There are two living areas. One at the front of the property is a comfortable, relaxing area with two sofas and a chair.

The second is larger and has two sofas, tv, and access to the pool area.

Kitchen is fully fitted with everything you need to cater for your party during your stay.

It has a fridge/freezer, oven, hob, microwave oven, and dishwasher.

We also provide a toaster, kettle and coffe making machine.

There is a plentiful supply of cutlery, crockery, cooking utensils, cups and glasses. There are also plastic plates, cups and glasses which we kindly ask you to use in the pool area.

There is a separate utility with a washing machine and dryer. We also have an iron and ironing board.

The formal dining area is at the front of the property and has a large table which seats up to 8 guests. There is a breakfast nook which seats 4 people, and there is an outside under cover seating area.

Large master bedroom with king size bed, walk-in wardrobe, tv, and access to pool area. Large en-suite with separate shower cubicle and bath.

Second bedroom at the rear of the property has queen size bed and access to bathroom number 2, and also to the pool area via this bathroom.

Bedrooms 3 and 4 each consist of 2 twin beds, and share access to bathroom number 3, which has a shower over a bathtub.

Master en-suite consists of bath, large walk-in shower cubicle, his and hers vanity units and separate toilet cubicle.

Second bathroom can serve as an en-suite to bedroom 2, has a sink, toilet, walk-in shower, and provides access to the pool area.

Bathroom 3 is between twin bedrooms 3 and 4, and consists of a bath with shower over, a sink and toilet.

The garage contains a pool table, air-hockey, table football, and a dart board.

Generous sized pool with child safety fence around. Pool is south to south-east facing, and gets the sun for most of the day.

A table and 4 chairs can be found in the under cover area, and there are 4 loungers for your relaxation.

Outside is the pool area, with a decent size pool (pool heating available at extra cost), and enough space to lounge either under cover in the shade, or out enjoying the Florida sun.

Beyond the pool deck is a grass area.

Free wi-fi is available for our guests and the signal is generally excellent.
