From beginning to end great communication and very good villa details, directions and advice from Alan and Ann. Villa is in a great spot, have stayed in Orlando before a number of times and this location the best so far , cut down travelling time to and from attractions and malls, but as always I4 is best avoided! Villa has everything you need, sadly we didn’t have much sunshine but still enjoyed the villa. Pool warmer than any others have rented before heating and cover definitely work well. Would recommend and would rent again again to find the sunshine!

This property is everything you need in a holiday villa, it was clean well equipped with everything you could ever want from pool toys to cooler beach toys ,chairs even an umbrella for the rainstorm, the pool was a welcomed relief after tramping around the parks and was well maintained, could not fault this property one bit

The large 3-bedroom villa is in a quiet well-kept neighbourhood with a fantastic big pool that gets the sun all day. It is clean and airy and a great base for going to the theme parks or outlet shopping and just as good for a sunbathing holiday. Alan and Ann have everything you could need and the villa has a large kitchen with all the equipment including and ice-making fridge. There's a game room and inflatables for the pool, a barbecue and if you choose not to drive, uber eats delivers! We would recommend to everyone although we'd like to keep it secret so we don't have to fight to be able to stay again in the future. Thanks for making our holiday.

Clean and comfortable villa with a well equipped kitchen, has everything you need. Huge pool and patio area with a gas BBQ that’s free to use!! Great location, 5 mins to Champions Gate and the I4. 10 mins to the “192”, 15 mins to Disney. Plenty of restaurants and a publix supermarket in the area. Good communication with the owner with easy to follow directions to villa and instructions once you get there.

This clean, spacious and well-equipped villa is a fabulous oasis of calm, an easy 20-30 minute drive away from the hustle and bustle of the major Orlando theme parks. The lovely, private, pool was so welcome during the mini heatwave that we experienced over the Easter break and our teenagers thoroughly enjoyed the games room too. The highlight of our visit was a late night trip over to the Space Coast where we watched a spectacular rocket launch!

Having returned to Orlando for our fourth time we just love Davenport being minutes away fm amenities ie Publix, papa johns, McDonalds complex and champions gate. The villa is immaculate and has everything you need for relaxing holiday especially after the theme parks. Villa has digital channels, super Wi-Fi and top heated pool that is free. Listen to Alan, every night after use we put the cover over (30 seconds job) next morning pool is warm trust me. Disney is super close but drive safely, give yourself extra time as whole tourist area of Orlando is busy at the moment with road works on the I4. We will be returning to Alan and Ann’s villa it’s a gem of a find close to everything.

Information and instructions in advance were very clear and helpful. The villa was clean, well presented and well maintained. The pool was lovely - we have holidayed in Florida villas before at this time of year and this is the first time the pool has been at a good temperature. Happy taking our two year old grandson into the water to play. The facilities were good, and although we never cooked or ate in, plenty of dishes utensils etc. Very good communications with the owners, who are experienced and very nice. Would Highly recommend it.

After waiting three years for this holiday the wait was worth it, the villa is very comfortable, clean and well stocked. The pool is large and heated. Located well for shops and restaurants and not too far from all the theme parks. Great to have the BBQ to use, very much a home from home. We would highly recommend this villa, and Alan & Ann were very helpful with any queries. Thank you for a great stay.

Lovely stay and Alan and Ann’s villa. It was enough for just the two of us to come and go, have a dip in the pool on some days or returning from a day at the parks. Good location, not to far to travel. Pool was suggested as heated, but we didn’t feel it, although pool was not cold either. Just an option for an evening swim. We would recommend staying there.

Very pleased with this villa and we have visited many for over 20 years. The location is ideal for easy access to everything, it’s quiet and the decking gets the sun most of the day, lots of decking furniture and in good condition which is often a let down. We were unfortunate to get Covid 2 days after arriving in Florida and spent 10 days recovering in the villa, the linen, utensils are all there if needed and clean, the only thing we missed was a teapot. Didn’t use the BBQ due to the weather but it was immaculate. I don’t think the images on the site do it justice.

We stayed here for three weeks and had a thoroughly brilliant time. The property is homely, in a great location, and extremely convenient for all the theme parks and shopping destinations. We had a really nice call from the owner, Alan, a few days into the visit just to check we were OK which was great customer service. Have already enquiried about staying again and hope to revist soon. Thanks to Alan and Ann for making our Florida trip that little bit more magical.

