Master bedroom One is based downstairs.   This impressive master bedroom, redecorated for 2024, has a king size bed and wooden floor. Based downstairs and overlooks the pool area.

Also downstairs shower room with vanity unit, sink, toilet and tiled floor.

Upstairs - full family bathroom with bath/shower, vanity unit with luxury granite tops and double sinks, toilet and tiled floor.

Private 30 foot, south facing swimming pool

• An extended pool deck means there is plenty of room for sunbathing on padded beds, sitting, chilling and eating.
• If you prefer the shade the villa has a lanai with a cooling fan, light, large glass wicker table and chairs.
• Lania has an electric awning which can be extended to protect you from sun and rain!
• Efficient pool heater and pool blanket if required.
• If you have young children a metal fence/gate can be attached, to the wall, to provide a barrier between the lanai and the swimming pool area. Please note this is not a safety fence and all children and non swimmers should not be left in this area unattended.
• On an evening the Tiki lights around the pool cage provide a soothing glow and the pool has LED coloured lighting.
 

The house is detached and has private gardens with views of the 17th fairway to the rear.

• Extended pool area is spacious and south facing, with plenty of sunbathing and seating areas
• Gardens are landscaped with decorative solar lighting. We regularly win Yard of the Month.
• Double drive and plenty of outside lighting and decorative planting.

Southern Dunes is a secure estate with gates access and regular security patrols.

Southern Dunes Golf Course:
The villa backs onto the 17th fairway of this beautifully landscaped course. This exclusive Steve Smyers championship design incorporates daunting bunkers and rolling fairways, creating an enticing challenge for the golfer. Southern Dunes has won many awards and the location is consistently acknowledged as one of the best in the state, with 7200 yards offering 100 feet of elevation changes over luscious greens.
