Maywood House | Luxurious 5 Bed 4 Bath Orlando Villa on The Manor

Thank you Stephen and Louise for sharing your beautiful villa with us. It really felt like home from home so comfy and inviting. As a family of 10 (including 4 small children) the villa worked well for us, more than big enough to accommodate us all…..recommend the downstairs bedroom for the Grandparents! ??. The pool was amazing, crystal clear and extremely safe for the children. Huge garden… shame we didn’t have more time to enjoy it. Our only regret is that we didn’t stay longer to recover from 2 weeks in the parks. Finally thank you for your advice and dining recommendations, all superb….. special mention to Louise for recommending the Duck Duck Razz!!! Xx????

Just home from our 2nd stay at the gorgeous Maywood House. This villa truly has everything you need for your holiday in Orlando whether you are doing the parks or chilling by the pool. Steven and Louise have been super and gave all the information we needed. The villa was spotless on our arrival and the pool area is well maintained. The rooms are all of a good size and so comfortable. Since our last visit 5 years ago there are many more eating places locally. Callan enjoyed unlimited time in the pool and sleeping in the Minion bedroom. Would thoroughly recommend Maywood House to anyone looking for a super, comfortable and well equipped villa holiday in Orlando.

If you are looking for a well equipped, high standard villa look no further than Maywood House. With only a 20 minute drive to Disney there are plenty of restaurants and shopping options en-route which make life much easier after a long day in the parks. We very much enjoyed relaxing in the outstanding pool and spa area before or after a park day, we particularly loved the TV outside and watching some American sports! The games room is amazing and many a ping pong / pool tournament was carried out whilst my hubby loved the ‘old school’ arcade games. Having the 2 Master bedrooms is perfect for a larger family like ours, as is the second lounge area. It was a little warm at night in the bedrooms, especially in the downstairs room but we managed using the ceiling fan. The villa is well equipped in every every from the kitchen to the plentiful good quality towels and spare bedding for all the beds. Communication from Louise and Stephen was great with them coming to our rescue after our flight was cancelled - made the situation much easier to deal with and we can’t thank them enough. If you are looking for a high quality villa with great hosts look no further you have found your place.

Amazing villa, extremely spacious and has everything you need! The pool was great and benefited us having the safety fence for small children, all inflatables and floats provided. Perfect location for Disney and universal studios. We needed to contact Louise when out there and she was very helpful and quick in replying.

We have recently returned from a fabulous stay at Maywood house. Clean and bright comfortable family home. We are a big family group with ages ranging from 9-70. The house and outdoor space didn’t disappoint. The villa easily parked our 2 cars, they fitted with ease. The layout of the villa was great, plenty of seating both inside and out, fantastic games room. The area is easy to access shops and restaurants, one of our favourites was Kekes for breakfast. Stephen and Louise were great and very informative, answering any queries. I would go back tomorrow if I could. Thank you for sharing your wonderful villa.

Well what can I say from the minute we walked through the door of your fabulous villa we knew we had made the right choice. The way it was presented was like walking into a hotel can’t praise Stephen and Louise for all there hard work making our holiday special. Loved the big pool as I use it every day temperature was just right for a swim. Got watching a few World Cup matches on the big screen and after a long day out and about it was relaxing just to come back to the villa to put the feet up. It truly felt like home from home and would recommend it to anyone for a holiday in florida Without a doubt the best villa we have stayed in while on holiday in florida and would book it again definitely so thanks again Stephen and Louise.

We walked back into Maywood House and said WOW we are home. It had been a few years due to covid but it was everything we remembered and more. Stunning and immaculate. The reason for our visit this time round (as well as all the Disney/Universal parks) was to scatter dads ashes at Cocoa Beach and eat a steak at the Angus steak bar. We lost dad 4 years ago, he took us out to cocoa beach and the steak house as a whole family so we thought it was fitting to lay him to rest there. Very emotional day but one we will remember forever. What can I say about the villa, well WOW is not enough, it is a stunning home in which both Stephen and Louise should be very proud to share. Up every morning at 6 watching the sunrise sat by the pool with a cuppa. We saw a few shooting stars in the evening which was amazing. Not far to the parks and everything you need from Walmart to outlet shopping. Cannot thank Stephen and Louise enough, they will answer any question anytime of the day. They both definitely go the extra mile for you to enjoy your stay.

