Overview
Welcome to ‘Roughtally’s our beautiful 7 bed lakeside villa! Roughtallys is on the prestigious resort of Lake Berkley.
Great for large families or 2 families vacating together.
The resort boasts 3 beautiful fishing lakes which you can fish at your leisure and it has been known to have a couple of gators visit! A great club house, tennis courts, basketball and outside BBQ area. The resort is a Gated communnity which is great for families and safe. Beautifully kept grounds and 24 hour security.
Facilities
Utility room - Washer and dryer.
Living
Family room. 55 inch Sony TV with DVD/cable. Top of the line cable package. free telephone calls UK landlines and within the US. The most comfortable sofa's ever! with great views onto the pool deck and lake beyond.
Kitchen
Fully equipt kitchen with everything you will need to making lunch to a large family dinner. A wonderful 12 seater breakfast bar. Not only great for dining, makes a really good card/games table!
Dining
beautiful dining room/living room. Great place for chilling out after a long hot day at the parks.
Bedrooms
3 master-ensuite's 1 x queen and 3 x twin.
All bedrooms are fully air conditioned also have ceiling fans for your comfort. All have large walk-in wardrobes. and beautifully decorated.
All bedding supplied.
Bathrooms
1st Master has a walk in shower and tub. The other BR's have tubs with overhead showers.
Hairdryers are in all bathrooms. Plenty of towels for you to use.
Games Room
Large games room, with pool table, air Hockey, TV/DVD, X Box with plenty of games, DVD's & board games. Also a good collection of books for you to read.
Pool
South West facing Large pool with Spa. over looking the lake. We have a very large pool deck with plenty of patio furniture for you to hang out! Also have a large outside grill - great for family BBQ's.....

Large drive that can accommodate 4 cars. All gardens are beautifully landscaped and looked after by a team of gardeners.

Located in Kissimmee the Lake Berkley Resort is only 20 miles (30 minutes) from Orlando International Airport (MCO). If you are flying in to Tampa International Airport (TPA) this is 80 miles (90 minutes) via Interstate 4. The last airport would be Sandford International Airport (SFB) which is 50 miles (60 minutes) drive. As you can see the Lake Berkley Resort is close to everything so an ideal for your next Orlando vacation.

Fantastic Funtime
Having stayed at several Florida villas over the years , this is one of the best. It was well equipped for a family holiday. It was some of the little things that really helped when we first arrived, like having salt and pepper in the cupboards, toilet tissue and dishwasher tablets for the first couple of days. The Walmart supermarket is just 2 minutes away. The location is ideal for all the Disney parks and 192 area.
While younger family members spent a day at the theme parks, the ensuite fishing , with rods provided kept grandad happy.
The wildlife on the lake to the rear was amazing, otters, deer, raccoons, ospreys were all spotted during our stay.
The pool and spa were great for cooling off at the end of a busy day. It could benefit from a few extra pool inflatables or floats, though we are nit picking.
If you would like a little time away from the theme parks, Kayaking along Shingle creek, approx. 5 minutes away is highly recommended as we saw gators in their natural habitat.
Thank you Lyn for your help and easy communication, especially on the day the wife somehow managed to lock herself out of the house.
We hope to stay with you again and will certainly recommend it to others.

Perfect holiday
We have been to Florida a fair few times but our holiday April 2018 was our best to date. This was largely down to the villa and it’s location. Roughtallys is spacious, homely and well kitted out.
We enjoyed fishing on the lake behind the villa, use of the gym at the community resort and walks around the large lake. With a Walmart a short drive away and Disney & Universal a 15/20 minute drive away it, it really is in a great location. You drive through the community security gate and you really do get the wow factor. Grounds and gardens are well maintained and add to the fabulous welcome that Lake Berkley and Roughtallys has to offer.
Lyn has been a dream to communicate with. Loved it sooooo much we have rebooked it :-)
