barn wood farmhouse style, this room is also flexible as it can be set as a King Bed or 2 x XL Twin beds, to give extra flexibility for the requirement of our guests.
Bathrooms
The ground floor master bathroom has soaker tub, walk in shower and separate toilet. All 3 other ensuites and the family bathroom have Shower over Bath, with Glass shower screens All showers are upgraded with shower head and a hand held shower.
There is a convenient half bath on the ground floor.
Games Room
If you are looking for further indoor entertainment, all TV’s are Smart, allowing you to stream from your own device, link to your favourite apps or play games. Then there is the game room – air conditioned for comfort – with pool table, foosball, air hockey, poker table and TV this room will be a great hit with everyone

All doors to the pool are alarmed and there is a pool fence which can be put up for you arrival if required.
Outside
Situated on the edge of this lovely community and enjoying private south-west facing views over water and conservation, our home offers a private oasis to relax when not seeing the sights of the area. The large pool has an inground spa both with handrails for easy access. The colour changing pool lights create a wonderful atmosphere when the night draws in.
Featuring a very comfortable outdoor seating area to enjoy the view, or watch the outdoor TV, you can enjoy daining alfresco, cooking up a steak or two on the large Gas BBQ (included in your rate). If it gets too warm the ceiling fans, with lights for evenings, will keep you cool
We have plenty of loungers for sunworshipers, or you can sit in the pool in the in pool seating if you need to cool down or relax under the lanai. We have recently added hedging down each side of the pool cage area for additional privacy.
