Welcome to our very recently refurbished beautiful holiday villa for you to enjoy in the Florida sunshine!
When you walk through the door into your Orlando vacation home you are greeted with a wonderful family room with new comfy furniture and 58" flatscreen smart TV, with views out across the large pool/spa area.
The property is a detached 4 bedroom villa with 2 true master bedrooms both with king size beds and large en-suites with private toilets. There are also 2 twin bedrooms which share a third bathroom. Sleeping a total of 8 people it's a spacious house and can take 2 families sharing very easily.

Pool
South facing extra large 15'x30' pool with spa along with huge deck and lani area. The pool and spa have just been resurfaced.
If you want to dine alfresco leading out from the big sliding patio doors there are table and chairs in the extra large lanai and deck area, which can be placed in either sunshine or shade depending on your preference.
Your private patio is south facing and gets the sun all day long and there are loungers so you can sunbathe to your heart's content and then pop into the pool and spa to cool off.
If you have children with you there is a security fence which seals off the swimming pool so you can control access to the water.

Location
The Manor at West Haven offers luxury Orlando villas with private pools to rent located just off HWY54 in Davenport Florida. West Haven is a large estate made of six smaller communities, each with it's own gated entrance. As you enter West Haven, the approach is exceptionally attractive as you drive down a beautifully manicured driveway towards the holiday homes. West Haven is close to Champions Gates golf club and hotel, where you have restaurants, shops and a large Publix supermarket on your doorstep. The Manor at West Haven is the smallest of the gated communities, consisting of a single circular road called Burford Circle. As you enter the community, to the left is a tennis court, two child's play areas and communal pool which guests are welcome to use.

Perfect Villa, Spotlessly Clean & Well Maintained
We had a wonderful holiday. Your villa was perfect, spotlessly clean and well maintained with a perfect pool and spa area for us to enjoy the sunshine. West Haven is a perfect location, it is so quiet there, but also very central.

Absolutely wonderful experience!
Lisa & Martin are outstanding hosts -very responsive and helpful! The house was immaculate and perfect for two couples with the two master suites. Another friend stayed in one of the other twin bedrooms and had her own bathroom too with the main bathroom. The kitchen is well-equipped. The patio is very private and relaxing and the pool refreshing. It’s a perfect location in the Champions Gate area with grocery stores and restaurants nearby. Traffic in the area can be heavy at times so plan ahead. We stayed for four nights but we were so busy we didn’t get a chance to take advantage of the game room. The gated community makes it a quiet and secure neighborhood. If we are in the area again we would DEFINITELY return to this beautiful home! Many thanks Lisa & Martin for allowing us to stay at your wonderful home!

The BEST vacation villa!!
What a wonderful place to stay with the family when visiting Central Florida. We have stayed in many villas in the area in the past, this one, by far was the cleanest and best maintained!! The layout of the home was perfect. It was very welcoming and felt like a second home to us! The south facing large pool area with the shaded lanai was perfect for all day sunshine and we all thoroughly enjoyed every minute of it! The hosts were very easy to communicate with and got back to us quickly whenever we had a question. An absolute delight to work with!! Honestly, this place was amazing!! We will be booking again when we return to the area!

COVID-19 Got in the way!
Unfortunately we didn't get to experience this wonderful Villa (just yet) having been looking forward to travelling to Orlando to stay at Manor Palms we have been prevented at the last minute by our flights being cancelled and the borders still closed!
However, I am writing this review to acknowledge and say thank you to Lisa for her communication and understanding of our unfortunate and unique position.
Hopefully next year will be different and I will be able to write a review having experienced a stay in this fantastic villa ??

We Could Live There Forever!
Just wanted to let you know how much our family enjoyed our stay in your beautiful Florida home. We could live there forever! Your home is very clean and very nicely decorated. The pool is awesome. Our final days weather was a little cooler and we especially enjoyed opening the patio door and enjoying the breeze. As this was our first time renting a vacation home, we would certainly rent one again (Especially yours). We would definitely love to stay at your home again and would highly recommend it to anyone.

