Relax Villa - Hampton Lakes, 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms

Our stay at Carol’s villa was fantastic from start to finish. Right from the get-go, we felt very welcome — Carol even gave us a call on arrival to make sure everything was okay. Communication throughout our stay was superb, and the helpful guidance provided around the villa made everything so easy. The villa itself was brilliant — spotless, comfortable, and equipped with everything we could have possibly needed. It’s very well looked after, fairly priced, and the location was a huge bonus being relatively close to the parks. Hampton Lakes is also a lovely place to stay, having been here before. We had one small issue with the pool heating (a sensor stopped working), but it was sorted out the very same day within a few hours, which really impressed us. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would not hesitate to recommend Carol’s villa to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-managed, and welcoming place to stay. We look forward to hopefully staying again.

We had booked last minute and Carol was very accommodating. The villa was easy to find with all the directions carol had emailed. Easy access to the key. The villa was beautiful!! Clean and having a teenager the WiFi was great. The pool was clean and big and extra bonus of a bubble tub we called it. The area was quiet. The facilities was everything we needed from washing machine to the games room. Everybody had room to chill

?????????? Fantastic 5-Bed Villa in Hampton Lakes – Perfect for Families! We had an amazing stay at this beautiful 5-bedroom villa in Hampton Lakes, Davenport. The home was spacious, spotless, and had everything we needed for a perfect holiday. The private pool was a real highlight – clean, peaceful, and perfect for cooling off or relaxing after busy days. The games room was a huge hit with everyone, featuring a pool table, foosball table, and ping-pong – plenty of fun for everyone! The location was ideal – just minutes from Highway 192, giving us quick and easy access to shops, restaurants, and all the major resorts and theme parks, including Disney. Set in a quiet, well-kept community, the villa was a great base to return to each day. We loved every minute and wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Highly recommended!

We have just returned from a 3wk stay at this lovely villa. The villa was very spacious and in a good location. The owners were very quick to reply to anything we had to ask while we were there which was very reassuring. The sun hit the pool area throughout the day/evening which was amazing for sun worshippers, but it would have been good if there was some shade like a parasol or something similar to give some outside cover, as an option. I would highly recommend this villa as the owners were very helpful and the villa situated not far from all the local shops.

Booked the villa on Orlando verified villas site, the owner sent me every detail possible even which roads to take. On arrival we were really impressed by the size of the property and the amazing view from the south facing pool. Everything was on site from towels and kitchen essentials which were more than adequate,large bedrooms and on suites are ideal, laundry facilities makes life easier, perfectly situated for all parks and publix stores either side of hampton lakes. Overall this is the perfect getaway for couples or large families with its 5 ample bedrooms and large lounge / kitchen. Will definitely use again.

This was our first stay here, and it was perfect for us! Spotlessly clean and spacious, themed rooms were great, my little boy loved the Mickey/minnie room. Well equipped villa. No complaints from us! Carol called on arrival to check all was ok for us which was nice. Would definitely come back here,

Here in this beautiful villa, spacious, well equipped and spotlessly clean, and we arrived less than a week after Hurricane Milton. Owners rang in the first day or so to check we were settled in and happy with everything. Booking was straightforward and the owner, Carol, was quick to answer any questions before we came. Hampton Lakes is an established community with a mixture of residents and holiday villas and is very clean, safe and quiet. The villa has everything you could possibly need and more, will definitely be back. Spacious rooms

We have just got back from our 2 week stay at Relax Villa. We had an amazing time, we travelled with another family so party of 8. Relax Villa catered to our every need. Carol provided a super helpful guide sheet with directions and is just of the US27 so it is an ideal location for shops. The pool area had plenty of seating and was spotless with a beautiful view of the lake. Carol was super helpful and saved the day for allowing a late check out as our flight wasn’t till 11PM. The Villa it’s self is everything you want from a traditional Floridian Villa, clean, big bedrooms, TVs , Games room, fully equipped kitchen, I could go on ect. I would highly recommend a stay here and would definitely stay here again.

Just back from a 2 week stay at Carol's villa. Communication with Carol was great, clear instructions and we found it easily plus the price was, I felt, incredibly reasonable given the size of it and totally worth every penny. The villa was large and incredibly clean and had plenty of towels/bedding. We only used 2 out of the 5 bedrooms (as there was only 2 of us) but could easily sleep up to 10. Pool area was also very clean (better than other villas i had stayed in!). The view from the pool looked onto the lake which was wonderful. Instructions on how to use appliances was incredibly helpful, as well as other items she had left for us. Located in Hampton Lakes, close to eateries, supermarket and other amenities so a great location for us. We loved our stay and would highly recommend Carol's villa to anyone, will certainly be going back ?? Thanks Carol x
