Overview
Welcome to Highgate Sunshine Villa located on the prestigious gated community of Highgate Park.
Highgate sunshine villa is a single storey south facing 3 bedroom villa (which sleeps 8) on the gated Highgate Park Estate. The villa is open plan and features a kitchen, living room, dining room/2nd lounge, 3 bedrooms 1 ensuite and a further guest bathroom and a games room. The villa includes pool and pool furniture.
Facilities
Please remember this estate is also home to permanent residents and as such there is a quiet time between 10pm and 7am.
This is a no smoking property. No smoking of any substances anywhere on the property, otherwise renters will be subjected to an enhanced cleaning fee.
Living
The bright and airy Family Room is furnished with 2 large comfortable sofas, and features modern décor. In addition to the ample seating, an 82 inch flat-screen TV with full cable programming invites you to kick back and watch a movie with the family, or cheer on your team on game day. Glass sliding doors open directly onto the pool deck.
Kitchen
The kitchen in this villa is well-equipped. There is a refrigerator with an ice maker, range, microwave and dishwasher. There is also a toaster, blender, kettle and every small utensil imaginable. Dishes, cookware, server ware, cutlery and more has been provided.
Dining
Adjacent to both the Family Room and Kitchen, you have a casual dining table and chairs to accommodate 6 guests. There is also a formal dining area within the formal lounge area. Additionally, there is a small breakfast bar which provides bar-top seating for 2 guests.
Bedrooms
The sleeping arrangements for this villa consist of a King bedroom with en-suite bathroom; a Queen bedroom and a twin bedroom which share a bathroom. Each bedroom is outfitted with plush bedding, a TV with cable programming.

2 bathrooms: 1 en-suite and 1 shared between the queen bedroom and twin bedroom.

Foosball and pool table.
Outside
Head outdoors to the fully enclosed pool deck which features a pool, a dining table with four chairs and sun loungers and BBQ to truly enjoy the Florida lifestyle.

Location
Highgate Legacy Park Florida villas to rent in Davenport, Orlando just off HWY27. All our vacation rentals on the prestigious Highgate Park gated community have their own private pools. Disney World, Orlando and all the main attractions are on the doorstep 10 - 15 minutes drive away so your family or group can have the time of your lives here. Highgate Park is one of six subdivisions on the Davenport development of Legacy Park. It is a pretty setting amongst landscaped gardens and an abundance of pine trees and orange groves. This Orlando community has guest facilities which include a tennis court and children's play area. The local shopping plaza, Berry Town Center is less than 5 minutes away and has a Publix supermarket as well a number of bars and restuarants. Local favourites would be Sunday's Fish and Chip shop, Applebee's Bar and Grill there is also MIA Pizza and and Indian restaurant called Dhaba.
If it's a bar you are looking for then the Paddy Wagon formally known as Linksters is the place to be. The Paddy Wagon has a long bar area with flat screen TV's showing all the sporting action including English Premiership Football. They have Ladies nights on Tuesday where you get an extra 20% off your drinks until close, pub quizzes and they run a Paddy Wagon golf league on Thursdays in the summer at the nearby Highlands Reserve golf club.
As well as the inside bar area there is outside seating so you can sit and enjoy the warm Florida nights with your friends over a few cold beverages what more could you ask for and did I also say the bar is great value with Bud Select around $2.50!!

Lovely Orlando time
Had a great time in Roger and Melanies villa. Just a shame it was a tad cool for swimming but we managed to enjoy the heated water. Great location for the Disney parks, shops and restaurants.
Would recommend people to visit and enjoy

Fabulous Holiday Villa - Family of 5
We had the most fantastic stay at Melanie and Roger’s villa.
We’ve been fortunate to experience many villas in Orlando, and this one is easily our favourite. Staying with our three children (10, 6, and 2), it truly couldn’t have been better.
The villa was safe, modern, and spotlessly clean, and it genuinely felt like a home away from home. We even said that if we ever had the opportunity to buy a property in Orlando, we’d want it to be exactly like this.
Melanie and Roger were extremely responsive and helpful whenever we had questions, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable.
The location was ideal, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, and Disney was only around 25 minutes away with multiple route options if traffic was heavy. The gated community was immaculately maintained, felt very secure, and was exactly what we were looking for.
We had an amazing time spending Christmas here and couldn’t recommend this villa highly enough. Thank you.

Home away from home
Was given all the information from Roger and Mel before we left and was so easy to find, such a lovely well presented house, exactly how it was described and pictured, quiet gated community and easy drive to all attractions, very clean with everything you need, all modern appliances, would highly recommend to everyone, 5 ?
