Welcome to our very recently refurbished beautiful holiday villa for you to enjoy in the Florida sunshine!
When you walk through the door into your Orlando vacation home you are greeted with a wonderful family room with new comfy furniture and 58" flatscreen smart TV, with views out across the large pool/spa area.
The property is a detached 4 bedroom villa with 2 true master bedrooms both with king size beds and large en-suites with private toilets. There are also 2 twin bedrooms which share a third bathroom. Sleeping a total of 8 people it's a spacious house and can take 2 families sharing very easily.

Twin bedroom 4 - Large twin room with fitted wardrobes and flat screen smart TV. Shared Bathroom room, with sink and bath/shower, leads out onto pool deck.

Pool
South facing extra large 15'x30' pool with spa along with huge deck and lani area. The pool and spa have just been resurfaced.
If you want to dine alfresco leading out from the big sliding patio doors there are table and chairs in the extra large lanai and deck area, which can be placed in either sunshine or shade depending on your preference.
Your private patio is south facing and gets the sun all day long and there are loungers so you can sunbathe to your heart's content and then pop into the pool and spa to cool off.
If you have children with you there is a security fence which seals off the swimming pool so you can control access to the water.

Location
The Manor at West Haven offers luxury Orlando villas with private pools to rent located just off HWY54 in Davenport Florida. West Haven is a large estate made of six smaller communities, each with it's own gated entrance. As you enter West Haven, the approach is exceptionally attractive as you drive down a beautifully manicured driveway towards the holiday homes. West Haven is close to Champions Gates golf club and hotel, where you have restaurants, shops and a large Publix supermarket on your doorstep. The Manor at West Haven is the smallest of the gated communities, consisting of a single circular road called Burford Circle. As you enter the community, to the left is a tennis court, two child's play areas and communal pool which guests are welcome to use.

Amazing Time - Villa was Perfect!
We had the most amazing time at Lisa and Martin's villa. They provided fantastic information, were very accommodating when we needed to move our dates and answered any questions that we had.
The villa was perfect, we were a family of four but it would comfortably fit 8 people with plenty of space both outdoors by the spacious pool area and in the living/dining area. The villa was modern, clean and very comfortable and it was perfect after the busy park days. We loved the location, as there were many restaurants in very close proximity, so we didn't need to travel up to the 192 or hwy 27 for our evening meal. Getting to Disney was also easy. All in all, this villa is perfect and we would 100% recommend it to anyone considering a holiday in Orlando.

Amazing stay at this villa!
We had an amazing stay at this villa! The location was perfect, close to everything we needed (parks, shopping, etc). The pool and lanai ares were hands down the best we've ever had - ideal for the whole family to relax and enjoy the sunshine. The surrounding area was lovely and peaceful. We can't wait to come back!
