The Paradise Palms Resort is a beautiful vacation rental community offering luxury Orlando villas and townhouses just minutes from Disney World. When you stay in this secure gated community, you will enjoy some of the very best resort amenities Orlando has to offer.
We have a selection of 4 - 6 bedrooms rental villas available that can sleep from 8 - 12 guests in comfort.
The Paradise Palms clubhouse pool is 5,000 sq ft with zero entry walk in entrance. Relax in one of the spas located in the pool area. Sample a cocktail or two from the poolside Tiki bar or soak up the sun on the huge patio, the Paradise Palms Resort has everything your need.
The 9,500 sq. ft. clubhouse has a fitness center with machines and free weights, 50 seater cinema which shows movies every day. There is a lounge with AC where you can sit and relax out of the Florida sun while your kids play in the pool. They also have an arcade with pool tables, foosball and air hockey, sundry shop which sell sandwiches and drinks.
Outside there is a kids play area and also a splash pool with a 360 zero entry all the way around.

The perfect place for my first trip to America!
My partner and I had our holiday earlier in the summer time and as it was my very first time visiting America, it’s a trip I’ll never forget.
From the moment we arrived at Paradise Palms, we knew we had made the right choice. The villa was fantastic — spacious, comfortable and had everything we needed. After long days exploring Disney and everything Orlando has to offer, it was so nice to come back, relax and enjoy the pool.
The location was brilliant for getting around, and having the space and privacy of our own villa made the holiday feel even more special. Paradise Palms was also a lovely resort and gave us the perfect place to relax when we weren’t out exploring.
For my first experience of America, I honestly couldn’t have wished for a better holiday. We made so many amazing memories together, and the villa was a big part of making the trip so enjoyable.
We were genuinely sad to leave and would absolutely stay here again without hesitation. I’d highly recommend this villa to anyone planning a Florida holiday — especially if, like me, it’s your first time experiencing America.
Thank you for helping make our first American adventure so special. 5 stars all the way!

Excellent family villa
Fantastic Villa – We’ve Already Booked Again! ?????
We had a fantastic stay at this villa and honestly couldn’t fault it. The villa is beautifully decorated throughout, absolutely spotless and has everything you could need for a family holiday.
The facilities are excellent. The private pool was perfect for relaxing after a busy day at the parks, and the heated communal pool, complete with a bar, is a great bonus. There’s also a cinema and gym within the gated community, which gives you plenty of options for those days when you don’t want to be out and about.
One of the things I particularly love is that the community is gated. When travelling with children, it gives you that extra feeling of security and peace of mind.
The location is fantastic for the Disney parks — around a 20-minute drive to Magic Kingdom — while still being in a lovely, peaceful community. The villa itself is very well equipped, with comfortable beds throughout, a great kitchen with an American-style fridge/freezer and dishwasher, and we spent many evenings cooking family meals rather than eating out.
The washing machine and tumble dryer are also a great asset, especially when travelling as a family.
The communication from the owners was exceptional. They were friendly, helpful and always available, and nothing was ever too much trouble.
I’ve stayed in a number of villas in Orlando over the years, but this one is by far my favourite. The combination of the condition of the villa, the facilities, the location and the fantastic communication from the owners really sets it apart.
We enjoyed it so much that we’ve already booked to come back again! That probably says more than anything else about how much we enjoyed our stay.
Would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-equipped and family-friendly base for an Orlando holiday.
