We are proud to provide spacious family areas for your family's relaxation. The large open plan family room with cathedral ceilings has superb views overlooking the pool area and a beautiful lake.
A pallet of earth tones welcomes you in our family room with it's 65"smart LED HD TV with DVD and CD - all provided for your entertainment!
Recline on the two comfortable Lazy Boy recliners and a three seater reclining Queen sofa .
Kitchen
The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to prepare snacks whilst relaxing with the family or preparing a cordon bleu feast!
Including: Cooker, Microwave, Dishwasher, Waste Disposal, Fridge/ Freezer with Drinks Dispenser and Ice Maker.
All crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils, pots, pans, glasses and a complete set of plastic ware for outdoor dining on the pool deck.
When it's time for a leisurely breakfast our table with four chairs and 2 breakfast bar stools, overlooking the pool, provides the ideal setting!

Located on the upper level our chic queen bedroom offering crisp clean linens and fabrics, the perfect place to chill!

Our first of two twin bedrooms on the upper level is themed for the kids with Winnie The Pooh and an Xbox too! The kids will be begging for bed time!

Oak Island Harbour offers Orlando villas to rent in Kissimmee, Florida. Located just off HWY 192 Oak Island Harbour is a superb base within easy reach of the main attractions. It is arguably one of the closest of the communities to Disney World Orlando with the entrance being only 3 miles away. Just a few minutes from the community is Formosa Gardens Plaza where there is a full range of shops and restaurants so every amenity is close at hand. Several PGA championship golf courses are a few minutes away by car for all golf enthusiasts.

Stunning Lakeside villa with really lovely host’s
We stayed at this beautiful villa in June 2024.We’ve been coming to Florida for many many years and this is one of the nicest villas we have ever stayed.Owners were very responsive prior going and even phoned us to see if everything was ok when we were there.Such a lovely touch and goes such a long way.
The villa was well located and close to Walmart,Public's and many restaurants.Very close to Disney and about 20 mins to universal .
The best thing about the villa was the out look onto the Lake.Its a real selling point.Its the first thing we’d do in the morning and early evening is to sit by the pool relax and watch the wildlife.We saw gator’s,turtles birds fishing .We all had a go of fishing and caught some on the first throw.This is what made it for us as we have never fished in Florida before and it was a great experience and made or holiday.We would most definitely stay here and definitely recommend to our friends and family.Thank you both for being such generous hosts and we look Ford to coming back again very soon.

Great location for the 4 Disney Parks & wonderful
Plenty of kitchenware and pool & bath towels. Great large washer and dryer.Lake views were lovely! Lots of seating around the pool. Nice and clean furniture/home. Comfortable beds and sheets. Extra blankets in the main floor closet. Good water pressure and heat for showers. Walmart and Publix very conveniently located. Would definitely reserve again when we return to Disney and/or Universal!