First time stay at this villa
This was our first time at the Manor Palms Villa and right from the initial enquiry stage, Lisa and Martin were fantastic. The paperwork was simple and straightforward and the instructions for driving to and accessing the gated community and the villa were absolutely first class. We stayed for 8 nights in this villa which was exceptionally clean and tidy (both inside and out) and felt very safe with the easy-to-use security system. The rear aspect of the villa is nice and private looking directly into undeveloped land with trees and bushes, so it really felt like a calm oasis even though it was so close to the busyness of the I4 and the theme parks. We only wish we could have stayed longer.

Stunning Villa
We have recently returned from at a stay in your beautiful villa, it's a stunning villa, with fantastic amenities and kept to a lovely standard. We very much enjoyed our time there and so I wanted to say a massive thank you for sharing your home and letting us stay there. We are only sad someone has beaten us to it for booking the same dates next year, fingers crossed for 2021!

Fantastic place to stay
We have just returned from a two week holiday at this villa. The owners were so friendly and helpful from start to finish! The villa was brilliant! So clean and spacious and had all the amenities you could ask for! The boys loved having a bedroom each and they loved it in the pool! So much so that one day we were at Disney and they said can we go back to the villa to go in the pool! The furnishings and surroundings were lovely and there was loads of storage etc. Lots of bedding and towels too... washing facilities excellent!!
Location was perfect to get to the parks and champions gate area had some nice eateries and shops... we did use Publix but it’s quite expensive so used an Aldi which was 15 mins away and sooo much cheaper!! If anyone is thinking of booking this villa then I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending it! If we stay in Florida again we would definitely return! Thanks for a wonderful stay! Sarah and family x

Super Clean Perfect Villa
We really enjoyed staying at the villa, it had everything we needed and more. It was super clean, great for pool time and just relaxing in the evening. The location is perfect. We have been coming to that area for over 15 years and this is up there with one of the best villas. You were both amazing to deal with and super responsive when we needed you.

Totally Amazing Villa!
Manor Palms Villa was amazing. The pool and was wonderful and our boys never wanted to get out. The jacuzzi is exactly what’s needed after a busy day exploring. The Villa has everything you would need and was extremely clean and well presented. My husband liked the fact that the villa was secure with an alarm system and that it also alerted you when any of the external doors where opened and which door it was. I loved the fact that we came home with no washing. Our boys did have one complaint...... they didn’t want to leave and asked to stay forever! A perfect home to stay in whilst visiting Florida! We all had a fantastic time and are looking to come back again.

Spacious, Modern and Conveniently Located
This is the 9th year in a row we have gone to Florida and to quote my wife 'this is the best villa we've stayed at yet!' We stayed at West Haven last year and just love the location close to the I4 and also many other routes to get to shopping and attractions if there are any I4 jams. Very close to Champions Gate with some great amenities for grocery shopping, pharmacy and restaurants if you don't want to go far. The villa itself was spotlessly clean, very well equipped with towels and also kitchen implements. Pool deck is a great size with plenty room to sunbathe but also enough room in the shade for the hot days! Spent many afternoons lazing in the pool gazing out to the forest at the back which made it all very peaceful. Thanks again to Lisa and Martin for letting us stay we enjoyed it very much.

Wow Fabulous Villa!
Just returned from this fabulous villa. On entering you certainly get that wow factor and a large spacious lounge with views straight out onto the terrace with private pool and woodland beyond. The villa was beautifully decorated and well furnished throughout. It was difficult to actually leave the villa to go and explore all the attractions and shopping areas that are only a 15 minute or so drive away. Kids loved the good sized pool and games room whilst I was more than happy to soak up the sun on the terrace and relax in the spa pool! We would certainly book the villa again and highly recommend this as a holiday home to anyone.

Perfect Property
The location of the villa was perfect as it was within a 5 minute drive to the Interstate 4 and lots of local amenities and within 20 minutes to the parks. The villa itself was beautiful, located on a private and very quiet gated community. The furnishings made it very comfortable with a well equipped kitchen. The outside pool area was stunning with views over the conservation area and not being overlooked at all. We have stayed in many villas over the years and both my wife and I agree, your villa is the best we have had and will certainly hire it again on our next visit.
