Overview
The villa has been renovated incl new bathrooms, furniture, appliances etc and with newly relined heated pool and spa. It is fully air conditioned, situated on the edge of a private lake in a gated and gate controlled community.
The villa features 7 bdr EACH with their own Bathroom. All rooms have smart TV's with extended incl many sport channels.
The master King bedrooms downstairs and upstairs have walk in wardrobes. The five other bedrooms are: 1 King, 1 Queen and 2 twin rooms and one twin over full bunk bed.
The completely private pool deck with no rear neighbors allows guests to enjoy the spectacular lake views in tranquility.
Our home has free fast Wi-Fi connection, Sonos sound system, gas BBQ, fishing rods, Play Station, Blu Ray, badminton & tennis rackets, also a cot, strollers, high chair, baby phones, children gate etc.

The last airport would be Sandford International Airport (SFB) which is 50 miles (60 minutes) drive. Rental rates additional information
All rates and additional charges are subject to sale tax and tourist tax of 13,5%.
End of stay cleaning charge UKP 200.
Optional Pool heating @ UKP25 per day - we recommend pool heating between October and April.
To secure the booking we ask for a deposit of UKP 400.
The damage deposit is UKP 275, which will be refunded if the villa is left in good order.
All rates are in UKP payable via bank transfer. Rates are subject to change without notice.
Before a booking can be accepted a member of the party must complete and sign a booking form and pay the deposit to secure the booking. The full amount is due for payment 45 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation policy
In the unfortunate case that you will need to cancel, there is no charge if cancellation is received 30 days prior to arrival, if you cancel 15-30 days before arrival, cancellation charge is 50%, if cancellation received less than 15 days before arrival, cancellation charge is 100%.

Excellent Vacation Rental!!
This vacation villa was perfect for our family and in a prime location. 10-15 minutes away from all Walt Disney parks, easy to find, and meticuliously kept. This is our second time at this particular Villa and we loved it. We received all the information we needed prior to arrival and found the villa easily. Great location close to Walmart and lots of restaurants. We will definately return for a third time!!

This Villa is gorgeous. They thought of everything when supplying this villa. The owner's are very friendly and informative. Family vacation
The house was exactly as advertised. Loved everything about it. When we needed assistance…such as burnt out kitchen pot light…the property management company were there immediately. We would definitely choose this home again.

Great Vacation Home
Great property for families. We had some bad weather, so the pool and game room came in handy. The kids loved the game room. The theme bedrooms were a hit with the kids. Liked the personal touch with the stuffed characters for the kid's rooms. Plenty of towels for each of the bedrooms and separate pool towels. All the TVs were easy to operator and the remotes were all there and operational. Plenty of streaming channels available for kids and adults. That means a lot when you don't have to worry about the small stuff. Even though the house is older the owners have done a good job keeping the property up. It was 2 blocks from Walmart and many other eating places. Easy check-in and check-out. We have always stayed on the west side of I-4. We truly liked the east side of the area.

Best vacation yet!!
Our large family had such a great time!! The house was perfect, extremely clean, had everything we needed and more!! Just like a home away from home! We loved the pool, fishing at the lake, the ducks and other birds and the gated community was just great. The kids loved the themed bedrooms and everyone having their own bathroom was a bonus! Beds were all extremely comfortable, kitchen fully stocked (pots,pans,bowls,cups,dishwares) for all your dining needs. Great communication with the owners, it really made our stay in Florida A+. Thank you so much for sharing your house with our family, we absolutely loved it and we hope to come back again!!

amazing villa, what a great place, highly recommen
Stayed in this villa for 10 nights, 10 people ranging from 73 down to 13. First impressions were wow. This villa does not disappoint. The rooms were all exactly as stated, with all beds being really comfortable, the pool was amazing. Listening to the birds on the island was an absolute pleasure. The villa was very clean, with air conditioning. A pleasure to stay in. Would have loved to bring it home with me. It was extremely well kitted out with everything you could possibly want for a self catering holiday. The island in the kitchen was a great meeting place. The games room was greatly appreciated. I must add that the owners are incredible. Willem and Vikktoria are very helpful, with great communication. Both before the holiday and with their management company during our stay. Short driving distance from all the attractions, and beautifully positioned. We all would highly recommend this villa 5 stars all the way.

2nd a charm and will keep coming back
Our family had a great experience last year with Willem and Viktoria when we stayed one week at their property, so we made sure to book again for 2023. The home we booked last year was not availabe so we booked their other property which did not miss anything from last year’s stay. The communication from the start of our reservation and during our reservation has been first class. The follow up after the reservation was first class. When we first checked in there was some minor assistance we needed and Willem and Paul was on it right away. Serving our family was a priority for them. The home was fully stocked with a the necessities and more. I am sure if we were missing anything all we needed to do was reach out. The heated pool was a highlight always because our family likes to swim at night after a long day of vacation activities. Grocery shopping, Walmart, and restaurants are all near by. Disney and universal about 30-minutes drive which most of it are stop lights but it’s an easy drive. Each bedroom has its own bathroom so that is a super feature and a cool amentity for our family. We will definitely keep using properties from Willem and Viktoria. Simply the best ????