We recently returned from our stay at Maywood House. Communication beforehand was great including updates and what to expect following Hurricane Ian and Stephen arranging a late check out filling flight delay. The villa was lovely and clean and the welcome gift was a welcome surprise. The home had everything and more than you could want, with the pool and the inflatables/toys being a huge bonus. Great location with plenty of restaurants nearby and easy access to the I-4 and US27. we look forward to future visits.

We had the pleasure of an amazing 3 week stay at Maywood House. From the moment we walked through the front door the WOW factor began. Extremely spacious, spotlessly clean, and equipped with everything you could possibly need and more. The games room was great and the pool and outside area absolutely amazing. The location of the villa is great, convenient for the parks and close to the local amenities. We recently returned from our two week holiday staying at Maywood House. The communication beforehand was great and when we arrived the villa was clean and inviting. Being holiday home owners ourselves we were impressed with all of the little extra touches. There were seven of us, spanning three generations. The pool was a great hit with our three grandchildren especially. We particularly enjoyed being able to eat in the dining area near the pool, in fact, we only ate indoors once, we enjoyed it so much! We have just returned from a stay at Maywood house. This was our second visit to the villa, and definitely not our last. We have stayed at many villas during our travels, and i have to say that this is definitely the best one that we have stayed at. Stephen and Louise are amazing. The Villa is so clean, very spacious and the pool area is fantastic. The Villa is very close to Disney parks, many shops and great restaurants. Like many, our holiday was cancelled due to covid. Our original villa was unavailable which was perhaps a blessing in disguise as we found Maywood house on a further search. Arriving at the villa, it was beyond our expectations. It was clean and spacious - better than the pictures, and the pool area was my absolute favourite. Close to amenities and not too far from the theme parks. Stephen and Louise were fantastic hosts and were always there when we had queries or issues, and if we went back I would not need to think twice about where to stay if they would have us back, and I would recommend Maywood house to anybody.

Great help prior to travel with still some restrictions in place , always on hand should the need be there for any guidance and help ,this home is a 100% for in a bed winner excellent facilities for a large family to have plenty of space ,this home has everything you require and more ,been going for about 20yrs now and this home and location is top drawer high key recommend

We've just returned from the most amazing stay at Maywood House and I would highly recommend this rental. Stephen and Louise offered outstanding customer service from start to finish, providing all the necessary information to ensure a very smooth and easy booking. We were a party of 10 and as this property is so spacious, there was plenty of room to accommodate us all. The Pool and Spa area are just stunning and was made good use of! Maywood House was in immaculate condition and was well equipped with everything we needed. The games room was definitely a bonus! The villa is perfectly located to most of the theme parks which was great plus Publix, Walmart and Target were only a short drive away as is Champions Gate which boasts plenty of great eateries. We are just back from another amazing holiday to Florida! It was our first stay at Maywood House and our experience from start to finish was just fantastic. The location of the villa was ideal for our many trips to the various parks and the villa itself was excellent - the large pool and extensive gardens were a huge hit with all of our family, especially our young grandson and the accommodation throughout was clean, well appointed and maintained and provided everything we needed….and more. We stayed at Maywood House in November 2021 after our 2 previous bookings were cancelled due to COVID-19 We were a 4 generation family of 10 and can honestly say after 25 years of visiting Florida this was the BEST YET, the extra large plot was great for our football (soccer) mad grandsons who had plenty of room to let of steam. The house was well presented and was perfect for the multi age group mix of our party. The facilities were excellent and enjoyed by everyone. The grandchildren loved the pool that enjoyed full sun from mid morning.. We will definitely be back and would have no hesitation in recommending Maywood House & The owners Stephen & Louise to anyone. The Welcome pack left by Stephen & Louise was a nice surprise.

