Overview
Location, Location – 3 miles to Disney! Restaurants, shopping and golf very nearby, your perfect vacation home away from home awaits. Recently refurbished.
Situated on the edge of this lovely community and enjoying private south-west facing views over water and conservation, our home offers a private oasis to relax.
Outside – enjoy your own large pool with spa, relax on comfortable furniture, plenty of loungers for sunbathing, watch TV, Dine Alfresco, BBQ included.
Inside two sitting rooms, game room and reading area gives plenty of room for gathering, the large dining table seats up to 12 and the fabulous kitchen with all new appliances and island with more seating will cater for your every need.
Comfortable bedrooms feature luxury linens, ceiling fans and TV’s, 4 ensuite, up to 5 King rooms and up to 3 Twins with our flexible bed configurations.
The game room has pool table, foosball and air hockey, games table and TV

Facilities
Emerald Island is a secure gated community, just 3 miles from Disney and right behind the new Margaritaville community, giving access to the Sunset Walk shopping and dining area and the H2O waterpark. The many restaurants of Hwy 192 are close by, a Super Walmart is within a 5 minute drive and the lovely town of Celebration around 15 minutes away. There are many Golf courses within easy reach, the nearest only a short 5 minute drive. Surrounded by a conservation area, it encompasses over 300 acres with 11 wooded acres in the middle of the community. Guests can enjoy all the facilities provided in the resort, including sauna, 2 heated pools with free WiFi in pool area, Jacuzzi, basketball, volleyball, tennis, kiddie play areas, a nature trail, mini golf, a Tiki Bar serving food and drinks - and much more.
Our home is kept to a high standard by a local management company, who are there to ensure your stay is trouble free and provide a high quality of service to our guests.
We provide hair dryers in all bathrooms, bathroom towels and pool towels.
Please be sure to include information regarding your group when enquiring about our home as we like to get to know our guests before acceptance of bookings.

• Note : For the security of you and our home, this vacation home is equipped with 3 security cameras:
• 1. Ring doorbell at the front door; 2. Camera facing driveway; 3. Camera facing the pool equipment. All cameras are activated by motion and records video and audio.
• For your privacy there are no cameras or video recorders are located inside the home or on the pool area.
Living
Our home has two sitting rooms
The first one to the front of our home has a comfortable TV area and leads to the dining space, which is large enough to seat 12 people to enjoy meals together. There is a handy pass through to the kitchen too.
The second family room is to the rear - a large open light room with high vaulted ceiling. You can relax in the spacious TV area, watch TV or just gaze out at the lovely view over the pool to the water and conservation beyond. Open to the kitchen, family and friends and cooks can gather together.
All floor coverings in the home are either Luxury Vinyl Plank or Tile, giving a worry free stay from spills!
Kitchen
The newly refurbished kitchen is fully equipped kitchen - with all new appliances and double door pantry fridge with drawer freezer. The new quartz large island with seating for 8 allows for casual dining or cooking up a feast - there are plenty of pots and pans, glasses and dinnerware, including outdoor unbreakable ones.
Dining
Inside the large dining talbe is large enough to seat 12 people to enjoy meals together, additionally you can gather at the large kitchen island, seating up to 8, or dine alfresco at the lovely round dining table.
Bedrooms
Bedrooms are very comfortable with luxury linens, new comfortable matresses and pillows, all with hypo-allergenic protective covers! Smart TV to enable streaming or watch the many channels included with our ROKU links.
On the ground floor is the Tropical styled Master King room with view to the pool. There is a large walk in closset and spacious ensuite with private toilet, separate shower and soaker tub
Upstairs, two further King rooms, ensuite with shower over tub The first is a fresh tropical inspired 2nd Master King room with front and side facing windows to enjoy the morning sun, large walk in closset and ensuite bathroom. The second is a King bedroom with ensuite, with sea/coral decor and soft teal green accents -this room enjoys views to the rear looking over the conservation.
Next for the young, or young at heart are the 2 rooms with 2 x twin beds, these rooms share the family bathroom (tub with shower over) The Harry Potter Room is sure to be a great hit with guests of any age, and the seashore/ocean themed room is super cosy, both these rooms can be converted from twins to a king bed if required.
The 6th Bedroom with large window facing the front of our home, has its own ensuite, and styled in a relaxing Barn wood farmhouse style, this room is also flexible as it can be set as a King Bed or 2 x XL Twin beds, to give extra flexibility for the requirement of our guests.
Bathrooms
The ground floor master bathroom has soaker tub, walk in shower and separate toilet. All 3 other ensuites and the family bathroom have Shower over Bath, with Glass shower screens All showers are upgraded with shower head and a hand held shower.
There is a convenient half bath on the ground floor.
Games Room
If you are looking for further indoor entertainment, all TV’s are Smart, allowing you to stream from your own device, link to your favourite apps or play games. Then there is the game room – air conditioned for comfort – with pool table, foosball, air hockey, poker table and TV this room will be a great hit with everyone
Pool
Your newly refurbished large pool with spa enjoys views of the pool and conservation The pool can be heated in the cooler months or the spa only at warmer times (additional charge applies)
All doors to the pool are alarmed and there is a pool fence which can be put up for you arrival if required.
Outside
Situated on the edge of this lovely community and enjoying private south-west facing views over water and conservation, our home offers a private oasis to relax when not seeing the sights of the area. The large pool has an inground spa both with handrails for easy access. The colour changing pool lights create a wonderful atmosphere when the night draws in.
Featuring a very comfortable outdoor seating area to enjoy the view, or watch the outdoor TV, you can enjoy daining alfresco, cooking up a steak or two on the large Gas BBQ (included in your rate). If it gets too warm the ceiling fans, with lights for evenings, will keep you cool
We have plenty of loungers for sunworshipers, or you can sit in the pool in the in pool seating if you need to cool down or relax under the lanai. We have recently added hedging down each side of the pool cage area for additional privacy.

