Swimming pool.

30ft+, designed to give length for swimming and shape for play. The in-pool seating is pleasant and provides a good view for the sunset.

The hot spa provides a social area and is either refreshing (without heat) or soothing (with heat). It is great in the evening.

The pool area meets latest safety standards to protect young children.

Pool and Spa heating is an optional extra.  During winter pool heating will be required.  During Summer pool heating is not a requirement (subject to weather).

Large, screen covered lit Lanai with table chairs and loungers providing a great views of the golf course and lakes as well as some impressive sunsets (subject to weather).  Part of the Lanai is undercover which gives good protection from any rain

Pool and Spa details are below.  The pool as screening around it for the safety of young children.  This is removable.  In removing the screen the renter is taking responsibility of any personal libility associated with the pool and spa.

Garage has been turned into a games room. There is adequate outside parking on the drive.

The villa has its own passworded internet connection. Password details are available on arrival.

One High Chair and One Travel Cot is available free of charge.  Additional high chairs and cots can be hired.

For health and safety we are not able to provide linen for the cots.

There are steps on all entrances.

Pets are not alllowed in the villa