Due to C-19 we had to cancel twice during 2020 eventually getting the green light in November 2021 We were a party of 10 (4 generation’s) ranging in age from 8 -78 Everyone was really impressed with every aspect of the villa. We have been visiting Florida for over 20 years and can honestly say this was by far the best villa we’ve ever used. The owners Stephen & Louise were very accommodating regarding the lockdown etc and we spoke on a regular basis throughout 2020/2021 The large plot was such a bonus with 2 soccer mad grandsons who loved to let offsteam in the garden. All the facilities were excellent and we thoroughly enjoyed at stay at Maywood House. We will be back that’s for sure. Thanks to the Conroy’s for sharing their beautiful house.

Maywood House receives the lovliest 5* star reviews, but you can see that we have not received any reviews since the end of February 2020. This is due to the covid-19 pandemic and travel restrictions . All of our guests travel from the UK and we have spent the last year moving our guests from 2020 to 2021 , so Maywood House has had a year’s rest from visitors . We have a great management team taking care of our beautiful home and when restrictions are lifted we can’t wait to welcome guests once more.

We have just returned from a wonderful 5 day break The house was excellently cleaned and the pool was lovely and warm, lovely indoor and outside space, and very spacious bedrooms. The house is in a gated community and had a very safe feel to it, and a nice children's area and a tennis court on the community. I would give The owners were ?? for communication, and they were able to add an additionally night for us with 1 days notice due to unexpected UK weather, which we were so grateful for. The private garden and gated community is a huge plus and it's very near to championsgate community. I have already recommended this to a colleague for a vacation in 2021 and would ?? return to the house again. Overall a wonderful place to stay - Highly recommend

Maywood house is the best holiday villa we have ever stayed in. Its an a beautiful quiet location with fab gardens and pool to escape the hustle and bustle of the parks relaxing on the sun loungers under the stars was pure bliss! The villa is very well equiped and having en suites was great we were all ready to leave for the parks at same time haha if your wanting to book a villa in florida then look no further then maywood house its just amazing and we will most definatley be back no doubt about it.. to call maywood house our home for our holidays was as amazing as disney itself... what a beautiful home you have Stephen and Louise thank you for letting us share it.

Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful villa, we have had a fantastic holiday in Florida and couldn't have asked for a better home to stay in. The villa has everything you could possible need, the pool area is exceptional with a lovely shaded area and plenty of sun beds to relax on. It is so peaceful as it is not overlooked by anyone with an amazing garden. The house is very spacious and immaculately clean, there were six in our party and there was plenty of room to accommodate us all. The games room was a particular favourite for our two boys aged 18 and 16, the parks are approximately 20-25 minute drive and it was heaven coming back from a busy day at the parks to such a luxurious house to have a swim or just simply relax. If we ever return to Florida we would definitely return to Maywood House. Once again thank you to Stephen for a stress free holiday and a beautiful house to stay in.

What can I say? Stephen & Louise have thought of everything. We absolutely loved our stay at Maywood House, it was pure luxury. The house is very spacious & the Games Room was very popular with our 14 year old son. When we moved onto our second location my brother said he felt like he’d moved from the Savoy to a Holiday Inn Express, even though the apartments were still very nice. The pool area is so relaxing & we ate outside most nights. We can not recommend Maywood House highly enough ??xx

We stayed at Maywood House at the beginning of July and what a treat it was. The facilities in the house are of very high quality and everything was in pristine condition for our party of 9. The hi speed wifi for the kids was brilliant, the quality of televisions and their locations throughout the house allowed us to have our own space and time within the house as well as externally. The pool, spa and garden area was just brilliant. The villa is perfectly situated for accessing all Disney parks and the local eateries in particular in Championsgate were excellent. I would not hesitate in recommending this superb villa to anyone it made our time in Floruda just that little bit more special.

