Location
Sunset Lakes is located just off the main 192 West. Disney World Resort is approx. 5 minutes’ drive. Universal Studios Wet ‘N’ Wild, Sea World and the International Drive area 15–20-minute drive. There are many, many fabulous golf courses within a 5-minute drive. It’s just a hop, skip and jump to some of Orlando’s finest shopping, dining and entertainment venues.
Orlando International Airport is 30 minutes’ drive. Sanford Airport is 1 hour drive. The fabulous beaches of the Gulf Coast are 1.5 hours’ drive away and the Atlantic beaches are 1 hour away.

10% deposit to hold the reservation.
Remaining balance due 10 weeks prior to departure.
We require a £150.00 ($250.00) damage deposit with the final payment 10 weeks before departure.

Perfect!
The location was fab, so close to Disney, the area and lake view was stunning, the villa was so comfortable and immaculately clean and I can’t fault Sharon and her maintenance team for immediate response to a slight hiccup
I would not hesitate to recommend this Villa to anyone looking for a trouble free holiday in Orlando

Home away from home
Me and my family have been going over to Florida for 13 years now and this property really is a home away from home and it's certainly the best property we have stayed in so far.
It's in a lovely gated area so it's secure, the house is very modern and very well maintained, It's very spacious for all the family and overall just a gorgeous home.
Then add to the fact you have an absolutely stunning view of the lake out back while you relax in front of the pool it's so peaceful. If I could give 6 stars I would, not only for what I've mentioned above but dealing with Sharon who is an absolute pleasure to deal with, very responsive and just wants to make sure you have the best trip possible. We were only there a few days and got back onto Sharon to book it again for our next trip over, we can't wait to go back.
I HIGHLY recommend booking this villa.

A real gem!!
We have been to Florida several times over a period of 25 years with varying degrees of satisfaction regarding our holiday accommodation.
This is the first time we have ever booked the same accommodation again for a return visit which demonstrates the high degree of overall satisfaction we enjoyed while staying in this villa. This property reflects the care Sharon takes in maintaining the high standards within the villa and the experience of her guests while staying there.
Booking the villa was not straightforward for us as a party of eight and Covid played its part in causing us to reorganize things on several occasions over a three-year period. Sharon was wonderful, putting us at ease and reassuring us that nothing was too much trouble.
The villa itself is wonderfully spacious as can be seen on the available pictures and videos on the web site but experiencing the spacious entrance, the overall layout upstairs and downstairs was a reassuring start to knowing we had a great space to chill out after all our exciting, but exhausting, adventures out and about. This villa gave all of us the opportunity for space, privacy and family times which was great. The pool is a good size which gave plenty of room for some energetic splashing around and the water is regularly tested by the maintenance team.
The villa is is well equipped with high quality, spotless furnishings including the beds, bedding, pillows and towels.
All of those who rent holiday self-catering accommodation will know the feeling of not wanting to sit on furniture, walk around barefoot, use the kitchen or bathroom facilities or sleep on the beds (yes, I do check the pillows and mattress) without almost ‘spring cleaning’ everything first. Well joy of joys, none of that was necessary in this villa as everything was spotlessly clean, fresh and stain and sticky touch free.
Many of us who have been to Florida will know about the cockroaches and other unwelcome guests to varying degrees but Sharon obviously has a robust pest control programme in place because there was a distinct absence of unwelcome visitors for the three weeks we were there.
Similarly, we had an issue with a tap in the bathroom which was responded to immediately and with minimal disruption to our comfort, even swapping the tap system from hot water to cold to ensure we could use the facilities until he returned with the replacement a few hours later. That is what we call first class customer service.
The location of the villa is ideal for local supermarkets (Publix and Walmart) and also for Walgreen’s chemist. There are ample places to eat out nearby and of course, the Disney parks are only a few minutes away.
As I said before, we have already booked our next Florida holiday in this villa which really says it all. Thankyou Sharon and team for all your effort in providing such a clean and comfortable villa.

What a fabulous place to stay!
The villa has a stunning outlook onto the lake and is so well equipped with everything you could need and more! The location is great with plenty of facilities close by and a really short drive to Disney.
Excellent communication from Dawn & Alan for booking, directions and a welcome home follow up too.
We have stayed in many different villas in Orlando over the years but Sunrise Dream is by far the best. We would highly recommend a stay here to everyone and will most definitely be returning very soon soon!

Everything you need, just perfect.
This spacious villa has everything you need - it really is home from home. We stayed for two weeks Easter 2024. We were 6 adults and 3 children so this big 6 bedroom villa was perfect. Very spacious, immaculately clean and so well equipped. Great location, 15-30 mins from Disney parks and an hour from Universal. Very quiet and beautiful outlook onto the lake and not overlooked. Beautiful.

Amazing villa
The whole experience with Sharon has been amazing. We had to change our dates due to covid, Sharon was so understanding and obliging even kept the price the same for us 3 years later, truly professional. All the information we received prior to our visit was extremely useful and easy to understand. On arrival we actually got to the villa in the dark, lights were left on for us the house was gleaming from top to bottom and smelt amazing (I’m really fussy about that) instruction manual was in the house very easy to understand. All essentials left in house tea, coffee, sugar etc but we took our own as those sort of things are a bit pricey. Plenty of towels and the bed linen lovely quality. The pool had a security fence around it but we easily took this off and didn’t have kids, it’s a two man job but easily to put back when we left. If you do have children it’s great for peace of mind. The pool was heaven we paid extra to have heated and it was like a warm bath. The air conditioning is great and easy to control. Overall our experience was first class we definitely felt the luxury and did not want to come home. We definitely will be booking this villa again when we have saved up again.

Fantastic Villa and overall wonderful experience
Myself and family of 6 (adults and late teens) stayed at Sunset Villa In December 2023 and we had a wonderful time. The villa itself was just perfect in size, facilities, and the south facing pool area was great. Everything was clean and spotless and it was clear that the villa had been well looked after. Location wise, it was perfect; very close (10 mins) to Disney and only 20 mins to Seaword and just a little longer to Universal, and there is a Wallmart 5 mins away for all our groceries. Just 5 mins away from I-52 means the villa is close to a host of great restaurants and fast food outlets.
Sharon, the owner of the Villa, was very friendly and helpful before and during our stay. If we are fortunate enough to go back to Florida any time soon, I would not hesitate to ask Sharon if we could stay at her lovely villa again. Just wonderful.

This villa is excellent and 5 star's aren't enough to convey this, we had a bad start to our holiday at another villa, and after messaging a few other owners for availability we got a reply from Sharon offering us the chance to view before deciding, Sharon was confident that as soon as we saw her villa we'd take and she was right, as soon as we walked in it looked great and just felt nice, so we immediately called her to confirm the booking, and then spent just over 2 week's relaxing around the south facing pool in a very quiet gated community, we had a great time and will be looking at booking this villa if available in the future. Fabulous villa
We regularly visit Florida from the UK and always stay in villas where possible. This is probably the best we’ve ever stayed in. It’s actually better than it looks in the photos! It’s beautifully decorated and maintained, spotlessly clean and really well equipped! Lovely comfortable beds and a great place to come back to after a busy day out. Loved the south facing pool and the lake views. If you’re reading this review then don’t hesitate to book as you won’t be disappointed!
