Orange County Villa | 5 Bed 4 Bath Hampton Lakes Villa.

We had a lovely stay in this beautiful villa in November 2023. Jenny the host was extremely helpful and provided lots of useful information for us prior to our stay, nothing was too much trouble for her. The neighbourhood is quiet and feels very safe, we had no problems at all while we were here. The home is furnished to a high standard, excellent showers, comfortable beds and every thing is provided for an enjoyable stay. We were only a family of 3 but this home can accommodate a large family comfortably, plenty of towels and crockery are included. The pool is excellent for relaxing after a busy day in the parks and the games room is also well equipped. I would have no hesitation in recommending this villa, this was our third time in Florida and this accommodation was the best we have stayed in.

Spent 2 weeks including over new year in this fabulous villa. Whole family went to celebrate my 5oth birthday and it was so spacious for all 10 of us. Excellent pool and games room to keep kids and adults amused. Location is superb. 5 mins either direction to shops restaurants and getting to all the theme parks couldn't have been easier. Our host Jenny was so helpful and any questions we had before we travelled were quickly answered. Jenny helped us out with loads of ideas and suggestions to make our holiday even better. When we decide to go back to Orlando, we will definitely be booking this villa again.

We spent 3 weeks in July and August and we couldn’t have asked for a more pleasant experience. The pool and spa were fantastic and my kids enjoyed them immensely. The Home is large and very comfortable. We have Family in FL and had guests several times and there was plenty of room to accommodate. All the Disney and Universal parks are conveniently located and easy to get to. There are plenty of options for Restaurants and multiple shopping options like Publix, CVS Walgreens Starbucks WAWA and many others. The owner and property manager were both incredibly responsive and attentive to all our needs. I highly recommend this Home and will Hopefully be able to return soon.

Our family really enjoyed our stay. It was fully equipped with everything we needed and there was plenty for everyone to do when the weather was bad and we couldn’t go out. This home was perfect for our large blended family. Jenny, the owner, was very quick to respond to any questions and even went above and beyond to make sure her management company found a piece of jewelry that my wife had lost. The management company was able to find it! The set up of the home is great, and the pool/hot tub are amazing! You won’t be disappointed!

When we arrived at the house I was impressed with the cleanliness of the home. The house was stocked with plenty of towels and dishes/cookware. The pool was very nice and it was also heated, which was great since it was a little cool in FL. The pictures online doesn't do this home justice, very nice home in a nice neighborhood.

In the 10+ years we have been coming to this area, this is our favorite rental. House is exactly as presented with plenty of kitchenware and pool towels. We have stayed in rental homes in the Orlando area before and this is by far the best we've stayed in. Great value - very good price for the house. The owner is amazingly supportive. We are being extra careful with CoVid-19 because we have a high risk family member, but we wanted to have some kind of special family time. This house was perfect. We drove, so we didn't have to take on the risks associated with flying. And we got groceries delivered through Instacart and some meals from restaurants delivered through Door Dash. So we just stayed in the house. It was the best possible vacation you can have in a house! We used the private pool every day. My kids loved having a way to get out their energy and play. The pool is a great size for a family - plenty of room for us all to be in there together. There is a pretty big shallow end for my kid who isn't a great swimmer yet. And there's the "spa" with all the relaxing bubbles. There is a covered area with a lot of patio furniture that is perfect for us to hang out in if we don't actually want to be wet - it has plenty of shade and we can easily see what's going on in the pool. The owner has Disney Plus on the giant tv in the living room, so we took advantage of that and watched things we couldn't watch in our own house. There is a game room that is much better than the game rooms have been in other houses we've stayed in in this area. This house's game room is carpeted, has comfy couches, and a big tv. There's also a Playstation 4, and the owner went out of her way to make sure that there was a good assortment of games for us to play on that. I planned to do a lot of baking as a special way to pass the time in the house, and when I wrote to ask the owner if she had some of the kitchen equipment I'd need (to see if I should bring it down with us), she just decided to buy everything I had on my list and have it delivered to the house, so my kids had an extra treat of opening packages! That is really going above and beyond. This kitchen is extremely well-stocked. There is plenty for doing a lot of cooking, and now there are things like a big set of mixing bowls and baking sheets if you want to do baking. The house was very clean. It was more than spacious enough for kids, parents, and grandparents. My son especially loved the bunk beds. We HIGHLY recommend renting this house!

We have recently returned back from a two week stay at Jenny's Villa . Everything from booking to arriving was very easy Jenny was very helpful . We were a family of seven 5 adults and two children and there was plenty of room in the Villa . On arrival the Villa exactly like the pictures it was fantastic and very clean , It so well stocked with lots of extra things not listed . Think i saw a push chair and a wheel chair cupboard . Plenty of extra bedding and towels . The kids loved the games room and if im honest so did i . The pool area was great so much room and plenty of chairs and sun beds . We did go October and i would recommend the pool heat at this time of year . The area where the Villa is is very quiet and lovely . Thank you for making this booking so easy Jenny .

We had a great time! House was fully stocked with anything you might need! The amount of bath towels was impressive, usually you’re washing towels every day just to have enough. The house was very clean, pool was wonderful! We will definitely rent this property again the next time we are in Florida! Definitely 5 Stars!

We loved the property, we have stayed in several villas on Hampton Lakes before and have to say that this was the best !!! It is very central for shopping, parks and great restaurants. The villa owner rang us mid stay to see how we were enjoying it which I thought was a very nice touch. We would recommend this property to anyone, it had everything you could possibly need for a relaxing stay.

