Lake View Villa - 6 Bed, 4 Bath South Facing, Lake View Villa

The whole experience with Sharon has been amazing. We had to change our dates due to covid, Sharon was so understanding and obliging even kept the price the same for us 3 years later, truly professional. All the information we received prior to our visit was extremely useful and easy to understand. On arrival we actually got to the villa in the dark, lights were left on for us the house was gleaming from top to bottom and smelt amazing (I’m really fussy about that) instruction manual was in the house very easy to understand. All essentials left in house tea, coffee, sugar etc but we took our own as those sort of things are a bit pricey. Plenty of towels and the bed linen lovely quality. The pool had a security fence around it but we easily took this off and didn’t have kids, it’s a two man job but easily to put back when we left. If you do have children it’s great for peace of mind. The pool was heaven we paid extra to have heated and it was like a warm bath. The air conditioning is great and easy to control. Overall our experience was first class we definitely felt the luxury and did not want to come home. We definitely will be booking this villa again when we have saved up again.

This villa is excellent and 5 star's aren't enough to convey this, we had a bad start to our holiday at another villa, and after messaging a few other owners for availability we got a reply from Sharon offering us the chance to view before deciding, Sharon was confident that as soon as we saw her villa we'd take and she was right, as soon as we walked in it looked great and just felt nice, so we immediately called her to confirm the booking, and then spent just over 2 week's relaxing around the south facing pool in a very quiet gated community, we had a great time and will be looking at booking this villa if available in the future. Great villa, great location and great owner's, many thanks Sharon.

We regularly visit Florida from the UK and always stay in villas where possible. This is probably the best we’ve ever stayed in. It’s actually better than it looks in the photos! It’s beautifully decorated and maintained, spotlessly clean and really well equipped! Lovely comfortable beds and a great place to come back to after a busy day out. Loved the south facing pool and the lake views. If you’re reading this review then don’t hesitate to book as you won’t be disappointed!

We were lucky enough to stay at this fabulous villa for two weeks! Everything was perfect throughout and the outside area with the pool was excellent. No complaints at all …… just wish we could have stayed longer ! We were lucky enough to meet the owner Sharon whilst we were there who is a lovely lady. Had a few small issues initially but Sharon was extremely quick and responsive to these and all sorted out. The villa location is superb, Disney on your door step, universal 20/30 minutes away. Walmart 5 mins and the 192 and all food outlets 5 mins. The villa is fitted out to a very high spec, everything worked a treat. Pool and deck area perfect with plenty off sturdy loungers. Pool very clean and the heat is a bonus especially in March. The pool is also very private with hedging between them. Wildlife ranges from big fish in the lake to rackoons and squirrels and cranes. I cannot give this villa any higher praise, it’s a 10 out of 10 from me and my family. The process from start to finish from Sharon was exceptional, I will definitely recommend this villa to all my friends. We love this villa! We have stayed here 3 times and not once has it let us down! We got to meet the owners Sharon and Bruce and they're lovely, they truly care for their homes and are always updating and maintaining their properties to provide their guests with the best experience. The villa is in the perfect location, close to Disney, Shops, and gets the sun all day. Once again, we would like to say a huge thank you to Sharon and Bruce for another amazing stay! Me and my family loved the villa it was very spacious and roomy. The whole house set up was nice and clean I loved that Christine the manager was one call away and answered when ever I had questions. We recently got married and due to the pandemic have had to alter several plans. After waiting for several weeks after the wedding trying to decide what we wanted to do, we decided to travel to the Orlando area and enjoy some time in the sun and heat. We reached out in a last minute request to try and find a vill and Sharon replied quickly. Every email and question back to her was almost an immediate response. Upon arriving to the villa and walking in, the house is just amazing. The kitchen and living room area are just laid out perfect. And Sharon, knowing we had to last minute change honeymoon plans took the effort to have a bottle of champagne with two glasses waiting, a fresh bouquet of flowers, and a 4 inch wedding cake waiting in the fridge!!! Both with cards congratulating us!!! It was such a sweet thought and one that went a long way to getting our honeymoon started off just right. Something we will always remember. The actual villa works so well too. There are 2 bathrooms located on the lower floor with a King bed suite as well that walks right out to the pool and another bedroom with dual twin beds. The kitchen is really the best part of this space as it's laid out perfect and just want you need with the room required to work well. The upstairs has a total of 4 additional bedrooms, two with dual twin beds, a queen size bed, and then the master suite with the full size bathroom. The bathroom alone is massive enough to be a bedroom and is SO nice to have when both are getting ready at the same time. No being in each others way. Also, the villa is just around the corner from a Walmart, Walgreens, ABC store, tons of restaurants and of course all the Disney parks. Overall, this villa answers everything you could ever need or want in a villa. Highly recommended and one we will look to return to as soon as we can.

