Welcome to our very recently refurbished beautiful holiday villa for you to enjoy in the Florida sunshine!
When you walk through the door into your Orlando vacation home you are greeted with a wonderful family room with new comfy furniture and 58" flatscreen smart TV, with views out across the large pool/spa area.
The property is a detached 4 bedroom villa with 2 true master bedrooms both with king size beds and large en-suites with private toilets. There are also 2 twin bedrooms which share a third bathroom. Sleeping a total of 8 people it's a spacious house and can take 2 families sharing very easily.
Location
The Manor at West Haven is a small, peaceful gated community in Davenport, ideally located for Walt Disney World and Central Florida’s other major attractions.
The community forms part of the attractive West Haven development, close to Champions Gate, with a good choice of supermarkets, restaurants, shops and everyday amenities within easy reach.
The Manor itself is the smallest of West Haven’s gated communities and consists of a single circular residential road, Burford Circle, giving it a quieter and more relaxed feel than many larger developments.
Guests also have access to the community tennis court and children’s play areas.
With convenient access to the major road network, staying in a villa on The Manor at West Haven provides an excellent base for Disney, Universal, SeaWorld and the wider Orlando area, while offering a peaceful place to return to at the end of the day.

Great Villa
The villa is in a good location and situated on a lovely gated estate. We always felt safe and secure.
It has everything you need, spacious and well laid out. The pool area was well used by us and sufficient in size to have a nice swim.
The hosts are very professional and quick to reply to our emails.
Sad to leave and hopefully we can return in the future.

Orlando Fun and Laughter
Our stay at Manor Palm Villa was really lovely. The property is very comfortable and homely, just the right place to come back to after a day in the Disney and Universal Parks. Being in a quiet community and yet close to the fun was for us perfect. The pool and the outside area were well used and sadly missed now we are home in the UK.
Lisa and Martin were great hosts, before during and after our trip. Always quick to respond and helpful throughout our stay.

An Amazing Villa
We had a wonderful time at the Manor Palms Villa. The villa is superb in every respect. Extra large pool for a good swim and a lanai to relax in comfortable outdoor furniture. The villa was VERY well equipped and we could not fault it in any way. Host is very professional and quick to respond. We will definitely be back and would recommend Manor Palms Villa.

Amazing Time - Villa was Perfect!
We had the most amazing time at Lisa and Martin's villa. They provided fantastic information, were very accommodating when we needed to move our dates and answered any questions that we had.
The villa was perfect, we were a family of four but it would comfortably fit 8 people with plenty of space both outdoors by the spacious pool area and in the living/dining area. The villa was modern, clean and very comfortable and it was perfect after the busy park days. We loved the location, as there were many restaurants in very close proximity, so we didn't need to travel up to the 192 or hwy 27 for our evening meal. Getting to Disney was also easy. All in all, this villa is perfect and we would 100% recommend it to anyone considering a holiday in Orlando.

Amazing stay at this villa!
We had an amazing stay at this villa! The location was perfect, close to everything we needed (parks, shopping, etc). The pool and lanai ares were hands down the best we've ever had - ideal for the whole family to relax and enjoy the sunshine. The surrounding area was lovely and peaceful. We can't wait to come back!

Excellent Villa
Just back from a wonderful stay in Lisa & Martin's excellent villa. The villa is situated in a really quiet area but within touching distance of the main interstate and highways. The villa itself is excellent and the lanlai and pool area are the best I have encountered in Orlando as the sun is on the pool area all day long. Hopefully return sometime in the future.
