The villa is continuously being upgraded and freshened up to keep a very high standard to give you a true luxury holiday.

Two large living areas, ideal for large groups with different ages.
One room in front of the house, next to the formal dining room, ideal for relaxing after a large meal.
The other room is open plan to the kitchen and has access to the pool area, ideal for entertaining while cooking and keeping an eye on the kids in the pool.
50" smart TV, with AppleTV, bluetooth soundbar and DVD. Perfect for pairing with iPad/iPhone, mp3 Players etc.

Large kitchen, renovated summer 2018, well equipped with Microwave, Dishwasher, etc. New hob/oven, dishwasher, microwave and fridge/freezer
Kitchen also has a breakfast bar and an additional table.
Dining
The villa has several options for dining.
Grab a quick bite on the kitchen breakfast bar, or sit down on the table in the kitchen for a cooked breakfast.
Have a formal dinner in the dining room, or my favorite, al fresco in the pool area, under the large lanai keeping you out of the sun, or even the rain should a shower pass by.

Large lanai with two fans that will fit the whole family, ideal for dining or just cooling off in the shade. Removable safety barrier to stop small kids getting to pool unattended.

GRAND RESERVE
Bit late in giving a review sorry. Stayed in Sept/to end of October 2024.
Love Grand Reserve, gated community, nice and quite and safe. The villa was well presented, well equipped, and very comfortable.
Supermarket Publix's just half a mile down the road. Convenient for for the Disney Parks, Universal, Sea World and Discovery Cove half hour drive away. Would we return Yes we would

WONDERFUL STAY
We rented the house for a 42 nights stay February- March 2024. The information provided on the website was accurate. The house is located in Loughman area close to Disney parks (25-30 minutes) in a resort. It makes it much more calm and relaxing. Neighbourhood is very quiet. Backyard of the house is pretty private (we do not see any other pool around). Kitchen is well furnished and easy to use. Beautiful leaving room and diner room. Bedrooms are confortable and large enough. While being there we asked the owners to help us with some issues and they provided with good and fast services. Overall we had a wonderful stay.

Perfect for us.
We’ve been going to Florida since 2000 and this villa is high on our list of favourites. The layout was perfect for us. It is ideally situated for doing Disney and close to a Publix and Aldi. It is a small community set in woodland with friendly neighbours and plenty of wild life (never seen any gators!). The sun was on the pool all day with no trees or other obstructions (yet still private) and the pool temperature was ideal. We would definitely consider going back.