We had a great time at Sharon’s villa. Location was perfect for visiting Disney. The villa was clean, plenty of room for 7 of us and the amenities were perfect for our week long stay. Sharon was very eager to help when needed and Christine was too. We had a great stay, and will definitely consider renting this home again!

I would rate this villa 50 stars if I could!!! I have been renting homes in Orlando for the past 7 years, and this by far has been the best one yet!! First of all, Ms. Sharon had already won me over with her excellent customer service before I even booked. She was super nice, patient, accommodating, and quickly answered any questions I had. I had a last minute emergency, and she went above and beyond to work with me. The house is absolutely gorgeous with all the upgraded luxuries of home and then some. It is so elegant and tastefully decorated and everything is top of the line, even the linen!! She did not cut any corners, like some owners do. In times past, I have had to buy tissue, soap, detergent, garbage bags, etc. Not here!! You will truly have everything you need once you walk through that door. There was even disinfectant spray, which was nice to see during this pandemic. The beds were so comfortable and the home was immaculate!! No one wanted to leave!! There is so much more I can say, but I don't have enough space to write it all. Trust me, you will ABSOLUTELY LOVE this home!!! Never again will I look for another house or owner. Ms. Sharon, I am here to stay!! Ms. Christine, the property manager, was also amazing!! I can't thank you enough for such an incredible stay. We celebrated my daughter's 15th birthday here, and your beautiful home definitely made it one to remember!! We're already planning the next trip in a few months, so see you soon!!!

Such an amazing villa could not recommend it highly enough! I have visited twice last year with my wife and 7 children and noticed that they have updated some of the kitchen appliances and some furniture. The villa is clean, beds are comfortable and easily fitted 9 of us. The drive to Disney is quick (10-15 minutes top!) and you are surrounded by lots of restaurants and shops. Sharon (the owner) is great! She always responded quickly and made sure our stay went smoothly. 10/10 Would stay again. Thank you, Sharon,!!

This is the second time that we have stayed at one of Sharon's villas and once again we had a fabulous time. The villa was extremely clean, modern and comfortable with everything you could need to have a great time. We particularly love the view over the lake (especially at sunset) and the array of different wildlife on display. The villa is very close to supermarkets such as the new Walmart and the new Aldi and very near to loads of restaurants, the Disney Parks, and road access to elsewhere in Orlando. It was great to meet Sharon in person and she could not have done more to make sure that we had a wonderful stay. She is such a pleasure to deal with and truly has the interests and comforts of her guests as her number one priority. We would not hesitate to recommend Sharon's villas and can understand why it is so difficult to get a booking at peak times! Thank you once again Sharon for allowing us to share your beautiful home.

We had an absolutely magical time at the villa, it truly was home from home, we did not want to leave. We could not think of a single thing that could have been better. The location, the lake, the pool, the equipment in the kitchen was superb, the management team could not have been more helpful. A home from home this luxury villa was not only beautifully presented but also felt homely and relaxing. A very nice villa, every thing you need is provided, the villa is very clean and well maintained Christine from the management company was very helpful when we had a small issue with the fly screen around the pool. I would highly recommend Sharon’s villa to anyone thinking of having a holiday in Florida it’s in a great location and in a quiet gated community and only 15 mins from the Disney parks.

Having stayed at various villas on Sunset Lakes we've found our favourite! As other reviews have stated Sharon was very quick to respond to emails and helpful with any questions asked. The villa itself was tastefully decorated (custom fitted blinds that actually fitted the windows) and spotlessly clean. Every utensil you could need in the kitchen was provided. There was even a bread bin (not seen one in an Orlando villa before) The wine fridge was a great idea. If we visit the Orlando area again we will definitely be booking to stay here. An amazing villa! We've been coming to Orland for the past 20 years with my wife and our 7 children. This villa has been one of the nicest ones we've stayed at. It was clean, spacious, had a big pool with a nice view of the lake - perfect for sitting and enjoying your morning coffee! The location is great, very close to Disney, restaurants and shops. The owner, Sharon was great in all communications always responded promptly with answers to any questions. We had an amazing time, one of the best holidays so far, we would definitely stay here again!