We had a fantastic time in this holiday home which is a brilliant base for an Orlando trip it was everything we could have hoped for and more. The location is excellent and convenient and is less than 30 minutes from the Disney carparks. The villa itself is beautiful and well equipped and I will certainly be recommending it to anybody else who is heading to the Orlando area as well as checking the availability for our next Florida holiday.

It also has a large private pool overlooking greenery which is heated with solar heater and there’s no additional charge for pool heating. This villa has everything that one would need for a comfortable family vacation whether you like to stay by the pool and enjoy a BBQ and kids playing games in the games room or need a place for a big family to travel to Orlando parks and attractions. I would highly recommend this villa and the owner Alan is very responsive and organised everything for us with the management company for a nice holiday in Orlando. The villa was so inviting when we arrived, as it was dark a few lights had been left on, which was a nice touch. The villa was very well equipped with everything we needed during our stay and even little extras like pool and beach toys. The pool backs onto greenery so was not overlooked other than from the villa next door, which was empty during our stay, so very private. We saw birds and rabbits almost every day. There is some traffic noise from the main road and because we had a week of very low temperatures in January it was too cold for the pool heating to work for a while, but that is just one of those things, once it warmed up again the pool slowly started to heat again. Having said that, when the temperatures were as expected the pool was very toasty. Communication with Alan and Ann was brilliant, Alan always responded so quickly to any emails I sent, which was much appreciated. Just a tip for anyone going, the I4 can get very, very busy if travelling into Disney, we found the Old Lake Wilson road a much quieter option and a much more pleasant road. I wouldn’t hesitate to stop here again or recommend to others.

If ever you wanted to feel at home whilst on holiday, this is the place to be. Clean, tidy, homely and welcoming with a relaxed atmosphere from the minute you open up the front door on arrival. We absolutely loved are stay here once again and the first time for a young 2 year old. the pool was more than adequate in size, fun in the games room and a spacious property for our family of 4. what was more important for us as well was the simplicity to book the villa, and ease at how the process from start to finish until we departed was. Absolutely perfect villa. Location was perfect for us to get to theme parks and was great having restaurants and shops so close at Champions Gate. Saw lots of wildlife at the villa too - what a bonus! We were lucky to see the trick or treaters walking around the community and also the community garage sale! It’s just a lovely area! The villa had everything we could wish for and more! The pool area is fantastic and I spent as much time as I could there! Plenty of pool inflatables to play with too and comfy loungers. Kitchen has everything you’ll ever need. Garage had plenty to keep my son happy and even though we didn’t use them, the bikes were a nice touch! Lovely and clean throughout and well maintained. Plenty of towels for beach and shower. The owners are great at keeping in touch and provided us with loads of info for our stay. I can’t fault anything and would definitely recommend to anyone to stay at this lovely home.

Having booked a last minute break I knew it was going to be difficult to find a good villa, I needn’t have worried what a great find this villa was. The villa just happened to be free on the one week that I needed. Quick response from the owner and simple clear instructions made this a pleasant transaction. The villa was just as described and the directions to it were clear. House itself was spotless and obviously well kept, beds were comfy and although we ate out every day there was every appliance you cold require. Outside the pool was lovely and at a good temperature. All in all you would be hard pushed to find any fault. Loads to do round about and Uber’s do not cost a fortune even to universal. I would recommend this villa to family and friends.

Enjoyed our months stay in this lovely villa ,the weather could have been warmer ,it was cold all over America,it didn't stop us having a great time .We found the villa homey and cosy ,with all that was needed ,Large private pool with plenty of loungers, We liked the games room,as did our grown up children who joined us for a few days. We took a short cruise to the Bahamas which was fabulous .The directions given could not have been better ,we found the owners most helpful,and the management company,and the pool guy,polite and helpful ,we would book again.

Villa is in a nice quiet spot just off I-4 and is easily connectable to H 27 as well. Instructions to villa and how to access were spot on. For us the best and the worst of the villa were outside in the pool area. Let’s start with the good, the pool was not only a perfect depth for a family to feel comfortable using but was the warmest pool we have ever had in all our Florida years. The downside was the pool furniture which needs changing to a more modern non cushioned option. We like to have breakfast by the pool but we’re unable to sit anywhere as the cushions were always damp and we were able to detach them.A simple storage box would have been a better idea for them.This was a real deal breaker for us as this is one of our holiday treats we look forward to after leaving cold England. However if you want a nice quiet retreat away from the Disney noise this villa will tick your box.