Free Fast secure fibre Wifi is available thoughout our home. some rooms also have usb chargers installed on lamps or bedside nighstands.

You can access our home, over one step threshold and whilst not disability configured you can access all the living areas and the pool and masterbathroom.

We have a selection of luxury Emerald Island villas from 4 to 8 bedrooms. The Emerald Island Resort is a secure gated community with a manned 24/7 entrance. Located in Kissimmee just off HWY 192 the Emerald Island Resort is an ideal base to explore all the Disney / Orlando theme parks and attractions. It has a large clubhouse with communal pool and clubhouse facilities. These clubhouse facilities are free to use for all onsite guests.
Restaurants near the Emerald Island Resort
All our Emerald Island villas are ideally located close to lots of restaurants, shops. As well as being within 20 minutes of all the Orlando theme parks including Universal Studios. Within 5 minutes drive you have access to over 50 different restaurants from TGI's Fridays, Bahama Breeze, Longhorn Steakhouse, Applebee's, Millers Ale House, Logan's Roadhouse, Bonefish Grill, Red Lobster a number of pizza parlours, there are also the usual fast food restaurants like McDonalds, Burger King and Taco Bell.
We have put together a list of over 50 restuarants along HWY192 in Kissimmee. All of these restaurants are just a few minutues from the Emerald Island Resort. With this much choice you will be able to eat somewhere different every night even if you are staying in Orlando for over a month!
Shopping Malls near the Emerald Island Resort
If shopping is your thing then whilst staying at one of our luxury vacation rentals and villas on Emerald Island Resort why not visit one of the nearby malls. Three of the best that we visit on a regular basis are the Florida Mall which has all the big department stores (Macy's, Dillards, JC Penny, Nordstorm) and some great sales at certain times of the year.
Next is the Orlando Premium Outlets where everything is on sale all the time and you can get some amazing bargains but don't end up buying clothes just because they seem like a steal. Lastly is The Mall at Millenia which has all the high end brands like Tiffany & Co, Apple, Breitling, Coach, Rolex, Burberry, Cartier and many more so if you are looking to spend some serious money this is the place for you.
The Mall at Millennia also has some of the best restaurants in Orlando like The Cheesecake Factory, PF Chang's and Brio Tuscan Grille so why head there for an early dinner and late night shopping.

