Maywood House | Luxurious 5 Bed 4 Bath Orlando Villa on The Manor

Maywood house exceeded all expectations! The photos really do not do justice for how amazing the villa is. It’s very spacious and was clean on arrival. They provide everything you need for the perfect stay, towels, fully equipped kitchen, a games room, swimming pool & jacuzzi with lots of sun loungers, bbq and lots more. It’s the best place to be able to unwind after long days in the theme parks which are only a short drive away too. Also it’s located close to a supermarket and popular restaurants including millers ale house, longhorn, olive tree & fords garage which is great as you don’t have to travel far and can return back to the villa in no time to relax for the rest of the evening. The owners are really helpful and the booking process was super easy. We can’t wait to come back to Maywood house already, thank you so much for allowing us to have the best family holiday making lots of memories!

We have just returned from renting this villa, as a family of 6 adults and 2 children the villa was well equipped for what you could need. It was very clean had an amazing pool and seating area. Stephen and Louise couldn’t have been more helpful if we needed to speak to them. If we ever return, this area and villa would be our first choice. Thanks for a great stay, would highly recommend it!

We have just returned from 2 weeks at Maywood House and the whole family had a fantastic time! The house is huge with more than enough space for the 6 of us plus our little girl. The house is kitted out for everything you need for self catering and is in a great location with shops nearby and 20 mins from Disney!!! The neighbourhood is beautiful and very well kept, the street and surrounding areas are immaculate. The pool and jacuzzi is amazing after a long day at the parks and the pictures really don’t do it justice. Stephen and Louise had sorted a crib and high chair for our little one and it was ideal and took a huge weight off our minds before travelling. We would not hesitate to return and hope to do so one day in the future! Thanks again to Stephen and Louise for allowing us to stay in their beautiful home and sharing our family memories there.

We recently had a 2 week stay at this amazing home from home villa in April 2025. We were celebrating our silver wedding and decided to take our kids and our grandkids to the exciting theme park world of Orlando. The villa certainly made the whole experience so special! Before we arrived, Stephen and Louise answered all our questions promptly and were so helpful making sure we had everything ready at the villa for our youngest granddaughter, eg highchair and other equipment. The villa was easy to find and a good location for everything we wanted to do, Theme parks, Restaurants, being in a safe and secure, pleasant neighbourhood. It had a massive garden where we enjoyed sunbathing on our free days and the kids loved the pool. All the bedrooms suited our family perfectly. The kitchen was well laid out with all equipment necessary. Lounge areas were so comfortable and accommodated our needs. A beautiful, well spaced villa which had a comfy, homely feel we all loved.

We stayed in Maywood villa for 2 weeks it’s amazing Stephen and Louise were great from start to finish !! You will not be disappointed !! their management company are great too ..we were in hurricane Milton .Stephen got in contact the following morning which was very much appreciated ! Pool area is great and there is plenty space Local restaurants were fabulous Cracker Barrel for breakfast Longhorn for amazing steak and great pasta at The Olive Garden Best villa we have ever stayed in..we will return

We stayed at Maywood house for three weeks in Aiugust. This was our second time there and we loved it. The standards are as good as our first visit before COVID Stephen and Louise are excellent owners who make you feel so welcome Our family loved the freedom of the pool and the spacious villa that provided all you need to enjoy a home from home. Will be booking again for another wonderful family experience

What a fabulouse place to stay! We were with two teenagers and elderly parents and the house was perfect for all of us. Having the ground floor bedroom for my parents was a godsend. The whole property is beautifully maintained, stylish and practical with everything you need and more. Games room was well used and the pool area was of course where we spent most of our time (even in the rain!) Well situated with supermarkets and everything you need in easy distance. We don’t do disney (yeah, go figure!) and had a fabulous holiday with loads of days out. Thank you Louise and Steve for all the info prior to our stay…we will be back!!

We stayed at Maywood House in July for 2 weeks with our extended family, and genuinely cannot speak highly enough of the place. The house is absolutely beautiful, extremely well equipped and maintained to a very high standard throughout. Ahead of our trip Stephen and Louise were extremely helpful and approachable, answering all our questions and giving a feeling that nothing was too much hassle. We were provided with all relevant information before arrival, as well as having regular contact throughout our stay. Genuinely just the perfect hosts from start to finish! We travelled as a group of mixed ages from 5yrs old to mid 70’s and the house catered perfectly for every single person, with plenty entertainment for the children and more than enough space for the adults to sneak off to get peace when needed! We’ll definitely return to Florida again in the future and Maywood House will be top of our list for accommodation again. Very highly recommended! As soon as we stepped through the front door we felt at home as we'd stayed here a few years ago. I'd suffered a trapped nerve in my neck 2 days before travelling and the flight had been horrendous so coming back to a 'home' took alot of the stress away and I can recommend the chiropractor just round the corner! Pool was fab, the perfect temp and the weather was over 100 degrees for the beginning of the holiday so was an amazing way to cool off. Found the best steakhouse in 'Mannys' around a 20 mins drive. There are alot more restaurants since we last came and we used Uber Eats alot and had Taco Bell, Chinese, Pizza on the nights we didnt go out. The villa was comfortable, spacious and had everything you could ever need. We sat outside every evening chilling, playing cards and sipping wine in the jacuzzi. Great comms as ever with Stephen and this villa is still the best villa we have stayed in, in Florida. Great location for the parks, going over to the gulf coast, golf courses ( which I couldn't play this time due to my neck). Don't look any further for a villa ...this is the one for you!

This was our first visit to Maywood House, we had a wonderful 4 weeks with our family. Nothing was too much trouble prior for Stephen and Louise - even with our endless questions. The pool area was a real selling point for us, spacious, plenty of lounges, pool and spa temperatures were perfect. There is plenty of room for all the family to spread out and not be on top of each other, our boys loved the little park and tennis within the community grounds. The villa was easy to find, conveniently located for all theme parks and shopping. Thank you for sharing your wonderful home and we look forward to returning.