Jenny, the owner, made it so easy and gave us great communication. The home was everything we had hoped for and more! The villa is in a great location and quiet neighborhood. We stayed the last 2 weeks of September so our commute to Disney parks was relatively easy with the average commute being about 20 to 25 minutes. There are plenty of eateries and shopping close by, as well. The Villa was spotless when we arrived. The property manager had the lights on and the air conditioning on for our convenience. The home is stocked with all kinds of kitchen items that you may need, right down to a corkscrew! There are plenty of pool towels and bath towels. Beds were comfortable in our opinion. The air conditioning is preset and you can not change it. I was a little concerned with that since I am a woman of a certain age who gets hot easily. However, I was very comfortable and never felt overheated. The pool was very clean and maintained well. It also has a safety gate/fence for those with young children. We didn't have a need for it so we were able to roll it up and make use of the large sundeck area. The pool and game room were used pretty much daily. The game room includes a pool table, air hockey table, and PS4. In the game room there is a sitting area and a couple of fans, as well. When we first arrived we were unable to get the air hockey table to work. I hesitated to contact the owner over something so small but after thinking about it, I decided that I would mention it (mainly because if it were my home I'd want to know). Before I could contact her, she contacted me to verify everything was to our liking. She appreciated that I told her and had the property manager out to the home within an hour! It was simply a bad switch. He went out for the switch and came back a couple of hours later. He had it fixed in less than 10 minutes. My family loves air hockey so they were very appreciative. I can't tell you how much we enjoyed this vacation. We were not ready to go back home. Let's be honest, Disney is not exactly the most relaxing vacation. However, because we were staying at a home instead of a hotel it was more relaxing. There was more room for the 7 of us. The only other time that I can remember my family not wanting to go home from vacation is when we took a cruise to the Caribbean. We are already discussing booking this again next year. During the summer my family spent 3 lovely weeks at this villa. The facilities are outstanding with an amazing pool area and games room that we all enjoyed. The villa is very spacious and all the bedrooms are large and comfortable. I would highly recommend this property to families with children planning a holiday. We chose this villa because of the reviews and also the pictures on the site looked great. The booking process was seamless and the communication from Jenny was 1st class. She almost always replies immediately. Final instructions were spot on too. My family (2 adults and 2 teenage girls) arrived at the villa and were so impressed. Everything was so clean and tidy and it definitely lived up to the pictures on the website. There were so many extras in the villa - plenty of hair dryers, towels, beach towels etc. This villa really was a great base for our Florida holiday. On our chilled days the pool was perfect, having a larger than average lanai was great, giving a shaded area when needed too! Supermarket was a very short drive away and very easy access to the parks. I really don't have a bad thing to say about this villa, it was everything we wanted and more. I think we were lucky to have picked such a great place and we would not hesitate to book this for our next trip to Florida. Please pass on our thanks to the neighbour who kindly took the bins out for us! :)

My family had a fantastic holiday in Florida this year (June 2018) the villa itself is central to where you need to go, surrounded by the theme parks,restaurants and superstores. The villa itself has plenty of room so you can really relax and enjoy the fabulous swimming pool and jacuzzi, once your done with that if you wanted they’ve also got a games room witch has a pool table, ice ball game and a PlayStation. We have had the most wonderful holiday. The Villa was everything (and more) we hoped it would be - spacious, comfortable and clean. We loved the pool and the hot tub, particularly my 5 grandchildren who spent many a happy hour splashing about there and never wanted to come out!! After a busy day at the Disney parks it was so good to relax by the pool with a glass (or two) of fizz to round off the day. We have been holidaying in Florida for approximately 10 years and we have stayed in many different villas in davenport, many have been very good but our stay at Jenny and John’s home at Hampton Lakes stands out head and shoulders above them all. We have just returned from our stay there and we were so impressed. The house it’s self is very spacious, very clean and very well maintained, beautifully decorated and obviously loved by Jenny, John and their family. Everything that you would need to make your stay comfortable has been thought of in this villa, right down to an information folder with recommendations on places to go, theme park maps and information about nearby restaurants and shopping. The pool area is amazing with plenty of loungers and space to enjoy the sun that surrounds the pool all day and when a break from the sun is needed the games room and large sitting area is an excellent space for everyone to relax and enjoy. We were unfortunately caught up with hurricane Irma and Jenny made sure that all information that we needed was given to us quickly and she also made sure that we had someone that we could go to in the neighbourhood if we needed any help. It was an absolute pleasure to deal with Jenny, no matter what question we had Jenny replied quickly and efficiently. We had the most amazing time in this beautiful home and we hope that when we decide on dates to return that we are able to return to this villa. I would highly recommend this exceptional villa to anyone looking to stay in this ideally located area of Davenport.

As we drove into Hampton Lakes we were pleased with the area, quiet, well kept and spacious. On entering the the villa we were all (6 adults and 3 children) delighted, it looks exactly like the photos but better! We couldn't have chosen anything more perfect. There is absolutely everything you need, inside and out. We felt privileged to spend 2 weeks in this fabulous villa. I would highly recommend anyone thinking of staying in a villa to pick this one. We stayed in this lovely villa for a week July 2017. The villa is beautiful and spacious and very well kept. We loved hanging out by the pool and celebrated my husband's 60th birthday with a pool party. We have rented two villas in Orlando before and this one was by far the best. We will definately rent this villa again!
