Our beautiful vacation villa is located within the prestigious Southern Dunes gated community in Central Florida. There are two en-suite master bedrooms and two twin singles. So, there is plenty of room for up to eight people to stay. The 30ft x 15ft private pool is set in an extended deck area and backs west with unparalleled panoramic views of the sixteenth fairway and fabulous sunsets. This is a great space for relaxing after a day at the parks or shopping.
All rooms are well furnished and feel like a home away from home. The large master bedroom has a Queen-size bed, walk in closet and en-suite bathroom. The second master bedroom also has a Queen-size bed together with en-suite facilities. The third and fourth bedrooms both have two single beds in each and share the house bathroom.

Southern Dunes is located on HWY27 in Davenport only 25 minutes from Disney's main gate and very close to the other Orlando theme parks. Just before the entrance to Southern Dunes there are a number of restaurants, shops and a large Wal-Mart supermarket which makes it very easy to pick up everything you need for your vacation. Southern Dunes is a large short term rental villa community, it also has it's own Championship Golf Course which has been ranked #7 in the state of Florida by Golf Week. We have a selection of luxury Southern Dunes vacation rentals ranging in size from 3 to 6 beds, located on Kokomo Loop, Mariner Cay, Barbados Lane, Hemmingway Avenue, St Augustine Blvd, Park Place, Rebecca Drive, Forest Hill Lane and of course Southern Dunes Blvd.

There is a very good selection of restaurants covering all budgets from fast food to fine dining. We have also included a map which you can click on to find out opening times and contact number incase you want to reserve a table which is highly recommended at Manny's Chop house. While they don't take reservation you can call ahead (863 422 3910) to get your name on list for a table. I recommend doing this at least an hour before you plan to arrive.
