Our stunning home is situated 20mins from Disney. 5mins from Champions gate golf courses and 5* Hotel complex, which is open to all. Private pool and spa area, south facing with sun from morning till night.

Has high-volted ceilings, 65" HD TV, Blu-ray player, surround sound system, high speed internet connection, and picturesque view of the swimming pool.
Kitchen
Is fully equipped with everything you will need and more.
Dining
The Dining area is located next to the kitchen and is perfect for both formal and casual meals. It has a full sized dining table seating 8.
Bedrooms
The 2 master bedrooms are en-suite with queen beds and tvs, both have patio doors leading onto the private pool deck. The 2 twin rooms also have their own bathrooms. One of the bedrooms has a Mickey Mouse theme.
Bathrooms
Four full bathrooms, two of which are ensuite with double sinks, walk in showers and bath tubs. Two with single sinks and bath tubs with showers.
Games Room
Equiped with 7ft pool table, foosball and table tennis.
Pool
South facing pool and spa enclosed on three sides. There is also a covered lanai and pool furniture.

High speed wifi connection.

Location
The Manor at West Haven offers luxury Orlando villas with private pools to rent located just off HWY54 in Davenport Florida. West Haven is a large estate made of six smaller communities, each with it's own gated entrance. As you enter West Haven, the approach is exceptionally attractive as you drive down a beautifully manicured driveway towards the holiday homes. West Haven is close to Champions Gates golf club and hotel, where you have restaurants, shops and a large Publix supermarket on your doorstep. The Manor at West Haven is the smallest of the gated communities, consisting of a single circular road called Burford Circle. As you enter the community, to the left is a tennis court, two child's play areas and communal pool which guests are welcome to use.

Beautiful Villa, lovely location
We have stayed in this villa once before in 2018 and it did not disappoint. Communication is key and this host keeps you informed right from your first enquiry. The villa itself is in a lovely quiet location and also close enough to Restaurants and shops. The kitchen was well equipped when we did decide to stay in. The house has everything that you could possible need and the pool area and house were spotless. We had paid for pool heat and when this was not on for our arrival Donald promptly offered a discount, this was very generous. Whilst there the entry gate system was updated and again we were given the details promptly to allow us to gain entry, Dee from the management company also checked that this was working for us. We have no hesitation in recommending this property, you will not be disappointed!

Amazing stay!
This villa was perfect for all our needs, lovely spacious villa and a great outdoor pool area with plenty of sun through out the day,
ideal location close to shops, restaurants,
not far from Disney,
Donald was great from start to finish great communication and very pleasant,
would highly recommend and we will definitely be returning

Amazing Villa perfect for your holiday in Orlando
This Villa is amazing, I have stayed in many villas over the years and this was the best, the 4 bedrooms all great in size and all had their own bathroom, the Villa had all the kitchen accessories needed and had the largest nicest sofa, the games room a great addition. The pool was large and got the sun all day, we did pay to heat the pool and the spa which was great as we could use it all day which helped after busy days at Disney.
The location was great next to shops and restaurants and easy access to HWY 27 and I4.
Donald was brilliant in his communication before and during the stay as was Dee from the management company who helped with a few questions I had.
We had the most amazing stay and will return in the future thanks again
