The kitchen is really well equipped with everything you could possibly need. Plenty of crockery, glasses and cookware, we also provide melamine plates etc for use outside.

There is a small play park and a tennis court exclusively for residents and guests use on the estate just a minutes walk from the house. Tennis Rackets in games room.

We also have a gas BBQ area for alfresco cooking!!
The house sits on a large half an acre plot so beyond the enclosed pool area is a beautiful garden, because of the size of the lanai and garden we have the sunshine all day, from sunrise to sunset.
All towels and linen are provided including beach / pool towels.

Location
The Manor at West Haven offers luxury Orlando villas with private pools to rent located just off HWY54 in Davenport Florida. West Haven is a large estate made of six smaller communities, each with it's own gated entrance. As you enter West Haven, the approach is exceptionally attractive as you drive down a beautifully manicured driveway towards the holiday homes. West Haven is close to Champions Gates golf club and hotel, where you have restaurants, shops and a large Publix supermarket on your doorstep. The Manor at West Haven is the smallest of the gated communities, consisting of a single circular road called Burford Circle. As you enter the community, to the left is a tennis court, two child's play areas and communal pool which guests are welcome to use.

Rental rates additional information
Our Owner Direct prices are guaranteed the lowest available online. A simple 20% deposit secures your booking. Minimum stay 7 nights (unless otherwise stated). A cleaning fee of £135 applies bookings of 10days or less.
The current Florida sales and use tax is 13.5% AND IS INCLUDED IN THE RATES LISTED AND WE DONT ADD IT ON. There are absolutely no hidden extras!

Stunning villa stay
Maywood house exceeded all expectations! The photos really do not do justice for how amazing the villa is. It’s very spacious and was clean on arrival. They provide everything you need for the perfect stay, towels, fully equipped kitchen, a games room, swimming pool & jacuzzi with lots of sun loungers, bbq and lots more. It’s the best place to be able to unwind after long days in the theme parks which are only a short drive away too. Also it’s located close to a supermarket and popular restaurants including millers ale house, longhorn, olive tree & fords garage which is great as you don’t have to travel far and can return back to the villa in no time to relax for the rest of the evening. The owners are really helpful and the booking process was super easy. We can’t wait to come back to Maywood house already, thank you so much for allowing us to have the best family holiday making lots of memories!

Fantastic Villa
We have just returned from renting this villa, as a family of 6 adults and 2 children the villa was well equipped for what you could need. It was very clean had an amazing pool and seating area. Stephen and Louise couldn’t have been more helpful if we needed to speak to them. If we ever return, this area and villa would be our first choice. Thanks for a great stay, would highly recommend it!

Amazing 2 Weeks Family Holiday at Maywood House
We have just returned from 2 weeks at Maywood House and the whole family had a fantastic time! The house is huge with more than enough space for the 6 of us plus our little girl.
The house is kitted out for everything you need for self catering and is in a great location with shops nearby and 20 mins from Disney!!!
The neighbourhood is beautiful and very well kept, the street and surrounding areas are immaculate.
The pool and jacuzzi is amazing after a long day at the parks and the pictures really don’t do it justice.
Stephen and Louise had sorted a crib and high chair for our little one and it was ideal and took a huge weight off our minds before travelling.
We would not hesitate to return and hope to do so one day in the future!
Thanks again to Stephen and Louise for allowing us to stay in their beautiful home and sharing our family memories there.
