Located off the US192 within 10 minuites drive from Disney, this luxury detached villa is a four bedroom, 3 bathroom family home with its own private screened swimming pool. The villa is fully furnished and equipped to a very high standard providing comfort and convenience. It is fully air conditioned, heated and carpeted throughout.
Multi channel TV, video and dvd player as well as telephone and internet facilities provided. Local calls are free. Eight people can be accomodated with ease but there are sleeping facilities for a further two in the lounge where the settee can be converted to a queen sized bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, dish washer and microwave oven. Washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board are housed in the integrated garage.

A fabulous stay!
We have just returned from a fabulous stay at this beautiful villa. The home is as pictured, is spotlessly clean, has comfortable beds and is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. The home faces the lake and many a morning was happily spent fishing from the dock. The pool area is private and the covered lanai provided a shaded break from the sun or to enjoy outdoor meals. Sunset Lakes is a lovely, quiet and well maintained gated community. It’s a joy to come back to this villa and community after a hectic day at the parks, shopping or sightseeing further afield. Great communication with the owners and always happy to answer questions and offer advice. When we start planning our next trip, a return to this villa will be at the top of our list. Thank you Sean & Kate for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home.

"An absolute gem!" 5 stars
Just returned home 2 days ago. Only have limited characters to try and word how GOOD this villa is. It's fantastic (loads of space), private access to the estate (we felt very secure) the villa is cool during those Hot days. The pool is private and spacious, bedrooms are roomy, comfy and quiet (all with air con). The kitchen has everything you need, it's perfectly situated for all major attractions and 5min drive from the 192 (where Walmart, dining and other fun activities are located). Thankyou to the owners too. Great communication if you have any questions about the property. When we return to Florida In the future, this villa will be the first thing we will book.

A wonderful Villa for us ?
We have recently just come back from a wonderful 16 night stay in Sean and Kate's lovely villa on the quiet and pretty Sunset Lakes. The location was fantastic for exploring Orlando as well as the theme parks. The setting by the lake is an added bonus and entertained us all whether it was watching sunsets, nature watching or storm watching. The villa itself was beautiful, clean and comfortable for all the needs as a family of five with cable in every room and a wonderful washer and dryer in the garage. Then of course there is the pool too which was used everday. Sean and Kate were fabulous hosts and excellent communicators. There are restaurants and shops in abundance a few minutes away, We will definitely be back. Thankyou
