Welcome to this beautiful and immaculate 4 bedroom, two storey home which will provide the perfect base for your Florida stay. Upon entering via the electronic door system (no more keys!) you are greeted by a bright and spacious formal living area and dining area. The calming décor instantly invites you to relax and enjoy your vacation. Leading on from this area is the open plan kitchen and family area with direct access to the beautiful pool area.
Location
Highgate Legacy Park Florida villas to rent in Davenport, Orlando just off HWY27. All our vacation rentals on the prestigious Highgate Park gated community have their own private pools. Disney World, Orlando and all the main attractions are on the doorstep 10 - 15 minutes drive away so your family or group can have the time of your lives here. Highgate Park is one of six subdivisions on the Davenport development of Legacy Park. It is a pretty setting amongst landscaped gardens and an abundance of pine trees and orange groves. This Orlando community has guest facilities which include a tennis court and children's play area. The local shopping plaza, Berry Town Center is less than 5 minutes away and has a Publix supermarket as well a number of bars and restuarants. Local favourites would be Sunday's Fish and Chip shop, Applebee's Bar and Grill there is also MIA Pizza and and Indian restaurant called Dhaba.
If it's a bar you are looking for then the Paddy Wagon formally known as Linksters is the place to be. The Paddy Wagon has a long bar area with flat screen TV's showing all the sporting action including English Premiership Football. They have Ladies nights on Tuesday where you get an extra 20% off your drinks until close, pub quizzes and they run a Paddy Wagon golf league on Thursdays in the summer at the nearby Highlands Reserve golf club.
As well as the inside bar area there is outside seating so you can sit and enjoy the warm Florida nights with your friends over a few cold beverages what more could you ask for and did I also say the bar is great value with Bud Select around $2.50!!

Orlando Vacation
We had a wonderful time here! The house was so clean and the beds were insanely comfortable! The pool was absolutely beautiful! Would definitely stay again!

Great affordable stay
We (three couples) stayed for a week and the house was perfect for us. Great location with ample space and bathrooms so it didn’t feel crowded despite having six adults in one house. The house is dated, but it is priced accordingly. A few minor inconveniences like the living room TV remote not working and wifi network not being correctly listed, but overall it’s a great place on a budget.

Lovely Property within 20 minutes of Disney
Beautiful House with 4 excellent bedrooms and pool. Kettle and coffee machine provided which was essential for our group. Good amount of baby equipment provided for the 1 year old baby. Great holiday.

Family Disney Trip
Overall the stay at the house was great! Most of the time we were at the parks, which are really close by as well as stores and restaurants. Beds were incredibly comfortable and the entire house is clean and equipped with the basic items needed. The pool was clean and great for the family on off days. Like I mentioned, the house is great, its spacious, clean and located near everything. I felt super safe in that neighborhood. Thank you!
