Belgravia Villa | 4 Bedroom 2 ½ Bath Orlando Villa on Four Corners

The house is spacious and clean. I enjoyed having a large table in the kitchen for family meals and comfortable seating in the family room. The beds were also comfortable and there were 3 bathrooms which is nice for a big family. The pool area and fenced in backyard are also nice. Steve and Wendy were great people to communicate with, we had a digital information pack that we downloaded to our phones that all the information on how to get to the villa etc. love the outside patio area were we bbq which was supplied. we loved our stay and the villa is just fantastic we hope to return next year. thank you

Excellent first class service from owners, support from start to finish including help with hire car, information regarding what to expect when we get there, local information. App included all the information we needed for the property and was an excellent touch. As a result we had no trouble finding the property or using the facilities once we arrived. Property inside and out is maintained to the highest of standards. Beautifully kept pool and garden area for relaxing. Inside air conditioning and very comfortable furniture. Ensuite bathroom was a blessing and massive walk in wardrobe/dressing area. Sheets/linen were comfortable clean and well presented. Travel to the Disney parks was easy once I stuck to the cheap toll roads, Around 20/30 minutes. Overall the family had an amazing time holiday of a lifetime and was made possible by the accommodation being perfect. Deposit for the property was returned swiftly on arrival back to UK. Having been lucky enough to holiday in Florida for almost 30 years, I can honestly say this was one of the best homes I’ve stayed in. Spacious, clean, very safe area, pool and garden which gets the sun all day and close to everything you’ll need. Steve and Wendy were great hosts, very accommodating and really easy to deal with. I hope I’ll get to return here again and I cannot recommend it highly enough.

Steve is a great host, very attentive and nothing is too much trouble. Full info pack sent out to us prior to travelling, the villa is superb very comfortable and in a great location whether you want to golf or go to the theme parks. Large pool and deck are great, with a bit of welcome shade in the afternooons. There are lots of extras at this Villa ie: Gas BBQ, games room, DVDs, games and books. Will definitely be staying again.

The owner made me feel like I was his niece and that meant the world. I felt like I was at my aunt and uncle house. the house was just excellent and I love it. we tried to stay an extra night but the house was booked. we love the new outside patio area that has just been built.

We stayed here in February. Travelling as a family of 5. We enjoyed our stay in the villa. An Information pack was provided well ahead of our stay, and the villa was clean upon arrival. Kitchen was well stocked with all the things you need. Comfortable beds. The White sofa in the living room was very nice!! Pool was clean and large enough to swim. Photos are accurate to the villa. Not to far from Disney (25mins) - overall good value for money. Hope to be back soon

Home away from home. The house was welcoming and had all the amenities we wished for. Our main focus was relaxing by the pool which didn't disappoint. Everything was clean, and when we did have an issue with the hot tub the management team arrived within a couple hours to take care of it. We could not hear the traffic from the villa which was great, the pool fountains was great and the different coloured lights that are on the pool at night. We would 100% recommend this property for a family vacation, and hope to be back next year.

I’ve stayed at private homes in central Florida 6 or 7 times over the years and this was by far the nicest home we’ve rented. The furnishings and grounds are impeccable and spotless doesn’t even cover how clean the home is. (Wish I could take their housekeeping crew back to Chicago with me!) Communication with both owner and property management was easy and fast. The location in Davenport is a bit of a drive from the parks but this was mostly a working trip for me so it wasn’t a daily issue - honestly I think you get much higher quality accommodations as you get further from the chaos of Disney, anyway. The neighborhood is nice it was quiet and safe. Highly recommend and hope Steven will consider hosting us again sometime!

We enjoyed our time at this property. The listing was as described. I like that it had a game room and pool to keep the kids busy on the days that we didn’t get out as much. All of the rooms were clean and spacious. The kitchen has all you need to cook with. Overall we were happy with our stay. I just wish it didnt go by so quickly.

Would highly recommend this home to anyone of any age bracket. The home owner was very quick to respond to any question we had even though he is half way around the globe. The property manager went above and beyond in efforts to help me locate my personal tablet in hopes to get it back to me. Luckily they had security cameras to help solve the mystery of me thinking I left it behind! ( I apparently put it on the roof of the vehicle and drove off with it still up there). But I cannot express enough how willing the property manager was to not once, but twice return to the home in an effort to help me find my tablet. Very professional and made me feel as if he did everything he could possibly do to help. Aside from my own misfortune by leaving my tablet on the roof, the home was very spacious, clean, and ready to accept my family with everything we needed to enjoy our family vacation. Steven, Colin, and even the cleaners were exceptionally friendly and professional in every way. Our family will definitely look forward to staying here again in the future.

We always read reviews when deciding which property to book. So we hope that our review will help future guests as well. Overall, we highly recommend Steven and Wendy’s home to anyone. Cleanliness: clean home and comfortable beds. Location: close to major theme parks and attraction. Publix and many restaurants are minutes away from the house. Costco and Sam’s clubs are about 40 mins away. Kitchen: well-stocked with everything we needed. Keurig machine and kettle are provided. Security: security alarm system with code in place. Pool: clean with child proof safety net. Pool heating option is available for additional fees. Miscellaneous: plenty of bath towels and pool towels, TVs in every room, DVDs, and a baby gate and a toy for little ones (which we thought was very thoughtful.) Our family had a wonderful time. Thank you Steven and Wendy for sharing your vacation home with us.