Family Fun
This property is amazing. The hosts were fantastic, very easy to deal with and quick to respond to any questions. We have a large family and the accommodations were perfect. Everyone was elated to have there own room and bath! The house was spotless and the amenities were wonderful . Kids totally enjoyed the game room, pool and fishing., while the adults were able to relax poolside. We would rent this property again and recommend it to others. Loved it!
My husband and I were joined by our adult children and then my sister and her husband. We, as well as our guests, all loved the house. Everything was clean, the beds were all comfortable, and the privacy we felt out by the pool enjoying all the birds, the island, and the pond was very relaxing. Loved the sunrises. Paying for the heat for the pool and spa was well worth it to us. Especially after some long days in the parks and a couple of cool evenings. The houses is very conveniently located to the airport, the parks, as well as other adventures we found. It is a wonderful home and we highly recommend it!

Unforgettable vacation
This home was so comfortable and warm. We were with 13 persons but were never in each other’s way. It had everything we needed. The game room and the pool were a big hit. Great Location!
This spot was the perfect location to go to both Universal and Disney and close to Walmart to stock up on groceries. We had ample space for 6 adults and 6 kids. The kids loved the pool and definitely appreciated the toys, games and playroom. Will search for this place again the next time we come!

Great Location to Disney World
We had 9 adults and 4 children and we had plenty of space. Each bedroom has its own bathroom so everyone was comfortable. The game room was a lifesaver. Would definitely stay on this exact property again.

Amazing view of lake and walkable neighborhood
My family had the best time coming together for our Disney vacation at this property. My fishing guys loved being able to walk a few steps to the lake, relax, and catch some fish. My grandbaby loved the heated pool with steps that were perfect for her to play on without going over her head and playing in the tot park just across the lake. Everyone had a comfy bed to sleep in and a nice common area to watch tv, play cards, and eat. The game room was very accommodating to my 11-year-old who enjoyed the darts and video games. There were also a few tot toys, such as a play kitchen, blocks, and a Minnie mouse plush, that kept my 2 year old busy. Overall, I would stay here again.

Perfect!

Loved it!
Loved everything about this house. It had everything we needed for all ages. The house was clean and the kitchen had everything we could need. The pool and pond in the back yard were great. When there was a situation the managers responded asap and were so kind. The house was my husbands favorite part of Florida. He could relax there and enjoy the lovely weather. Adorable themed house close to Disney
This house had plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate 3 families. The heated pool was a nice addition. The kids loved the Disney and Harry Potter themed rooms!

Wonderful stay for 9
We had a wonderful time and appreciated all the amenities, notably the pool and hot tub. Beaches are a little over an hour away but there is plenty to do locally. Bring your bikes and scooters - neighborhood is gated so it’s very safe with low car traffic, even at night. And plenty of nice trails / paths nearby, including one which you can see from the house.

Met expectations!
My family and I enjoyed our 4 night stay at this beautiful, clean and spacious home. The game room was a plus. The location of this home was conveniently situated close to the theme parks, restarants and entertainment. Just what we wanted. The owners provided all the important information and other great information ( in detail) via email days ahead of check in, so we had all the details needed for a smooth check-in and out process way ahead of time. Very organized and professional. Onsite management was responsive, pleasant and answered all of our property related questions once we got there. We'll definitely be recommending this home to our family and friends.

Exactly as described and AWESOME!
The fishing lake out the back door was a HUGE hit with the fishing enthusiasts in the family! The bird sanctuary was very audible when outside at the pool and pretty cool to watch. At one point, seven ducks congregated at the side door to the lanai - it was cute! We walked the sidewalk trail around the lake around sunset several night and even once dark. The view from the other side of the lake with the lights from houses reflected in the lake was just BEAUTIFUL. The house was impeccable maintained and recent bathroom upgrades were very modern and pretty. Walmart was a 5 minute trip up the street, can't beat that (with online grocery pickup available and we used it! They are high volume and very organized!). We messaged with Willem (owner/host) a few times both before and after the trip, great response and service! We also had great service from the Management company. We most often ate around the island in the kitchen with seating for 5, a few times at the dining table that seated 6. The beds in the home are mostly on the very firm side, a couple were softer. The upstairs and downstairs had separate thermostats which helped keeping things at just the right temperature. Having laundry in the home was great AND there is even a laundry chute from the top floor!

Christmas and new year break
Lovely villa great pool and view of the lake.our party of 14 7 adults and 7 kids had plenty of room and never felt crowded. Had a good day fishing in the lake literal 20 ft from the pool using a float and bait the lures didn’t get much response. Walmart is around the corner 5 mins drive as well as an Aldi opposite. Good location for the parks had no trouble in driving to them from here.