The villa itself was exceptional, the facilities were everything you expect from 5 star and more. The main bedrooms were very spacious and en-suites a were of the highest quality providing both a separate shower and bath. We stayed as a group of 9 with children and adults of ages varying from 16 to 62. The games room, tv and gaming facilities meant that whilst in the villa everyone had space and plenty to keep them occupied. The pool and jacuzzi spa were the icing ok the cake. This villa has everything you need to feel special and spoiled on your holiday whilst being only 20mins from the Disney parks. Lastly the service from Stephen and Louise was second to none. Nothing was too much trouble before, during and after the holiday. It was nice to rent from owners that are passionate and put all their love into the villa and making it special for their guests. It was a home from home but much much better!!

This was our second visit to Maywood House. The house itself is located in a great position with no other properties over looking you,not to mention only about a 20 minute drive from most attractions and 30minutes from Orlando Airport. The property is very easy to find with good instructions given before hand. Very well equipped with all required kitchen ware. The house is well maintained and very clean, loved the big thick fluffy towels. Although there was only the two of us staying in the property there is ample space and living areas for a couple of families easily. Will defiantly be returning in 2020. Such a great place to relax and unwind, but knowing plenty of attractions & entertainment is just down the road. Many thanks Stephen & Louise.

My family and I had a fantastic 2 weeks stay at Maywood House, which everyone enjoyed, from my young Grandkids who played in the pool every spare minute, to my wife & I, who found Maywood House a great retreat when returning back from the busy (and very hot) theme parks. As other reviewers have said, the patio/pool is the showstopper, as the pool is well proportioned and big enough to enjoy a swim. ...would love to revisit!

Just back from staying at Maywood House, this was our 2nd visit to Florida/Orlando as first visit we stayed at a hotel and didn't have a car and the holiday was disappointing! So 4 Years later we decided to try again and booked Maywood House Villa through the Conroys/McKewwans to see the difference, must say it's been an absolute fantastic holiday, from first contacting Stephan & Louise the help as been amazing regards car hire, park passes and the villa. The Villa is a mini mansion that sleeps 10 with so much room indoors and out which has a fantastic pool and jacuzzi (both heated). Location I'd ideal for parks/ mco airport and shopping etc Inc eating out, few nights we got a taxi to Champions Gate for eating out and drinks etc, only $8 for Uber taxi. Can't recommend this place and the help and advise you get enough. Don't hesitate to book ASAP.

Our family stayed at Maywood Vacation Rental March 14-28, 2019. We have stayed in many Florida vacation homes over the years and this is by far the best. The property is 5 star - the interior and the exterior are immaculate. The backyard is completely fenced off and the gardens are beautiful. Stephen and Louise are wonderful to deal with. We have recommended this villa to friends and would love to stay again on future trips.

We couldn’t have been happier with our stay at Maywood House. Arrangements for arrival and checkout were really simple and the house was beautiful, clean and spacious. The highlight for us was the pool. We’ve stayed in a number of Orlando villas before and never found Outdoor space which was so vast and not overlooked at all. We had a very small problem during our stay with a battery in a smoke alarm and someone was with us to fix it within an hour. We hope to be able to stay again in the future.

We have been going to florida since 2000 and have stayed in hotels and 6 different villas no need to look anymore we have the very best in Maywood house. It has everything you need and more So close to Disney Champions Gate but the best bit is going back to the villa relaxing around the pool with a nice glass of wine. What can I say but what a fantastic experience from booking to leaving. Emails promptly responded too and lots of information regarding the Villa and surrounding areas. The Villa is spacious (there were 10 of us) but we were never tripping over each other. Everything is well appointed, a brilliant games room and the pool and jacuzzi were fab before and after long days in the parks. We've been lucky enough to visit Orlando on several occasions and this is the stand out Villa of them all. At the rear is a lovely garden and pool area which aren't overlooked, something very hard to find, with nearly all other new build villas built on top of each other, something we really dislike as you have no privacy. The space and tranquility here are second to none and what we'd been looking for in a villa for a long time. We'd go back tomorrow without a shadow of doubt.