We had such a great time! steven was very responsive and helpful throughout the process and even called to check in and make sure things were going well! I made a mistake with my dates when I booked the property and he was so nice and worked with me to accommodate my mistake. Everything was clean and tidy, the pool was a perfect temp and our 7 month old, 10 and 13 year olds all loved the stay! We actually got engaged there so the stay was even more special for us. We had an issue with security codes but steven and the property manager were both helpful and we were able to get in and out everyday and that’s what mattered most! We had such an amazing time and will definitely be back when we can!

Our vacation at the villa was a nice relaxing week of enjoyment, with 90 degree weather as a pleasant contrast to our typical Michigan March weather. The property was as described, and Steven was an exceptional owner, being very responsive and courteous when we had questions. Our favourite feature, of course, was the pool/hot tub. Super clean! Comfy beds and great showers. Pool safety in place for those with young kids. Always felt safe and secure. Pool heat was worth it. Pool and hot tub were great just wish we had spent more time at the house using them. We had 5 teens with us and they had plenty of room to relax. We would rent this home again without hesitation if we return to Orlando.

Lovely Villa! Left on Apr 28, 2018 for a stay in Mar 2018 We have just returned from 3 weeks at this is a lovely villa and I can safely say that this is a villa that is very well looked after by it's owners Steve & Wendy and not simply a rental property. All of the furniture in the house is clearly high quality, very comfortable and in very good condition. The grounds and pool are also well maintained and the Spa was great, and very warm :-) As with all Villas in Orlando, you will need a car to get around, but i found that location of the villa was excellent, with very easy access to the 192 and I-4, so quick and easy access to lots of restaurants, supermarkets and all of the parks, which was perfect for us as we spent a lot of time at Busch Gardens. The villa itself is very spacious, with more than enough room for a couple of families to share, and had pretty much everything you could ever need. Steve also kept us up to date with everything, and was very quick to answer any questions we had, which was greatly appreciated.

We have just returned from our stay at the Belgravia Villa and it was perfect!! Even before we got there the communications from Steven, the owner, were brilliant and explained every detail. We have been staying in villas in Florida for the past 10 years and like to visit different areas around the attractions and must say this is by far one of our favourites due to the fantastic location (just off US 27) which is only a short journey to Disney and obviously the villa itself. The pictures of the villa do not do it justice as it is fantastic with everything you could possibly require ( and more) during your stay. The pool and jacuzzi were secluded and the perimeter fence provided excellent privacy from others. Additionally even though there were only 2 of us staying in this huge villa we appreciated the security features (and I especially loved the alarm system that could be operated whilst in the villa). We shall definitely be coming back to this villa when we inevetably return to Orlando and cannot recommend this highly enough.

Just returned from a 17 night stay here and could not fault the villa itself or the whole service given by the villa owner Steve. A great info pack contained everything we needed to know and the villa itself was perfect. As others have said the photos do not reflect how great the place is. The location is quiet, private and not overlooked, not too far from the main parks and has everything you can think of. Great to have the security of the alarm system whilst you are away from the home. As a family of 6 we would not hesitate to return and would highly recommend this property.

Belgravia Villa was a fantastic home for our young family to stay for the duration of our 2 week holiday. The photos don't do the villa justice as it's much bigger in person. All areas of the villa were spotlessly clean and in great condition throughout. The hardest thing was dragging my kids out of the pool every day they loved it so much. I would strongly recommend this property and Steve was a great guy to deal with and so helpful. First Class! We would definitely stay at the Belgravia Villa in the future. Property was well maintained and communication was awesome. If we had any questions Steven was very quick to respond. The pool area was nice to relax and cool off after a long day. It was very nice for us as we enjoyed being a hour away from different beaches as well as 20 minutes from universal or Disney. My family was very impressed at our entire experience! The ease of the rental, the great communication with the property owner, the spacious living arrangements, the cleanliness of the entire property, and the wonderful pool! It was very impressive how every necessity was provided for us, from towels to video games. Everyday we discovered more and more! This made for a stress free vacation, the twin toddlers! We plan on returning in September. The selling point is the privacy fence which not only allowed for privacy but allowed my children outdoor playing. The first night I emailed the owner because I had a question about the pool, he responded quickly and answered all questions! The second night, my father arrived late and accidentally set alarm off, the process was handled quickly and very easily. I can not say enough about the overall experience and how fabulous it was! From the minute you arrive on the driveway you know the villa will be just spot on. The large living area equipped with entertainment centre, games room, great pool & spa along with 4 good size bedrooms allowed us to enjoy it without getting under each other's feet. Situated perfectly for all parks and golf courses, the villa was ideal - many restaurants close by too. To top it all off, Steve even supplied a welcome pack with items such as tea, coffee, cereal etc for our arrival which was a lovely touch. Thanks again and we will be back and recommend.

We have just enjoyed a fabulous week in Belgravia Villa which is a gorgeous well maintained villa in Florida. It has everything you need with a well equipped kitchen, a relaxing lounge and 4 comfortable bedrooms - plenty of space to get away from each other if needed. My sons enjoyed the games room in the garage but their favourite part was the pool which was lovely and very private due to the fencing. There are plenty of shops and restaurants close to the villa and it was only a short drive to Disney. The owner is very knowledgeable and gave great customer service and was only a phone call away if needed. Would love to go back there and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this villa to anyone. This villa is located near to attractions, has a supermarket close by & places to eat & is equipped so that you can eat in if you want. Nice touches like towel art on the beds. Pool area is lovely & games room great for the boys. We have stayed there twice & would recommend to friends & family. Quiet estate & very private garden.
