Quoted pricing is subject to US tax (12% as per Polk County) and a $200.00 cleaning fee.
Pool/Spa Heat and BBQs can be made available for additional cost. Payment can be made via Bank Transfers or Credit Cards (NB: Card fee of 5% applies when paying via credit card)
10% Security Deposit applicable to confirm booking and is fully refundable upto 30 days before arrival.
Trip insurance is available at time of booking to cover any unforeseen issues - Please ask for more details.

Ideal Home
We were a party of 6 visiting the area to do the usual Disney & Universal days out!
The house is ideally located - & once the roadworks on the I4 are completed should be even better!
The house was easy to find & entry instructions made it easy to get in & out, It was clean on arrival & plenty of pool toys to enjoy immediately.
We contacted Craig & Sharon regarding a pool query and they came back fast with an answer.
We would 100% return - thank you

Excellent!
Villa did not disappoint, immaculately clean, well stocked with everything we needed. Safe area and good location. The pool was fab, bigger than pics looked, and the view from the balcony was stunning!

Perfect for our family!
The house was immaculate and conveniently located. Our family had the best time staying here, the kids had a blast in the pool, and the home was very comfortable and clean. Our hosts were always very communicative with us if we needed anything, they responded very quickly and were able to help us with anything we needed. We would love to come back and stay here again soon. Thank you again so much.

Wonderful stay in Davenport
We had a wonderful stay in Davenport! The home was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The neighborhood was quiet and conveniently located near shops, restaurants, and theme parks. Craig and Sharon was friendly and responsive, which made everything easy from check-in to check-out. Highly recommend for a relaxing and stress-free getaway!
