The living space is huge, with the high cathedral ceilings, upper arched window plus two sliding doors that open up onto the pool deck, this gives you a bright and airy ambience, and there's no getting away from that stunning lake view.

There are 2 large sofas, a 65 inch smart tv plus occasional tables.

The fully equipped kitchen will leave you wanting for nothing. From dishwasher to air fryer, cutlery to kettle, there really is everything including the kitchen sink ! The kitchen table is situated so you can benefit from looking out at the view or watch the tv. There's also a couple of bar stools as extra seating. 
There's a separate utility room that houses the washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, ironing board, wash baskets, beach towels and vacuum. 

The formal dining area is just set back from the kitchen, a low over head light sets the mood for those romantic dinners or family evening meals. 

Hibiscus On The Lake has 5 bedrooms. It sleeps 11 plus 1 infant in travel cot. The modern ground floor master bedroom boasts the picturesque lake view. The bed is king size with LED mood lighting incorporated in the headboard. The 55 inch smart tv is hung on the wall for a perfect view when laid in bed. A huge mirror is wall mounted. There is an en-suite with corner bath, plus separate step in shower cubicle with glass door, The doorway to the walk in wardrobe is also situated in the en-suite. There is a dual lock operated floor safe for guest use. 

Also downstairs there is a bedroom which is queen size and situated towards the front of the villa. Across from this bedroom there is another downstairs bathroom. This bedroom has mirrored built in wardrobes, plus tv with Roku, lots of different channels to choose from. 

Upstairs you will find a rear king size bedroom again overlooking the lake and beyond ! This has mirrored built in wardrobes plus tv with Roku box for all those different channels. 

Now for the themed bedrooms, at the front of the villa there is a twin Mickey Mouse themed bedroom plus a triple Avengers themed bedroom. Both have tv's with Roku. All bedrooms have air conditioning plus ceiling fans. 

The modern bathrooms all benefit from hygienic glass doors. The en-suite also has a large corner bath. There are 3 bathrooms. 2 downstairs and 1 upstairs. Towels are provided. 

The large fully permitted seperate games room is sure to be a favourite with everyone. This can also double up as an extra family room. There's 2 large sofas, 55 inch smart tv, slate bed pool table, air hockey table, x box, board games and books. A ceiling fan is installed. We also provide tennis racquets for the communal courts. 

Being 1 of only 7 villas with this south facing view you can be assured when the sun is shining it will be on you, great to relax, enjoy and listen to nature whilst watching the wildlife from the large pool deck. The private pool and spa are in a prime position. There's nothing better than having your favourite drink sat in the spa overlooking the lake. If you fancy some shade, sit under our lanai, ideal for al-fresco dining with breathtaking, picturesque views. The colour changing pool lights are a nice feature for the evening when sat around the pool watching the sunsets from the best view possible.

As our villa is situated at the end of a cul de sac there is no through traffic noise. Step outside of the front door and there's a nice garden bench for you to sit on if you fancy a quiet moment away from the family !! There is ample parking on the drive for 2 large vehicles. At the rear if you venture out through the pool cage door you will be on the grassy verge of the lake.

A stones throw away if you want to cast your fishing net. If fishing isn't for you, put your trainers on and go for a jog or walk around the lake. No rear neighbours so the rest of the family can admire your catch or smile at your speed! Fishing rods and equipment are provided. 

For the little one's, take a couple of minutes stroll to the colourful play park. Or do they fancy a beach day without the drive? Simply use the buckets and spades provided, step out the door, and within a few minutes you will be on your own private beach, exclusive just for guests staying on Lake Berkley.

Free baby equipment includes travel cot, high chair, baby walker, baby plates and utensils, toys, relaxer chair, steriliser, pushchair. If there's something you need whilst you are our guests we will do our best to provide this for your little ones. 

The ground floor has 2 bedrooms. The en suite bathroom is very spacious. The separate shower cubicle would be suitable to use with a shower chair which can be supplied with advanced notice.
