This pool area does not get any better as our secure enclosed plot size is nearly 1/2 an acre

The kitchen is really well equipped with everything you could possibly need. Plenty of crockery, glasses and cookware, we also provide melamine plates etc for use outside.

There is a small play park and a tennis court exclusively for residents and guests use on the estate just a minutes walk from the house. Tennis Rackets in games room.

We also have a gas BBQ area for alfresco cooking!!
The house sits on a large half an acre plot so beyond the enclosed pool area is a beautiful garden, because of the size of the lanai and garden we have the sunshine all day, from sunrise to sunset.
All towels and linen are provided including beach / pool towels.

Location
The Manor at West Haven offers luxury Orlando villas with private pools to rent located just off HWY54 in Davenport Florida. West Haven is a large estate made of six smaller communities, each with it's own gated entrance. As you enter West Haven, the approach is exceptionally attractive as you drive down a beautifully manicured driveway towards the holiday homes. West Haven is close to Champions Gates golf club and hotel, where you have restaurants, shops and a large Publix supermarket on your doorstep. The Manor at West Haven is the smallest of the gated communities, consisting of a single circular road called Burford Circle. As you enter the community, to the left is a tennis court, two child's play areas and communal pool which guests are welcome to use.

Rental rates additional information
Our Owner Direct prices are guaranteed the lowest available online. A simple 20% deposit secures your booking. Minimum stay 7 nights (unless otherwise stated). A cleaning fee of £135 applies bookings of 10days or less.
The current Florida sales and use tax is 13.5% AND IS INCLUDED IN THE RATES LISTED AND WE DONT ADD IT ON. There are absolutely no hidden extras!

Fabulous villa
We stayed in Maywood villa for 2 weeks it’s amazing Stephen and Louise were great from start to finish !! You will not be disappointed !! their management company are great too ..we were in hurricane Milton .Stephen got in contact the following morning which was very much appreciated ! Pool area is great and there is plenty space
Local restaurants were fabulous
Cracker Barrel for breakfast Longhorn for amazing steak and great pasta at The Olive Garden
Best villa we have ever stayed in..we will return

Excellent
We stayed at Maywood house for three weeks in Aiugust.
This was our second time there and we loved it. The standards are as good as our first visit before COVID Stephen and Louise are excellent owners who make you feel so welcome
Our family loved the freedom of the pool and the spacious villa that provided all you need to enjoy a home from home.
Will be booking again for another wonderful family experience

What a fabulouse place to stay! We were with two teenagers and elderly parents and the house was perfect for all of us. Having the ground floor bedroom for my parents was a godsend.
The whole property is beautifully maintained, stylish and practical with everything you need and more.
Games room was well used and the pool area was of course where we spent most of our time (even in the rain!)
Well situated with supermarkets and everything you need in easy distance. We don’t do disney (yeah, go figure!) and had a fabulous holiday with loads of days out.
Thank you Louise and Steve for all the info prior to our stay…we will be back!!
