Emerald Island Retreat | 4 Bedroom 3 Bath Villa

Lovely Villa in a nice safe gated resort . Location is great for visiting parks with a huge Walmart just down the road. It was a home away from home . Hope to visit again in the near future.

We had a lovely stay at Michael and Susan’s Villa. Excellent communication with Michael from the beginning. Emerald island felt very safe and secure and is central to everything. We really enjoyed our stay and would most definitely love to return one day.

Just returned from a fantastic 2 weeks stay in Michael' and Susan's villa. The villa is beautiful very clean and is well equipped with everything you need for your stay. The games room is fab and the pool is a great size for relaxing in after those long days in the parks. The villa is in a very central location and is within close proximity to all parks. Michael is a great host with great communication leading up to your holiday. If your looking for somewhere to stay for your Florida holiday this is the place to be

Just returned from a 2 week stay n Florida and I would like to say a massive thank you to Michael and Susan for sharing their holiday home with us. My self and my family loved everything about their villa. The onsite assistance was friendly and helpful. We had the fire alarm bleep one morning like it was running out of battery, we contacted their management team and they were so responsive and sorted this out quickly. The pool carer was friendly and always let us know when he placed chemicals in the pool to stay clear from it for a couple of hours to be safe. Out of the villas we previously rented this one by far has been the best, the communication from Michael his team and the up keep of the property is outstanding, we will be definitely booking this again.

Michael & Susan's Villa is the perfect vacation home for anyone thinking of spending a holiday in Orlando Kissimmee area, especially close to Disney, Animal Kingdom in 10 min's Michael is very professional when it comes to all communication & returns correspondence promptly which was a big plus point with regards to planning our stay, the Villa was excellent throughout everything you could ever wish for to have a great stay, We as a family have been coming back to Florida for over the past twenty years & I can reassure you, you wont find a better secure gated community area than Emerald Island Retreat, our two week stay in this Villa was perfect, the family loved every bit of this property.

Felt positive from the first email from Michael, he was on the ball. Had a great 2 week stay in Villa 1, secure gated community in a quiet area. Villa was home from home with high speed WiFi and the games room was a treat and the pool was a great way to end the day. Great location for Disney Parks just 7 miles away and straight on the I4 for Universal. Would recommend to anyone looking.

Just got back from a fantastic holiday in Orlando, where we stayed once again (4th time) at Michael and Susan's Villa One. The Villa was immaculately clean and had everything you needed after a long day at the Parks - lovely swimming pool and games room helped to relax and wind down after being in the "Disney Bubble". A home from home - back soon in the near future - would highly recommend to families!