We have just spent one month in this wonderful villa. Cant praise it enough. This is our 7th holiday at the Manors as we love the location. This is the best villa we have stayed in. Beautiful views that are not overlooked. Lovely pool and lanai. Comfortable outdoor funiture. The kitchen is very well stocked with equipment and the lounge funiture is excellent . We loved it and thank Stephen and Louise for allowing to use their home. Highly recommended.

Just returned from a 2 week holiday in this lovely villa. This was our 4th trip to Florida and the best villa yet. Perfectly positioned about half an hours drive from all the parks/International Drive and the 192. If you are a golfer there are many great courses within a short distance (the International course at Championsgate and Falcon's Fire were our favourites). Great large villa so we are all had space and great pool area - worth getting the pool heating so you can enjoy a late night swim after you get back from the restaurants. Games room was fun and the pool area was a nice size. Stephen was prompt and professional in dealing with all aspects of the booking so do not hesitate to book this lovely Floridian accommodation for your next holiday!

Recently returned from a 3 weeks stay. We were a family of ten, 6 adults and 4 children. The house is well suited for this number of people, you never felt on top of each other and there was always somewhere to go for some quiet down time. The children loved the pool area, could never get them out. They also enjoyed the large garden, looking for geckos. My Mum told me to meantion that the bath was great. Due to her disability she cannot get into a bath at home. However at Maywood the baths have a seat moulded into them, which allows you then to lower yourself into the bath. She was in heaven, especially after a long day at a park. The house is well situated, about 20 minutes drive to the parks and 30 minutes ,depending on time of day to the premium shopping outlet.

We stayed here in June 2018 and had the best holiday! The house itself is beautiful, really clean and very comfortable. Our children loved the swimming pool, garden and games room (they also loved the xbox) The house was stocked with everything imaginable. The location of the property is ideal for the parks, the beach and shopping - all of which we did! The owners were a pleasure to deal and were really helpful in helping us plan our perfect holiday! We have just returned from 17 nights in this fantastic villa. 2 families of 4, and the space we had was great. 2 Fab master suites so no arguing over which couple had the best room! The location was perfect, 25 mins drive from all things Disney and 30-40 mins from Universal attractions. Great pool and spa, we paid for pool heating which was definitely worth it. This was our 3rd visit to Florida staying in a villa and Maywood house was by far the best! The house itself is immense, allowing you to have your own space when away with family whilst not losing any of the comfort factor. You have everything there that you need making it feel like a home rather than a holiday let. We spent all of our time outside in the pool, Jacuzzi and pool sitting area when we were not visiting the Parks, because you were so exhausted when you returned meant you could relax and that we did. The pool was heated and what a difference it made. With this and the games room the kids (and big kids) were completely entertained. The location of the house is ideal just a few miles from the main interstate. Stephen was fantastic in communicating with us prior to our visit. I really have no negative things to say about the house, except that we now have high expectations of what we want and will be returning to Maywood House in the future when we return to Florida.

We have spent our holidays in Florida for the past seventeen years, we thought we had found the perfect villa five years previous and stayed there ever since. We visit Florida regularly for our holiday and this year was a real treat ! Maywood House is a fantastic place to stay , to say there’s plenty of room is an understatement, the villa is beautiful , the pool is great , we had so much fun staying here , rooms are very nice , everything you need and more . Stephen the owner was very helpful answering all my emails as and when ,a real pleasure to deal with . The villa was very easy to find and very secure . We had a great time staying in this lovely house. I'm missing the poolside BBQs already! We were able to drive to the theme parks really easily each day, as well as attempt some surfing at Cocoa beach. Thanks for a great holiday!

This was our first holiday to Orlando with hopefully many more to come. We stayed at Maywood House for 2 and a half weeks and the villa was beautiful. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, big pool area ideal for outside family meals and all the amenities you could ever require. The Location was ideal just down I4 and close to champions gate where we had some lovely meals at Millars and very central for visits to the parks. We hope to stay at Maywood house again in the near future, as we truly are converted Orlando tourists!!! :) Thank you for making our first experience of Florida a very special one.