Having stayed at 4 villas in Florida since 1999 We stayed here for the first time in mid January 2019 and I must say the villa instantly felt like home, Sharon was there on our arrival to greet us and answer any questions we had and made us welcome, the villa is wonderfully designed from the breezy fresh layout to the smallest details and ammenetis provided , the linens and beds were a joy and the 2 family areas were utilised regularly as they are a so relaxing, There was an unforseen issue that arose that was out of the control of Sharon or her management team and they were efficient and kind in correcting it for us for which we were most grateful. This is by far and away the best villa in Florida or anywhere else in the world we have stayed at and we hope to return year after year to this wonderful home The Roberts Family

Just returned from a fabulous fortnight staying at Lakeview Villa. 11 of us in all, 5 children and 6 adults. The house is modern and stocked with everything we needed and more. Sharon has done a great job in renovating and it is very comfortable. Would highly recommend to any groups who want to be close to the parks and the strip. Thank you Sharon.

This is not our first stay in one of Sharon's homes, and now we would not stay with anyone else. The villa was thoughtfully designed to an extremely high standard, and the service provided during our stay could not be faulted in any way. It's lovely first thing in the morning sitting with a cup of tea on the patio and soaking in the beauty of the place as it is just so relaxing. Similarly to come back from parks and outings to dip in the pool then enjoy the tranquility of the view from the house is a great way to finish the day. Sharon clearly puts a lot of thought into ensuring her guests are well looked after and we cannot commend her and her staff highly enough. Our next visit cannot come soon enough!

Fantastic villa with everything you could hope for; including a well stocked kitchen, separate wine/beer fridge, gas BBQ, and great location for Walmart and all the Theme parks. Every morning we went for a run, it was lovely to go around the lakeside location, with shops and restaurants on our doorstep, we felt we couldn't have been better placed. Any teething issues we did have were quickly remedied and everyone had a super time! I would recommend this villa to anyone.

This 6 Bedroom Villa is superb. It's been refurbished to a very high standard and wants for nothing. We were a party of 12 and this spacious Villa accommodated us all more than adequately, with everything you need and more. Set in an idyllic location, overlooking the lake, the pool and patio area has the sun all day. Convenient for local supermarkets and restaurants, and the Disney Parks are literally 10 to 15 minutes away. Dealing with the owner Sharon was a pleasure, she was very prompt and professional at all times. This was sixth occasion that we've been to Florida, and this Villa is by far the best, and highly recommended. Would love to return one day, thanks for the superb experience which made a great holiday.

We were a party of 8 golfers who all needed there own space and this villa had it all. An incredible south facing vista around the pool, completely refurbished to the highest standards with a true eye for detail, amenities around the corner on the main road to Disney and an abundance of quality golf courses nearby. I have been lucky to have stayed in numerous villas in this area and without doubt this is the best value for money any where in Kissimmee - first class. We had the good fortune to meet Sharon, the owner and throughout our dealings with her she was very professional and extremely friendly.

have just returned from a 2 week holiday with my family with ages ranging from 80 - 21. This villa has been recently refurbished to a very high standard. We have been lucky enough to have taken other holidays to Florida but never stayed so close to the attractions before. It takes 5-10 mins to Disney and 15-20 mins to Universal and SeaWorld Good selection of restaurants less than 5 mins away and Walmart a 5 min drive. We also used Uber a lot when going out for evening meals rather than drive and waited no longer than 5 mins and rates are cheaper than home! Fixtures and fittings are to a very high standard with everything you would need a more. In addition to the main TV each bedroom has a flat screen TV. Plenty of pool and house towels so no need to bring your own. Good outside space around the pool and not overlooked as directly next to the lake. When researching private villas you are always worried it is not a scam but as soon as we confirmed our booking we received all the information we needed by return, and Sharon the owner, always responded promptly with answers to any questions. Had a really great time and house was lovely. Stayed in 8428 this time and villa was really nice. Sharon had just renovated this one so virtually every thing was brand new and Sharon had missed nothing. All condiments and facilities well covered and Sharon popped round a couple of times to make sure everything was o.k. We rent from Sharon for January and February and have never been let down on attention to detail. Suspect after having had grand kids over for the water parks we will be making August as well on a regular basis. Lovely landlady and really great Villas.