Vaca 2023
Home was roomy and decorated nicely. Beds are firm, most of us minded the firmness.
Pool was a nice bonus for after the hot days at the parks. Neighborhood was quiet, clean, appealing and was in a safe location. Location was good, short drive to everything.
Hosts were pleasant to work with.

Fabulous holiday home
We spent January & February in this Villa. It is exceptional! Decor is stunning, all furniture & beds are extremely comfortable. Pool & lanai is fabulous- sun all day, loungers, furniture & tv brilliant. Home is well equipped too with everything you could possibly need!!
We’ve booked for 3 months next year !!

Beautiful home / Great trip
The home was beautifully appointed and well taken care of. The communication with the owner was clear and concise. The house was situated in the heart of the Disney theme parks. We enjoyed all the house had to offer - pool, hot tub, and game room. The kitchen was well stocked and provided everything (and more) than we thought of! The bedrooms were comfortable and provided all the comforts of home.
Would highly recommend this house and would definitely stay here again!

Emerald Oasis at Emerald Island
Visited Florida 12 times in the last 20 years and have always stayed at a villa. Can honestly say that this villa exceeded expectations and is the best we have stayed at.
Pat was easy to deal with and very prompt with replies and queries. The info provided made getting their very easy.
Villa itself was excellent and really felt like home. Masses of space and a pool area that is head and shoulders above anywhere else we have stayed.
Location is also genuinely minutes from Disney.
Will definitely look to go back on our next visit.
Highly recommended (and we're fussy).

Emerald Isle Villa

It has been recently updated and this is evident throughout with upscale furniture both inside and out and included a full alarm system.We requested pool and spa heat and have never had an in ground spa that actually feels like a stand alone hot tub until know, put the timer on, wait 15 minutes (always took a quick dip in the pool first) and it was fabulously hot. The resort itself was so close to Disneyworld we only needed to fill the car we hired as we were on the way back to the airport! The resort was beautifully maintained and gated for security with the team members very helpful. The communication with the owners was brilliant from start to finish , we will definitely book again. Thank you for helping make such a memorable holiday.

Emerald Island Oasis
The Villa really is in the ideal location for the 192 and all it offers and is very convenient for Disney.
The Villa was extremely well equipped, the beds super comfortable and very clean.
My personal highlight was the pool, a calm oasis on a hectic family holiday! Would highly recommend.

fabulous amazing home
This is the third different house we've stayed in while holidaying in Florida and it is by far the best, a fabulously beautiful and spotlessly clean home.
From the moment we booked it, the whole process was seamless. As a self confessed pessimist I wondered was it too good to be true but I can honestly say that it exceeded all our expectations.
The home is modern and spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated and is supplied with everything you might need. The pictures on the website don't do it justice.
The gated community is also maintained to the highest standard and the location is brilliant. It's less that a 10 minute drive to Walmart and the main restaurant area in Kissimmee, Disney is about 20 minutes in traffic and Universal is about 30 minutes.
We even got a call from the management company on the 3rd day to ask if everything was ok.
Without doubt this is a fabulously amazing home and I'd have no hesitation recommending it to everyone and anyone.

Fantastic villa and holiday home
We spent 5 weeks staying in this Emerald Island home and it was fantastic. Furniture inside and out was if the highest quality and extremely comfortable. Kitchen equipment was plentiful and lots of additional touches like tea, coffee, sugar etc. Excellent privacy for multiple families living together!! We are returning later this year for 9 weeks! Cannot recommend highly enough!!

Perfect Vacation Getaway
We were blessed with beautiful Florida weather and a spectacular house to enjoy during our vacation. The spacious house was meticulously clean and ready for guests. Everything we needed or would need was there for us. The pool was invitingly warm along with the hot tub that we relaxed in. We especially enjoyed spending time outside under the Lanai. It was the perfect spot for dining and visiting with friends who also loved our vacation home rental!
We would highly recommend this home!
