Overview
Spacious 5 bedroom, air conditioned, Villa on a gated community with two king bed master suites, the second master is a bonus room on its own and located on the second floor.
South facing private pool with an integrated spa in a private fenced garden with woodland views. An over-sized deck with a large covered lanai.
The villa is located just 3 miles from all the new bars and restaurants that the Championsgate area has to offer and minutes from Interstate 4 that takes you to all the attractions.

Animal Kingdom 13 miles.

Facilities
Bathroom towels and pool towels are provided. This is a self catering villa and we supply a small 'starter' of toilet tissue and bin bags to get you through the first night. There is a large washing machine, detergent is NOT supplied, large dryer, iron and ironing board to anable you to always have freshly laundered towels and for your personal clothes.
Living
The living room looks out onto the pool area and has a sectional couch, coffee table, TV sitting on a TV stand with cable TV, ceiling fan, arm chair, a seperate small table and two chairs.
There is a seperate sitting room with two couches and two chairs adjacent to the dinning room.
Kitchen
The kitchen is open plan with the living room and has all the appliances and kitchen utensils needed for a self catering family holiday. There is a large selection of crockery and cutlery. There is a countertop bar with four high stalls and a breakfast dining table with four chairs.
Dining
The dinning room is seperate from the kitchen and has a large table with 6 chairs.
Bedrooms
Bedroom 1
Spacious ground floor master suite with American king sized bed with en-suite bathroom and patio door leading to the pool. There is a ceiling fan and wall mounted TV with ROKU box.
Bedroom 2
Spacious, second floor, second master suite with American king sized bed and en-suite bathroom. There is a ceiling fan and wall mounted TV with ROKU box.
Bedrrom 3
American queen sized bed with ceiling fan, wall mounted TV with ROKU box.
Bedroom 4 and 5
Two twin/single beds in each and each have ceiling fans and wall mounted TV's with ROKU boxes.
Bathrooms
Master bathroom en-suite has a seperate soaking bathtub, two sinks and a walk in shower and is on the ground floor.
Send master bathroom en-suite has a bathtub shower combination, one sink and is located on the second floor.
The third bathroom is a ground floor shared bathroom and has access to the pool area, It has a bathtub shower combination and one sink.
Pool
Large south facing private pool with an intergrated spa. The pool deck is over-sized and has a large covered lania. There is a large table under the lania with 6 chairs and enough loungers and chairs for all occupants.
The pool and spa can be heated for an additional fee,
Outside
The garden is fenced and located on an over-sized lot. The view is one of the best on the community as the house is over looking woodlands.
Garage
The garage has a basic pool table and a couch.

Baby Equipment
Highchair and a pack and play portable crib. Sheets for the pack and play are not provided due to possible baby allergies.

Grand Reserve Orlando villas to rent. Grand Reserve is a gated community of luxury Orlando villas located just off HWY54 in Davenport. Grand Reserve is only 10-15 minutes from the main gate at Disney World and is perfect place for your dream holiday. Rental rates additional information
Rates are in US dollars and include 12% state and county taxes but can be adjusted to sterling on request using the Google rate advertised on the day that the booking is confirmed.
A 10% non refundable deposit will be required at time of booking. The balance will be due 8 weeks before the booking arrival date and at that time will be non refundable. We strongly suggest you purchase travel insurance to cover you in the event that you can not travel.
Any booking over the Christmas and New Year’s period must be at least 10 nights and cover both Christmas Day and New Year’s Day.
Payment will need to be transferred to our account. Card accounts such as Monzo or Revolut are perfect and offer low wire transfer fees and an excellent conversion rate and will also benefit you when you travel overseas. We can also request Payment using PayPal and in all transfers you will be responsible for any bank fees incurred.
Pool and spa heat is available at $200 per week.