Since we first visited central Florida in 2001, we learned that your holiday is only good as your base. We all agreed that Maywood House proved to be the best ever house that we have stayed at during our 5 visits here. The house has been carefully thought out by Stephen and Louise with little (and more importantly) big kids in mind, in order that after a long day at the parks or shopping in the malls, relaxation is effortless. There is something for everyone at Maywood House and the corner-plot garden adds a totally new perspective to Florida holiday homes. Very safe and immaculate gated community, minutes away from the Interstate 4 and shops, restaurants, cinema and anything you could ever need. Disney 25 minutes, Tampa one hour. Look no further for the complete holiday home. We will return.

We have stayed in 8 different villas in Orlando over the years and I have to say this is one of the best. From the very beginning when booking the villa Stephen and Louise were extremely helpful and friendly with phone calls and emails. If space is what your looking for then this villa certainly has plenty of that, both inside and out. After a day at the theme parks it was great to come back to the wonderful pool and the peace and quiet location. I can't think of any negative comments I could make but there are a couple of suggestions which I hope Stephen and Louise won't mind me saying. The first is it would be nice to have a cooler bag for the days when you go further afield and want to take a picnic. Also perhaps to have a spare full gas bottle for the barbecue. Reason being is that we had had a very busy day at the parks and on our way back to the villa had bought food for a bbq. When we were ready to cook found that the gas bottle was empty so we then had to go back out to fill it up. As it was, we only used the bbq a couple of times so we left it almost full for the next visitors. Maybe guests could do this for the next visitors. Which I hope will be us, as we will definitely be going back to Maywood House.

Well what can I say apart from WOW, from the moment we booked our holiday to arriving the service we received from Stephen and Louise was incredible. We felt like part of their family. Upon arriving at Maywood House we drove through and found the area to be tranquil, so quiet, all we could hear were the birds. This meant we were going to enjoy our stay, especially as we had a bottle of champagne waiting for us too. Thank you both, that was a lovely touch. We walked into the house and all our jaws dropped, we could not believe our eyes which drew to the mosaic window. We felt so honoured as it was beautiful. Everyone loved their rooms and of course saw the pool and jumped straight in. The pool area was brilliant, even toys for Isla to play with. We ate several evenings outside. The location for the Disney parks was spot on. After a long day the pool definitely was our priority. Shopping malls and publix were right on our doorstep. Stephen recommended Miller's, of course it would be rude not to go, so we went three times and loved it. The service was second to none along with the food. Miller was also our maiden name so would have been rude not to try it out. One villa we would definitely recommend and look forward to going back.

This villa is a great choice - bags of room inside and out, located in a very peaceful gated community. On a couple of occasions we had hot -air balloons drift quietly over-head early in the morning; it was so peaceful that we could easily hear the gentle roar of the burners for the balloons. The villa has all the features and facilities one could wish for and is nicely located for all the major parks, easily found via sat-nav from MCO (although directions were provided). We've just returned from a three week stay and enjoyed days by the pool, dropping into parks in the afternoon, as well as spending a number of down-days around the villa. If the opportunity presents itself in the future, I would have no hesitation in booking this villa again (if it's available!!) Sad to be back home now...

We have just returned from Florida where we have rented 12 villas in the past , all have been great but Maywood house was the BEST, we were very happy with the size of the house/garden/pool, it is a real home from home , the leather sofas were of a very high quality as was the dining and bedroom furniture, the pool and deck areas were very large and the garden huge and very private, we can not thank the owners enough, in closing if you are able to book Maywoodhouse for your Florida trip then look no furtheryou will not be disappointed, Brian & Una Hyman & Family

Prior to leaving the owner called and made sure we had all the info and codes required for entry and directions to the Villa. We found the villa using the Google sat nav on the mobile phone, all with no issues at all. On arrival the villa was spotless and was very welcoming with the Christmas tree decorated and a welcome Box of goodies, after 14 hrs travelling it was great to fins all as described and to grasp just how huge this property is. All the bedrooms were off a great size and comfort level, the living areas were generous and the kitchen facilities were more than ample. The pool & hot tub were well maintained and we will miss the availability of them back home thats for sure, outside sitting areas were plentiful and all the seating is in excellent condition. The only points to raise and believe me they are very minimal, No stock of toilet rolls, only 2 dishwasher tablets & No Coffee, salt & Pepper or sugar in the welcome pack, none of these detracted from the very excellent villa only a minute niggle !

