Overview
Our luxurious 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa is located on the prestigious gated resort of Solana on US 27, within 15 minutes of Disney world. The villa is fully air conditioned and furnished to a very high standard.
The extended pool/spa deck area overlooks open fields to the rear and has plenty of luxury furnishing for you to enjoy the sun and can be heated for the colder months of the year. The whole area is screened to keep insects out but lets the sun in.
The villa has a games room with full size pool table, foosball table, air hockey, Xbox 360 w/ KINECT, and SONY PS2.
Free Verizon FIOS internet access via wireless router for use with your own laptop. There is a cyber cafe at the club house if you do not wish to bring your laptop.
Large screen LCD HD TV in the Great Room, and additional LCD HD TV's in the 2 Master Bedrooms. Over 400 channels of HD entertainment via Verizon FIOS.
Cot, High Chair & Stroller available.

Our luxury 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa is on the prestigious gated community of SOLANA. Only 15 minutes from Disney. Comfortably sleeping upto 8 people (plus baby!) Relax by our private screened pool, which does not back on to other villas and has open views. On an clear evening you can see the fireworks form the Disney parks!
Our villa has the following:

- 2nd Master bedroom with queen size bed, TV, en-suite, built in wardrobes.

- Private screened Pool and seperate Jacuzzi (EAST facing) not backing on to other villas, with open views.

- Board games and books.
- Portable CD/Radio.

Clubhouse hosts daily activities, shop, internet cafe, gym. communal swimming pool. There is also, childrens play area, tennis court, volley ball court, soccer field & putting green.

stayed at the villa early oct this year, and couldn't fault it. the villa was big enough that we all had space, 7 of us stayed it was very clean & tidy. the pool was great grandson wouldn't get out. the club house very helpful hired some golf clubs which are free! the gym very good. walmart 10 mins down the road very easy to get to everywhere All and all you will find it hard to find a better villa for the price. will use again

Thoroughly enjoyable stay from start to finish
We stayed in Villa Florida Belle in September for 2 weeks. We couldn’t fault our stay from start to finish. Becky answered any questions we had prior to our arrival and the directions we received to find the villa were spot on. The Villa was even more spacious than what it looks in the pictures and was spotlessly clean. We where a family of two adults two children and there was plenty of space . Not a long drive to the parks either about 15 minutes to Disney and 25 to Universal, Seaworld so for us location was perfect. The villa is not over looked at the back so this is another advantage, we would definitely return to this villa , thank you Becky .
