Welcome to our beautiful and well equipped home which has everything you need for a stress free vacation. Whether you choose to visit the theme parks, enjoy the nightlife, take a drive to the coast, eat out at the hundreds of nearby restaurants or simply relax by our full size pool, this is the perfect choice for your family holiday. Our fully air conditioned home, with free WiFi, can sleep 8 comfortably and with a double sized sofa bed in the lounge we can accommodate up to 10 guests. We also have a travel cot/pack n play for baby. Encantada is a private gated resort with many outstanding facilities just a 10 minute drive from Walt Disney World.

Encantada Resort in Kissimmee, Florida offers luxury vacation 3 and 4 bedroom townhomes with private pools. Designed in a mediterranean architectural style set in tropical landscape surroundings.
Encantada Resort is within 15 minutes of Walt Disney World Orlando and just half a mile from the 192 HWY in Kissimee.
This location provides superb access to local amenities and major restaurants, recreational activities and the large attractions in Orlando.
Encantada Resort Florida
The well-appointed 9,000 sq ft resort Clubhouse exclusive to guests features a cocktail lounge, gym, arcade/games room and internet cafe. Outside visitors can enjoy the 2 large communal pools including one designed for younger children and the children's play area. This peaceful gated community boasts a picturesque lake setting and fishing (catch and release only) is permitted.
For golf enthusiasts, there are numerous golf courses for every ability within a 2 mile radius, including Orange Lake, The Reserve and Legends Walk.

Rental rates additional information
All prices are inclusive of local taxes.
Please inquire with owner for nightly rates for stays of less than 7 days.
NO resort fee!
£120 cleaning fee will be added to all bookings.
Pool heat can be added for an additional £25 per night.
Refundable damage deposit - £150 (due with final payment and returned on departure once the house has been checked and cleaned).
To book: 25% NON refundable deposit with balance due 4 weeks prior to arrival.
Payment can be made via bank transfer or PayPal (3% surcharge)

Orlando Trip
Lovely house with pool. Great location for easy access to the theme parks. Good comfortable accommodations with all the facilities you could require. Easily would sleep large family groups with room to spare??
I would come back again next time visiting the Orlando area.

Beautiful home…perfect location
A very spacious, clean, comfortable townhouse, in a perfect location…both the resort and Kissimmee. Far enough from city, yet close enough to the parks, entertainment, many restaurants, etc. The location of the townhouse in Encantada is perfect….besides your own private, well maintained full size pool, you can easily walk to the resort pools, and resort amenities, and we found the resort very clean and well maintained.
It is a home away from home, have stayed here a few times, and would definitely stay again.
Rhona is the perfect host, always available when you might need her, wonderful to work with. She has a great property management team who are so respectful and available to your needs if needed.

Great townhouse in a fab location
Just back from a 17 night stay in this townhouse and we really enjoyed the amenities and location.
The pool area was sunny and we enjoyed spending time there most days. Communication from Rhona was excellent and we will be booking to book again at some point in the future.
