Welcome to our Stunning, Executive Private villa in the prestigious gated community of The Manors, West Haven. We are proud to offer you 5 star luxury accommodation less than 20 minutes from Disney World and other attractions. 2 Master en-suite bedrooms, 1 King and 1 twin bedroom share the 3rd bathroom.
All bedrooms have flat screen TV's.The open plan living area with comfortable seating has a 65" flat screen TV with cable TV, DVR and a XBOX / DVD player.
A games room has seating and a pool table, table football & dart board. Free internet and phone calls to international & local landlines only.
A fully equipped kitchen allows meals to be cooked or snacks made for the breakfast bar or dining areas.
Sliding doors from the living area lead to a west facing pool and spa giving sun all day. A covered Lanai gives shade from the sun if required. Fencing to the rear of the property and side hedging gives privacy.
Location
The Manor at West Haven offers luxury Orlando villas with private pools to rent located just off HWY54 in Davenport Florida.
West Haven is a large estate made of six smaller communities, each with its own gated entrance. As you enter West Haven, the approach is exceptionally attractive as you drive down a beautifully manicured driveway towards the holiday homes.
West Haven is close to Champions Gates golf club and hotel, where you have restaurants, shops and a large Publix supermarket on your doorstep.
The Manor at West Haven is the smallest of the gated communities, consisting of a single circular road called Burford Circle. As you enter the community, to the left is a tennis court, two child's play areas and communal pool which guests are welcome to use.

Another fantastic vacation.
We have just returned from our 3rd stay at this wonderful villa, contact with Ben seamless, location excellent, villa exceeds expectations, spa and pool excellent, everything spotless, cannot find anything negative to say at all. Memory of sitting outside with a nice glass of wine watching a timeless Florida sunset after a busy day, what more would you require!! Thank you Ben and Lynda once again for allowing us the use of your wonderful home there, and looking forward to stay No4 in the not to distant future.

Wow… what a place!!
We enjoyed a stayed in Ben and Lynda’s beautiful villa for 18 nights and it was absolutely stunning.. the villa is spotless with huge rooms and a stunning pool and hot tub which we used every day and night. The villa is fully equipped with everything that you need. It’s set in a stunning gated community and again very clean. It takes around 20 to get to Disney and around 35 for universal. Very straight forward getting there too. Ben and Lynda are also very quick with responses via email for any questions.
If you are thinking of going to Orlando and they have availability book it!! You won’t be disappointed!!!
Thanks again for fantastic time and we will definitely be in contact the next time we visit Florida.

Amazing stay in Florida
We had an incredible first trip to Florida, staying at Ben and Lynda's villa.
The villa was exceptionally clean and well appointed with plenty of living space. The pool area was fantastically clean and the kids loved spending time in the water.
The villa itself is in a private, gated community, which felt very safe and secure and was very quiet at all times of the day.
We found it took around 20 minutes to get to Disney World and around 45 minutes to Universal Studios Resort - which was ideal for us.
Supermarkets, restaurants, bars and fast food joints are all close by.
Communication prior to the trip was easy, Ben and Lynda were always quick to respond to any questions.
We had everything we needed and wouldn't hesitate to book here again in the future.

Excellent villa
Great villa, owners were really
Helpful from when we originally booked 3 years prior to going. Any questions we had they answered promptly.
Actual villa was very clean and comfortable, good amenities. Pool was clean and family friendly.

Florida villa stay
2nd time for a 2 week stay with my daughter and her young family at Ben and Lynda's Florida villa . There was everything we could ask for. The Villa was very clean and as before well presented with great facilities . It is situated in a quiet gated community and in a prime position for the shops and theme Parks .It was very easy dealing with Ben and Lynda from our initial enquiry to returning home and communication was spot on .We would have no hesitation in staying here again or recommending this home to family and friends.

Wonderful family stay
We had a wonderful stay in this villa in July this year.
Everything we needed to enjoy our stay was there and plenty room for myself, husband and 3 kids to relax and chill out.
Pool was beautiful and very welcoming after a long day at the parks.
Games room was also great fun and we attempted tennis at the courts on site but it was very hot!
Dealing with Ben and Lynda was hassle free from booking to answering questions we had before going.
Restaurants and shops a short drive away and getting to parks etc was easy-apart from the traffic.
Would recommend and stay again.
