Overview
Welcome to our ‘Home from Home’, four bedroom, 3.5 bathroom, fully air conditioned villa. It is set on a south-facing lot and has been beautifully furnished to a very high standard and comes fully-equipped with everything you need for the perfect holiday.
The furnishings have been individually chosen to make it a real home-away from-home, the living room has a 75" Ultra High Definition TV and all bedrooms have Flat Screen’s with Roku Smart TV. Highspeed Fibre Internet is also available.
The Villa is fully air-conditioned, smoke-free villa and offers spacious accommodation for up to eight people. Outside, the 30 x 15 larger than average pool with spa which may be heated when required, allows for maximum sunshine. Surrounded by an extended sun deck with plenty of superb furniture, the area offers fun and relaxation for the whole family.
Facilities
Facilities at the villa include all bed linen, towels and pool towels. Activities that are available within Highgate Park include Tennis Courts and a Children’s Play Area
Highgate Park is ideal for any holiday. Located close to the US27 and Interstate 4. Orlando International Airport can be reached in 30 minutes.
Kennedy Space Centre and the Atlantic coast are approximately one hours drive and the Gulf Coast 90 minutes.
Shopping in the area is superb with a number of top quality shopping malls and factory outlets within a short drive. More immediate needs are very well catered for by a quality Publix supermarket and Wal-Mart store very close by. Disney and other theme parks are within 15 minutes drive of the villa.
For the golf enthusiast there is a Links style 18-hole golf course designed by Greg Norman and the David Leadbetter golf academy just ten minutes drive away at Champions Gate. The property is also within 15 minutes of six other good courses.

Location
Highgate Legacy Park Florida villas to rent in Davenport, Orlando just off HWY27. All our vacation rentals on the prestigious Highgate Park gated community have their own private pools. Disney World, Orlando and all the main attractions are on the doorstep 10 - 15 minutes drive away so your family or group can have the time of your lives here. Highgate Park is one of six subdivisions on the Davenport development of Legacy Park. It is a pretty setting amongst landscaped gardens and an abundance of pine trees and orange groves. This Orlando community has guest facilities which include a tennis court and children's play area. The local shopping plaza, Berry Town Center is less than 5 minutes away and has a Publix supermarket as well a number of bars and restuarants. Local favourites would be Sunday's Fish and Chip shop, Applebee's Bar and Grill there is also MIA Pizza and and Indian restaurant called Dhaba.
If it's a bar you are looking for then the Paddy Wagon formally known as Linksters is the place to be. The Paddy Wagon has a long bar area with flat screen TV's showing all the sporting action including English Premiership Football. They have Ladies nights on Tuesday where you get an extra 20% off your drinks until close, pub quizzes and they run a Paddy Wagon golf league on Thursdays in the summer at the nearby Highlands Reserve golf club.
As well as the inside bar area there is outside seating so you can sit and enjoy the warm Florida nights with your friends over a few cold beverages what more could you ask for and did I also say the bar is great value with Bud Select around $2.50!!

Where dreams are made !
The house was amazing in a quiet gated community, the owners instructions were spot on and easy to follow. The pool was fantastic, clean and safe. The house was very well equipped, and the owners went the extra mile to insure every expectation was met, Ben and family were extremely responsive and very flexible with us. We will definitely be returning again and would not hesitate in referring this property to anyone interested in renting a cosy lovely family home with all the added home comforts. My family had an amazing time !!! Thank you!

Your Villa is Fantastic and immaculately clean. This stay has been a home from home for us with needed for a relaxing holiday. Highlight was kayaking with manatees at Crystal River.
