Our 5 Bed, 3 Bath villa is fully furnished to a very high standard with a very modern look un like a lot of older style villas over here and benefits from a perfect lake view position. The villa can sleep 10 people but does also have a pull out bed in the living room for 1 extra

Free fishing is on your door step with 3 well stocked lakes. The villa backs on to the largest of the lakes. The other 2 lakes are 3 minutes walk away.

Fish all day long whilst the rest of the family visit Disney.

The spacious sitting room has comfortable seating and a large screen TV and DVD/CD player. Both the sitting room and dining room overlook the private pool.

The kitchen is well the equipped with every appliance and utensil needed. Two dining areas which is great when the kids want to eat on their own one overlooking the pool area. The Kitchen is well equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher,
fridge/freezer and waste disposal. Cups glasses plates etc all catered for You will find everything you need has been provided.

The Pool area is the highlight of the property! Stunning, large pool deck, and huge pool is a great place for families to relax and create memories of a lifetime.features amazing led colour changing lights looks stunning at night. The pool is specifically designed for both swimming and play. The outdoor area is covered with a Lanai, which makes this property perfect for sitting outside in the evenings to enjoy a drink whilst watching the wildlife on the beautiful Lake Berkley-The outdoor area boasts spectacular views of the lake, here you will see from the poolside Ducks, birds turles otters etc!

Our beautiful Villa is looking out over the 13 acre natural lake which is home to many different species of wildlife. The pool deck is also furnished with sun loungers including beach towels, and a large patio table with chairs and parasols to help enjoy evening cocktails whilst enjoying the views across the lake

During the cooler months (October to April) we can heat the pool (for an additional charge of £30/day to make sure no one misses the fun.

Outside you and your family are in for a treat you have your own stunning pool and spa and amazing lake view with beautiful sunrises.with the massive benefit of no one overlooking you from the rear.The pool benefits from colour changing led lighting which really looks amazing at night and stands out from the rest.