Hi David Thank you for taking the time to give us your constructed feedback , with regard to your feedback we would just like to say that there is a storage box on the pool deck but most families use this to put all the pool toys in but this could have easily been used to store the cushions. As with all palm casual pool furniture the comfy cushions are removable and can be stored in the garage if wet weather is forecasted alternatively one of the many beach towels provided could have been used. Were glad you enjoyed the villa and look forward to welcoming you or your family to ourfloridadream in the future.

Fantastic holiday and villa. The I4 freeway can get busy and slow but overall the location was fine.

Hi Karen. Glad to hear you had a fantastic holiday. The I4 is a very busy freeway at busy times of the day, with the central location of the villa to all the parks, there are several alternative routes which are not so congested and are much shorter in distance and are often quieter.

Have just returned from a 3 week stay in the villa which was very well equipped - ample utensils and crockery in the kitchen, towels and bed linen in the bedrooms. Our children thoroughly enjoyed the pool which again was well equipped with inflatables and toys, and also the games room - many games of pool were had. A great place to relax after the heat and business of a theme park. Would highly recommend to all.

The information supplied by Alan was 1st. class , directions from the airport straight to the villa, never a wrong turn. He gave us security details to enter the villa again spot on. My wife and I are quite particular around our house but as we entered the villa , we felt at home.It was clean , everything in place and immaculate. To celebrate our first wedding anniversary we decided to fly to New York and work our way down to Miami stopping in Orlando for three nights on the way. We arrived quite late in the evening, tired from our journey and instantly felt at home. We found the villa welcoming and comfortable. Everything we needed was there. Waking up the next morning we couldn't wait to jump in the pool and even though we are both 26 we were very giddy to find the chest of goodies on the patio and the inflatable whale! We spent the rest of the day at Disney and on our return put our slippers on and relaxed with a glass of wine in front of the TV, just like at home! The next day we spent lounging by the pool and sunbathing. We managed to catch sight of a tortoise, lots of geckos and a variety of different birds. The pool area isn't overlooked at all and the area is so peaceful. The only thing I would suggest is maybe taking a wireless speaker if you wanted to listen to music on the patio as the door has a pool alarm and can't be left open. The wifi is fantastic and is plenty strong enough to pick up a signal from outside. I really would recommend this Florida home to both families and couples. There were only two of us on our visit but there is so much room for a large family to stay. I really hope to come back to Sunridge Woods in the future with our friends and family. We truly loved it here.

On finding this villa on the website and contacting the owners everything well really smoothly. The owners are really friendly and happy to answer questions. Easy to book and received a friendly reminder for the full balance. Once paid full details which were really informative received. When we found the villa following the details it was good to have a code to key rather than having to worry about finding the key and not having to worry about when it is. The villa was really clean and exceptionally well equipped especially in the kitchen - home from home. The furniture was really comfortable sufficient for 6 of us, really well laid out. The pool was the best one we have had the privilege to use in any Florida villa.

Absolutely loved this house! The communication with Alan and Ann could not have been better. Very close to Celebration and Disney area, very nice quiet community and lovely pool with a great view. I would prefer this house to any hotel in the Orlando area. We didn't bring any children but if we did, I'm sure they would love the well equipped games room. House was very clean, sitting area very, very comfortable. And the kitchen was well equipped. If I could make one suggestion, it would be to place a king bed in one of the bedrooms. Nonetheless: 5 stars!

I found this lovely villa on line, booking was very easy, the pre-trip information was excellent and included tailored directions (very easy to find). We loved the quiet location and everything about our stay. The villa is excellently equipped, very comfortable, has a fabulous pool including lovely comfortable chairs/sun beds and the games room was a great bonus. Be sure to look in the storage boxes in the games room as we found equipment for our beach day, ponchos for the rain showers and other useful things! Despite being in a quiet suburb it was very easy to reach all the attractions and shopping opportunities by car, and we were that bit closer to the west coast for our trip to Clearwater (we chose Indian Rocks beach) where the sea is beautifully warm and clear in September.

We are a family of 2 adults, 2 children ages 8&6, we stayed here in August 2016. The owners have been very helpful with questions before we went on holiday and even called us while there to check everything was OK. The villa was lovely and we felt at home immediately, the bedrooms are spacious and kitchen has everything you need. We made good use of the games room and the pool. The villas location was perfect for us after a busy day at the parks. Not far to drive to the parks which was nice and supermarkets and restaurants very close to the Villa. We would love to stay here again and would recommend this villa.