Without doubt the best villa we have stayed in quality everywhere and very comfortable making it easy too chill after a long day at the theme parks.Pool and garden well maintained and villa has every electrical appliances you could ask for also a games room for those who are more active. We found getting to the villa very easy from the airport,theme parks and eating places. Overall we had a fantastic holiday with memories which will last a lifetime and the villa played a huge part. Stephen and Louise you should be proud as you have got this villa spot on and we would have no hesitation in booking again when we decide to return to Florida.

We had a perfect 2 weeks in Stephen and Louise’s villa. Firstly, Stephen and Louise were so helpful and accommodating when we booked the villa with lots of tips and advice. With their personal touch they really do care that you have a great time and enjoy their villa to the full. The villa is set in the immaculate, quiet gated community of The Manors at Westhaven just down from Champions Gate. The villa is decorated to a very high standard and is well-maintained - exactly as shown on the website. We were a group of 8 and had loads of space with the kids each getting their own room. It had everything you needed to get you started. The kitchen with large fridge/freezer and dishwasher to the utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer were perfect and well used. When checking out every area of this villa all you could hear was shouts of ‘Wow!’, ’ Come and look at this!’ and ‘This is unbelievable!’ This villa will NOT disappoint. Outside to the rear, the garden was very very big and private, unlike anything we have seen before. You could play a five a side football game easily in it! There was an area outwith the covered pool for sunbathing, the feeling of space and privacy is exceptional. The pool and spa area is huge. At night the pool area and garden is beautifully lit up, is so relaxing and with wine in hand, sitting in the spa we were thinking we’d won the Lotto! We ate outside by the pool a few times. Bathrooms are a very good size with good showers in each. The garage was a great games room with pool table, table tennisand. We didn’t explore the community as we felt we didn’t need to as everything you needed was catered for within the villa and its gardens. Getting back to Stephen and Louise, they really do care that you enjoy your stay in their villa. Stephen gave us a phone call after a couple of days to see how we were settling in and if we needed anything. They made you feel part of their family!

We have stayed in many Orlando/Kissimmee villas over the past 20 years and also owned our own just down the road from Maywood House. We stayed here in September 2016 and the standard is very high. Great pool area and Lanai, very spacious with excellent furniture. Very private for those lazy pool days. Inside is large and spacious again with high specification throughout. We will certainly book again for our next visit.

Having stayed in villas in Orlando for the past six years .I can honestly say that this villa goes the extra mile for comfort and entertainment. The house is beautifully decorated and maintained to a high standard. The pool and garden areas are the best we have experienced and we loved the poolside t.v !! The games room is also very well equipped for a fun family evening in . I would also like to thank Louise for calling to give us helpful advice about the area prior to us arriving. The villa is well decorated and very spacious. We had a fantastic stay and loved that we weren't overlooked while poolside. The location was perfect, parks and shopping were in easy reach. Having just returned from Maywood House I am compelled to write this review to let anyone looking for a beautiful Villa in Florida that this is the one to book!! The space in Maywood House is amazing so even with my husband and myself our two children and their families we never felt on top of one another. We paid for the pool heat and I would do again in a heartbeat as it meant we could have a late night swim when we got back from a busy day at the parks Stephen & Louise have done a fantastic job with this Villa and were a pleasure to deal with ......even surprising us with a fresh bakery delivery of cakes and cookies during our first few days (thank you very much) We will be back to Maywood House as soon as we possibly can

The house is in a great location and has everything you could possibly need. The zip code, the rooms, the furnishings, the facilities, the layout, the games room, the pool, the corner plot and the attention to detail are all spot on. The owners, Stephen and Louise are the most helpful of people to deal with and nothing is too much trouble. We have to say a big thanks for providing our two families with the perfect place to stay. We now have a whole host of fond memories and wonderful experiences to cherish... until we re-book and stay again!

