Open plan living includes a formal sitting and dining area with table and six chairs. The comfortable family sitting room has seating for 6 adults round the 55" T.V. and a table with six chairs for your family meals. 

The well equipped kitchen has everything you need for your stay. The ceramic top cooker wirh full oven is easy to use and comes with a microwave above. The large American style fridge/freezer has a water and ice dispenser. There is a dishwasher to complete the appliances in the kitchen The washing machine, dryer and ironing facilities are in the games room.

The dining table in the family room area seats six and there is a high chair for infants if required.  There is another table for six in the formal seating area.

Master bedroom has a king-size bed with ceiling fan above, dressers and nightstands with lamps and T.V/D.V.D .  A spacious en-suite bathroom serves this bedroom. The second master bedroom includes similar featrues and a queen sze bed, ample closet space and a T.V./D.V.D.  The third and fourth bedrooms have twin beds, large closets T.V.s nightstands and lamps. Our house sleeps 8 comfortably and can offer a full size cot and travel cot for infants.

The  family bathroom is situated between the two twin bedrooms and has a w.c., basin and shower over bath. The master en-suite has a separate w.c. within the area, bath and a large walk in shower. Master bed 2 has a w.c., basin and shower over bath.

The games room in the garage has an air hockey table and a pool table. There is a dart board and darts.

The pool faces west and gets the sun from mid-morning to sunset. There are 4 loungers and 4 padded chairs at the dining table. The door to the pool deck has a safety alarm set to go off when the door is opened and a safety fence to keep young chidren safe.