Great family holiday in Orlando. Our Florida Dream was very comfortable and very conveniently located for the trips we made to Universal Studios, Wet n Wild and Kennedy Space Centre. It's even nearer if Disney is what you're after but our teenagers wanted thrills and spills of rollercoasters and waterslides this year.

Our holiday for a month was very hectic during the day, but after the evening meal we relaxed in a very peaceful villa. Visiting Disney parks plus Seaworld and Bush Gardens and getting the shopping trips in as well, was quite exhausting. We left Orlando airport and followed directions as instructed which were spot on. Entering the villa via alarm code to a clean and spotless holiday home. All the sports equipment in the garage would be a youngsters dream. A beautiful holiday, a beautiful villa.

We have been travelling to Florida for twenty years and for the most part have always rented a home.Alan and Ann's home in Sunridge was everything we expected, clean and well presented in a quiet neighbourhood. Really appreciated them calling when we arrived to check we were ok. Great to have the privacy of a villa compared to a hotel with all the extra charges on arrival. Directions were great, and we had a terrific time in your home.

Lovely home , Would definitely rent again and recommend to friends and family. Tranquil , quiet community , apart from the Emergency Services who insist on using sirens whatever time of night !! The Air Condiioning was an issue , always seemed really hot and if we turned temp down , only seemed to cool for a short period before shutting off and getting hot again . But overall 5 stars !! Could do with a Fan in the Garage , Too warm to play Pool etc

Villa exceeded our expectations. It was in a great location, had great facilities and everything you could ask for from a villa rental. The villa was spotless and the pool/games room was a great added bonus to the holiday as gave us the chance to have shorted days at the parks to be able to come home and relax. Would definitely recommend!!!!!

We have just got back from the villa in Florida and wanted to let you know everything was great.After emailing about the safe ,by the time we got back in the evening it was opened,which is really great service by the management company. The villa is in a lovely position with the sun all afternoon and the solar pool heating was fantastic warm morning and evening perfect for me.We hope to visit again in the future.

Liked swimming in the evenings

The villa was well equipped. We got ample use of the BBQ and pool, as it was a lot hotter than what is normal for the time of year we were there. It is close to a lot of golf courses and of course the Disney parks. We would recommend it to anyone. The neighborhood was extremely quiet. The green space out back made it seem like you were out of the city rather than in a subdivision.

Had the most amazing holiday in Florida, which was made even better by having such a beautiful villa to stay in. We were provided with all the details that we needed prior to the start of he holiday, which even included travel details from the airport to the villa. On arrival the villa was not just beautiful, but it seemed that every detail had been thought of. Towels in every room, games room, pool, and a washer and dryer. We have always stayed in hotels for holidays before this year, but after this, would definitely not want to again. Thanks to Alan & Ann for a great time, and we will definitely book with you again for our next Florida vacation.

As we are returning clients we knew our way to the villa, but all the information we required regarding access and routes we're update by the villa owners.On arrival the villa was very welcoming as usually. Every where was beautifully clean. The villa had lots of new furnishing since our last visit - it was lovely. We choose this villa because of its central location, it homeliness and the view of the conservation area is idyllic The Sand turtle and Cranes add to the relaxing environment. As we have been to Florida on 2 occasions we travelled just a 2hour drive to St. Augustine which was well worth the drive. Thanks to Ann & Alan for allowing us in their beautiful home. Another great holiday.

Not our first visit to this lovely villa. Everything was as expected but with new improvements. Everything needed was supplied and very comfortable. The pool area , games room and barbecue were a wonderful bonus. The location is superb for easy access to main attractions ,shops, malls and restaurants. We had a wonderful time and look forward to our next visit next year.

Although this was a return visit to the villa the information we received prior to our departure was very informative enabling us to find our way easily from the airport. After our flight from the UK it was nice to find the villa ready for our arrival. As on our previous visit we found the villa excellently furnished and spotlessly clean throughout with all the utensils required. Because the villa is centrally located we ate out at a variety of restaurants within easy driving and on days when the parks had exhausted us all we ate in and used the BBQ on the pool deck which was very relaxing, The games room was great for keeping the children entertained. Again we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful and homely villa.