We have stayed in villas before but this one is by far the best it's pure luxury and well appointed. The villa has everything you could possibly need the rooms are all large and decorated to the highest of standards. The pool deck is lovely with lots of sun beds to soak up the Florida sun . Louise and Steven could not have been more helpful we are already planning our next trip .

Having read all the reviews below, it is hard not to be repetitive! We have also stayed in many Orlando area villas since the 1980s, including others in Westhaven. On this occasion we needed a large one for our global family get-together for Christmas for the first time in a number of years. We were not disappointed and we can honestly say this was the best by far for space, amenities and privacy. The corner plot and extended walled garden are terrific - and the house is very quiet and not overlooked at all. Owners Stephen and Louise are a pleasure to deal with and couldn’t be more helpful and accommodating – even providing us with a Christmas tree –set up and lit awaiting our arrival.

We have stayed in many villas over the years we have been holidaying in Orlando and we can safely say, this is, without doubt, the best villa we have stayed in. Everything you could need is in the villa, the pool, the very private garden, there is nothing to dislike!. The location is great and is so quite. We had the most wonderful family holiday in Orlando and our stay at the brilliant Maywood House certainly enhanced every aspect. The location is perfect, the furthest attractions were less than 30 minutes away, and many much closer. It makes a huge difference to stay in a residential area, with a large corner garden plot. The house was quiet, and it honestly felt like "home" for the 16 nights we spent there. The pool was a perfect size and temperature for our party of 7 - our 5 children rarely got out of the pool and Jacuzzi. The games room had everything you could want. The house is incredibly spacious, and we certainly made the right decision to spend a little more for an exceptional villa. We drove past so many smaller, crammed-in houses and said "thank you" daily that we have chosen Maywood House! The bedrooms were very well equipped, and there was everything you could want in the kitchen. It really was the perfect house, and we are already planning our next holiday to Orlando, and to Maywood House. Thank you especially to Stephen & Louise for great communication and for helping make our holiday so wonderful.

Maywood House is without doubt the most comfortable villa we have rented in our 20 years of holidaying in Orlando. Everything about the villa is first class, and the pool and spa are superb, and the advantage of the being the corner lot, is that our kids could play ball outdoors in this massive area, which does not come with many other rental properties. Indoors, the living areas are well laid out, and the 2 sitting areas proved invaluable, kids were so pleased to have there own lounge area, and for the first time, we were in a villa that was equipped to accommodate the number of guests it held, meaning we could all dine at the same table, both indoors and out. The bedrooms were unbelievably comfortable, games room was very well equipped and kept our kids more than happy of an evening. Stephen was most helpful with all aspects of our booking process, and was happy to answer all our questions, and had thought of everything within the villa to make his guests feel at home. I could go on and on, but honestly please do yourself a massive favour and book this property for a fantastic holiday in Florida, because I will be a return visitor without a doubt!

In one word Amazing. The owners have paid attention to detail to deliver exactly what every family needs for a fun, fab vacation. Will book again next time we go to Florida. We have just returned from an absolutely amazing 2 weeks in Maywood house! We received first class treament from the very start of our booking with Sephen and Louise who were truly wonderful! The villa is perfect, the bedrooms are all extremely comfortable and the two sitting rooms were fantastic!the pool and gardens were amazing and we made use of them every day!! Everything we could have possibly needed was catered for incl a cot and bedding, highchair, stair gate and plenty more!!This particular house is on a superb plot with a large secluded garden which out shines many others we have stayed in previously! This was our fifth trip to Florida and this is easily the best villa we have stayed in. There is a feeling of space inside and outside! We found the villa to be clean, and in a quiet and safe location but also well located for Champions Gate and the I4 for days out at theme parks etc. For our daughters the pool was a big attraction and with it's own garden with fence you are not overlooked by neighbouring houses. We also enjoyed some time in the games room. The owners are friendly and helpful and supplied all the info we needed for our stay. We really enjoyed our holiday and hope to return next year.
