This vacation town home has been fully renovated in July 2023 and is located in the wonderful gated Resort of Emerald Island, Kissimmee.
The vacation home has a family room with a 60 Flat Screen TV and new tiles and furniture There are large sliding patio doors leading out onto the patio area with view of the trees .The kitchen with extended counter tops is fully equipped.
The master bedroom with wood floor is spacious with a King size bed and equipped with Flat Screen TV with completely renovated en-suite bathroom and balcony. The second bedroom is furnished with a Queen bed with flat screen TV. The third bedroom is furnished with bunk beds with flat screen TV.
The second renovated bathroom is situated between the second & third bedroom.

This property is situated within a wonderful gated community with a grand entrance which has two resort style swimming pools, jacuzzi and play areas. Concierge service and free coffee/tea all day at the Clubhouse.
All linens and towels are provided, as is patio furniture. All vacation homes are fully air conditioned and includes a washer, dryer, iron, ironing board, fully equipped kitchen and telephone with free local calls.

We have a selection of luxury Emerald Island villas from 4 to 8 bedrooms. The Emerald Island Resort is a secure gated community with a manned 24/7 entrance. Located in Kissimmee just off HWY 192 the Emerald Island Resort is an ideal base to explore all the Disney / Orlando theme parks and attractions. It has a large clubhouse with communal pool and clubhouse facilities. These clubhouse facilities are free to use for all onsite guests.
Restaurants near the Emerald Island Resort
All our Emerald Island villas are ideally located close to lots of restaurants, shops. As well as being within 20 minutes of all the Orlando theme parks including Universal Studios. Within 5 minutes drive you have access to over 50 different restaurants from TGI's Fridays, Bahama Breeze, Longhorn Steakhouse, Applebee's, Millers Ale House, Logan's Roadhouse, Bonefish Grill, Red Lobster a number of pizza parlours, there are also the usual fast food restaurants like McDonalds, Burger King and Taco Bell.
We have put together a list of over 50 restuarants along HWY192 in Kissimmee. All of these restaurants are just a few minutues from the Emerald Island Resort. With this much choice you will be able to eat somewhere different every night even if you are staying in Orlando for over a month!
Shopping Malls near the Emerald Island Resort
If shopping is your thing then whilst staying at one of our luxury vacation rentals and villas on Emerald Island Resort why not visit one of the nearby malls. Three of the best that we visit on a regular basis are the Florida Mall which has all the big department stores (Macy's, Dillards, JC Penny, Nordstorm) and some great sales at certain times of the year.
Next is the Orlando Premium Outlets where everything is on sale all the time and you can get some amazing bargains but don't end up buying clothes just because they seem like a steal. Lastly is The Mall at Millenia which has all the high end brands like Tiffany & Co, Apple, Breitling, Coach, Rolex, Burberry, Cartier and many more so if you are looking to spend some serious money this is the place for you.
The Mall at Millennia also has some of the best restaurants in Orlando like The Cheesecake Factory, PF Chang's and Brio Tuscan Grille so why head there for an early dinner and late night shopping.

A Perfect Stay Near Disney!
I recently had the pleasure of staying at this home, and I can't say enough good things about it. From start to finish, the experience was absolutely wonderful.
First of all, the location was perfect - close to the Disney Parks and shops. The property itself was nicely decorated, spotlessly clean, and had everything we needed. We loved going for walks around Emerald Island in the evening and made good use of the basketball court.
What truly set this vacation home apart was the owner, Nita. She was so nice, and from start to finish, she answered every question promptly. It was clear that she truly cared about making our stay as enjoyable as possible.
I would highly recommend this home to anyone, and I can't wait to return!

Super stay at Crystal cove loop
My self and 2 daughters had a blast at this property. It is modern and has everything that we needed on this vacation. It's very accessible to get to all destinations as your not far from everything eg. all disney parks, universal, all shopping malls.
The local pool is like 2 minute walk from house and everything is gated and safe. As a single mother with 2 daughters I felt safe in this complex and in the town house, also everyone was friendly.
It was comfortable, clean and modern. Would highly recommend ??.

Great stay at Crystal Cove Loop
Just back in UK after 18 nights at 8449 Crystal Cove Loop.
Really great location, Disney on the doorstep (you are on property in literally 5 minutes) and a couple of minutes to the 192 here you will find an abundance of places to eat, drink and shop.
The accommodation was perfect for our family of four adults.
Everything you would need for a stay and spacious and comfortable.
The small pool and jacuzzi is literally across the road and a two minute walk. really nice and relaxing. Parking right outside the home.
A fantastic, homely and comfortable base for our holiday and great value. Francis very good at answering emails and kept in contact both in the run up and during our stay. No hesitation in recommending and we will definitely be coming back on our next trip.

Home from home
We have stayed here twice. Been coming to Orlando every year for 9 years , love it. The villa is a terraced house perfect for the 4 of us. There is parking right outside, emerald island is very convenient for Disney, literally 5 mins to the nearest park which is Animsl Kingdom. Francis has always responded and been very accommodating. Villa has everything you need, gated community, shared pool which is usually v quiet. You do have to go and get a pass from the club house which now costs $10 but it has basketball courts another pool and a gym. Great value for money - I would def recommend, thanks again Francis xx

We arrived at 8449 crystal cove loop which is in a lovely gated community in Kissimmee,emararld island.
The townhouse we stayed in was very roomy,well equipped and met a very high standard for value for money.
Francis the owner was extremely helpful and polite and replied very quickly to emails.
Really close and easy access for Disney,universal,seaworld,shopping,restaurants and supermarkets.
We would highly recommend this townhouse to friends and family.

Great place to stay
Really close to Disney and the I4 and the Formosa Gardens area, lots of restaurants and supermarkets for groceries etc. Home is located a minutes walk away from the pool area and tennis courts. Plenty of room for a family in the home, tv's in all of the rooms with plenty of channels if you're having a rest from the parks or the sun.
The kitchen is well equipped with everything you should need.
Francis was excellent to deal with and will get back to you straight away should you have any questions or queries.

Great holiday home
This town house was exactly what we wanted, clean comfy, perfect for a family.Close to Disney parks ,shops and restaurants, but far enough away to be relaxing after a busy day at the parks.Owners very helpful with our endless questions. Very good rates,Would recommened this town house.

Excellent Vacation
I rented this unit for Feb. and Mar. 2015. I was very pleased with the cleanliness and condition of the unit. The furniture has been upgraded as well as plenty of kitchen supplies. The location is close to Disney and many dining establishments within three miles. From my first contact with the owner any questions or concerns were dealt with very promptly. I will return here again and would recommend anyone wanting a nice location and unit to stay here.
